I have always had a positive experience with this company and it's representatives Although I am still waiting a week later after I was told my item was shipped, not sure if the company is legit? But happy with the customer relations part of it

Customer support was fast and fantasticThe site did not allow for multiple size ordering....and I was ordering shirts: Med and I needed one XL While most sites do not respond to emails, this one did! I immediately reached out to update my order ("please!!!") as I feared @$ I would be stuck with a shirt I could not useThese guys really did reply.....and my order arrived perfectly Supporting an important cause, I have worn my PULSE Support Orlando shirt proudlyIn these days of quick order online / no real person contact....it's refreshing to find this group

For three successive days I tried to place an order for the Gibbs shirt on my iPad
Finally I commented in FB and received an almost immediate response in messenger with a phone number to place my order and a discount code for my troubles
I was very lucky to have Gabrielle answer the callNot only did she listen to my problem, but took the order efficiently, but the 10% discount code that I was given didn't work, and she checked and ( I assume with approval) provided me a 15% discount
She also carefully explained the shipping timeline and doing so, set my expectations to receive my items by the end of the month
Gabrielle went out of her way to make a frustrated customer into a very satisfied one

The customer service here is amazingI've never dealt with a company with a complaint that was acknowledged and fixed in less than hoursI've ordered from the site many times and this was my first issueI'll continue to order because I have faith if something should go wrong they'll treat my like a person, not an invoice slip

The sweatshirt is just as described It arrived in time for Christmas, undamaged

It's been almost two weeks now since I placed my order online 7/24, I got an email saying the items are being printed on 7/and nothing else since! Seriously, how long does it take to print and ship an item? I was going to order more tees but given this experience I'm not doing so, it's really disappointing!!

I ordered shirts through Viral Style and had a problem with my order The customer service was wonderful and easy to work with and fixed the issue very quickly! Gabrielle in customer service was wonderful!

Gabriela was extremely helpful at locating my lost order and resending the shirt once it was deemed lostShe did an excellent job, and responded within hours of my requestI had a great experience despite the fact that my first order never arrived

I was a first-time buyer at Viral Style website and very excited about my purchaseUnfortunately, when I received my sweatshirt it had white smudges on the bottom that would not come offI contacted Danielle at customer service, and after submitting some photos of the damaged product, I am receiving a new re-print of sweatshirt at no charge to me and didn't even have to deal with the hassle of returning the damaged productThis also transpired within hours of submitting the complaintThank you Danielle for making this go so smoothly!

Product delivered was as advertised and Viralstyle corrected a missing order once contacted

I was very pleased with the shirts that I ordered from ViralStyleThe quality is great and I love the unique designsI've had many compliments about them
The only thing I would suggest is that it be made easier to find the items on the websiteI can't seem to figure out how to shop there except by clicking on the email links I get for new products and that only takes me to that product and won't allow me to look at anything elseOr you have to catch an ad on Facebook and click on that...again, you can only see that one porductEither I'm just toatlly lost, or maybe it's set up this way on purpose for some reason?? Anyway, I can't refer people to buy copies of the shirts I got as we can't find them online

My first order with ViralStyle was for a t-shirt that shipped a couple months agoWhen I received it, I was initially impressed at the appearance of the designIt looked sharp, colorful, and stood out
Unfortunately, after a handful of wears and washings, which took me past their 30-day period for refunds/returns/etc., the print began to crack and peel after the latest washingKeep in mind this happened before it was even washed five times, and I haven't even had the shirt for three months yet
I shared a cloimage of the worst area on social media, and ViralStyle replied and asked me to contact them via their customer service e-mailI did so, explaining the situation and noting that I knew this was beyond days, but I was hopeful something could be worked out as I did like the shirt design
Naturally, all they told me from that point was that they could not issue a refund or a reprint because of that 30-day period passingThe campaign itself has also not been relaunched, but even if it was I would not buy another shirt
It'd be one thing if I'd placed a dozen different orders and this was the first time the print on a shirt failed after washing but when it's the first shirt you buy from a place, that sets the bar for print quality very, very lowYou should not buy a shirt and have to wonder if the print is going to go bad before the company's 30-day policy expires
For the sake of mentioning it, I did a custom shirt job of my own through another online site a few years ago and even to this day, the print job on their shirts has held up flawlessly for the ones I wear and wash, even down to small letteringI can't say ViralStyle's quality stacks up to that at all
Of course your mileage may vary, but my experience was enough that my first order with ViralStyle will be my only one
