This company is a fraudAbsolute horrible experience I ordered a shirt on Nov 5th my payment was deducted immediately I did not hear anything about my order until I contacted them about it weeks laterI then got an email saying it was shippedweeks later I still never received itI contacted them again and they said the shipment was lost and was going to resend itAgain never received anythingI reached out again and they said they would refund me my moneyNever got a refundContacted them again and they said they would send me both the refund and the shirtThey sent a shirt however NOT the shirt I ordered and still never got my refundContacted them again and basically said my issue would be sent to upper management I have since filled a claim against them and waiting for my refund

I purchased an incorrect style shirt, so I attempted to contact the company in hopes of getting a different style shirt Nahom was quick to reply, they could not exchange because it was a custom shirt, but would refund my money That was more than I expected as I thought I was out of luck because it was custom Nahom also told me the campaign had been relaunched and I could purchase a different style and provided the link I have since received my refund and reordered my shirt What great customer service I would recommend this company to anyone!
