I placed an order for a phone case on 8/12. They were very quick to remove the money from my bank but after multiple emails to customer service, they never did give me a valid ship date. They did refund me the $5 shipping, then the phone case shipped out the next day. Coincidence? Who knows, but I finally got a tracking number. It is September 29th and I'm still waiting on my product....
If ViralStyle would inform people BEFORE buying their product that there are "campains" and that it could take 6 weeks to receive their order they might have better business. People don't like to be lied to.

Ordered my shirt and was emailed when the shirt was printed, was emailed when it was mailed out with tracking info. Came in quickly after. I received 2 shirts when I only paid for one. I am not complaining, however, I messaged them on Facebook and let them know of the error. I was told to keep the 2nd shirt so I didn't have to pay to send it back. So very excited to not have just 1 but 2 of this awesome limited t-shirt!!

I was nervous at first to place an order based on some of the compliants but I recently ordered a long sleeve shirt and it arrived faster than expected and I was very pleased with the quality of the product. I'm guessing the complaints were from when the company first started and perhaps those were from growing pains? As in the company underestimated the demand for the product and didn't have everything up and running by the time the orders rolled in. I used my paypal as a form of payment but that prevented me from using the 20% coupon because per the customer care rep, the company just recently started to offer this as a form of payment and they are still working out the interphase bugs. But the rep was super nice and refunded the difference right away. I was also able to reach a real human within a few minutes of placing the call. So, I am very happy thus far and just placed another order. And no, I wasn't paid to write this review. I'm a real customer :-)

Very easy group to work with, merchandise ordered (shirt) was worth the cost. Dealt with Frankie F on the support team when I followed up on order and reply was almost immediate. Did not have to wait a day or chase after them again. Very positive all the way around.

Customer service was great. Slower response but during the holidays. Shipping for item was very slow and did not have tracking information on my item. Item arrived as described.

They provided my merchandise in a timely manner and were extremely courteous. I recommend them to anyone.

I absolutely am happy that my shirt came I was jumping up and down ! I'm glad that I found out about this website I will definitely be ordering more.

My name is [redacted] and I bought a tee shirt for my Daughter from Viral Style. They were beyond professional. They took my payment and then sent me an email explaining the process of the offer. Once the offer ran out, they print the shirts and ship. They kept the line of communication open by sending me emails and keeping me updated. Then the email that my tee shirt was shipped was the final email. When I got my shirt via USPS I gave it to my Daughter and she screamed with excitement. The quality is excellent. The sizes are true sizes and figure flattering as well. I do recommend hand washing and hang dry to preserve the life of the garment. I will be ordering more from Viral Style.

I ordered the breakfast club t-shirts and a friend ordered the nurse for me. This company is very professional and has great customer service. I even received the order much sooner than the timeframe given. I recommend ordering from them in the future!

The website was easy to use and my product arrived very quickly..

When I received my product I had a few questions becaue there were small differences from the original picture that had displayed online.. I am from New Zealand and had ordered a jersey with the logo of our rugby team on it but some of the finer details in our intricate fern hadnt shown up in the print.. Without hesitation they sent me another one with their apologies and at no extra cost to me..

Overall I am very happy with Viral Style. Ordering was very quick and easy. Customer support is exceptional. I reached out to inquire about how long it will take to receive my order and got a response the very next morning. Aston T. was the rep that replied to my inquiry and was very polite and thorough in answering my questions. I am still waiting for my order but am currently very happy with my experience thus far. The only reason I am currently giving this business an 8/10 is because I haven't seen the product yet.

This company was easy to contact when I did not receive the item ordered. They were also very helpful in resolving the issue satisfactorily and in a timely manner.

Deceptive business practices. Takes your money immediately upon order and then holds your money for over a month before they ship an extremely poor quality, over-priced item and then ship it with the least expensive option, regardless of what you paid for shipping. I ordered an item in November for a Christmas gift and paid for 2-day delivery. They waited until 12/22 to ship it and then chose a shipping option that brought the gift to me well after Christmas. I asked for a refund since I had to buy a different gift to give on Christmas. They gave me a story about how it was handed to the post office in time for delivery. I bought it in November and paid them in November. They shipped it on 12/22. I doubt I will get a refund. Save yourself much frustration and go with another company that will keep their promises and charge you appropriately for an item.

Got my hoodie yesterday in the mail! Was so excited to see it! Was so happy with how it looked, they did a great job! Looks even better in person! It was for my boyfriend, who was extremely excited, we tried getting this hoodie awhile ago and missed the date! I got it finally and surprised him! :) Ill be back for sure in the future! I wish I could add the picture of him wearing it though!

Great product! I ordered the "I live in New Jersey..." long-sleeved men's XXL shirt. Great quality; generous cut, and great graphics!
