At first it was a little tuff to get ahold of customer service. But when I did they were prompt and courteous.

Brittney M. was incredibly fast, efficient, and helpful with my problem and me. The site itself can be a little confusing when searching for a specific t-shirt, but I feel that is an operator (myself) problem. I do hate seeing great styles go off the market so fast, but I am also happy that if enough people demand it they will bring it back. They seem to listen to their customer's demands readily, which should help make it become very successful.

I am pleased with the level of professionalism viral style displayed when my order was lost in the mail.

I received my T-shirt and it was just what I ordered. Thank you for a job. I will definitely order from them again

It's been a week since viral style has told me my hoodie would be delivered, I have yet to receive it. The plan was to give it to my boyfriend for christmas but I guess not.

Its worth the wait!

I have ordered a T-shirt and unfourtenately I got one defective. I contacted with customer service and the answered inmediately and the y send me a new one in 15-20 days. At the beginning I was disappointed because of the defective T-shirt, but I have to say that the customer services was very quick, professional and kind.

I recently ordered two shirts from Viral Style. I love the shirts. I ordered one for my husband and one for me. They were shipped very quickly. The shirts are wonderful, I love them. I would definitely do business with Viral Style again!

Very fast delivery. I wasn't expecting to get my order until after Christmas, because I did my shopping a bit too late. But Viral Style got it to me before Christmas! Thanks guys!

receive when I placed a order today. I did not have a number for the shirt. He help me by asking me what was on the shirt. He research and found the shirt. he never
rushed me. Also he was very polite. I really like your company. Very Professional.
Do you have other shirts that customers can see? I would come back to your company because I was treated so well. Another thing I called back because I call aback to see if it went thru. Do not buy through Amazon. I accidentally bought 2 sweaters. Canceled one order and never got my money back. But the customer service is great. They reply back to your emails within a reasonable time period. They are also willing to fix their mistakes. Just note, again, do not pay via Amazon.

I ordered a t-shirt for my son for Christmas, and I am very impressed with the quality, and I will order more from them. Customer service is great.

Everyone at Viral Style was very helpful. Bryan responded right away to my request to change the shipping address and my merchandise arrived at right place on time. It looks great, too! I would order again from Viral Style.

I ordered several shirts through this site. They ran a little small in the style I ordered. Unfortunately, they were unable to get me a larger size, but they were always quick to respond to my questions, and were happy to give me a refund. I would not hesitate to place another order through this site, knowing they will give me a refund if there are any issues.

The product I purchased took a fairly long time to arrive. However, Viral Style's customer service dept was very accommodating in letting me know reasons why and latest status with tracking information. If it weren't for their customer service, I would have cancelled the order. Very happy with the service and love the sweatshirt I bought from them.

Great Company and Customer Service provided by Gabriela T. was outstanding. Had some order issues and she resolved my issues in a timely manner. Was unsure how the campaigns worked and she kinda assisted. I am looking forward to receiving my order and will order from Viral Style again.

I placed my order on Nov 19th for one Tee shirt. My credit card was charged immediately. I called to follow up on Dec 12th when I still had not received it and again on Dec 15th and was told it would ship that day. CS rep admitted having issues with getting orders out the door. I was assured I would receive item BEFORE Christmas as it was a present. Item did not ship until Dec 23rd and I received it on Dec 26th. I emailed and asked for a refund of $10.00 for shipping charges and the reply was that since I did receive item no refund would be issued. I DO NOT recommend doing business with this company!
