I was a little nervous about ordering from a company I'd never heard of and in response to a Facebook ad. I'm now a fan. When I realized that I'd mistakenly ordered two "Gibbs' List" sweatshirts instead of one, I emailed customer service, and "Josh W." took care of the extra charge immediately. Once I was told that the sweatshirt was finished and on its way, I had problems finding "tracking" information, and I emailed Josh again. He came to the rescue immediately.. By the time he'd found the information (the Post Office took 7 days to deliver a parcel that was supposed to be a "2 Day" delivery), I'd received the sweatshirt. I was delighted at the quality firstrate fabric, excellent printing job. This will be a Christmas gift for my husband, a mad NCIS fan who's recorded more than 250 old episodes in our DVR system. I can hardly wait to see his face when he opens the present December 25. Keep up the good work.

Viralstyle went above and beyond to help me out when the order went to the wrong destination. they quickly got a new shirt printed and sent to me weeks later. i'm very happy with thier service.

I was worried because I hadn't received any word on my order. I called and Stephen was great. Found I had a typo in my email and the package was delivered to my mail box the day before! I checked again and there it was. Not only am I happy with my order but Stephen in customer service was GREAT!

Vitrastyle seems to be a great company. When my order was not recieved, Gabriel researched it from many angles, solved the puzzle as to where the breakdown in communication ( through Amazon) was, and refunded my money. Thank you Gabriel! Mystery solved!

I have used Viral Style on several occasions and have found them to be a good and honest company. They are a small company and it is my understanding that the shirts are not printed until they are ordered. This may be why it takes a little longer for the customer to get their order. It is a common sense approach for a small company so as not to waste precious resources on inventory that won't sell.
I ordered a shirt for my son for Christmas and one for myself for Christmas gifts.. They were both delivered before Christmas and both my son and I were delighted with them. They were printed on high quality cotton tee shirts and were soft and fit well.
I am in no way connected with Viral Sryle but just a satisfied customer.

I was a little confused at first after my order was created on a couple of things. I contacted Viral Style via email and promptly got a response from Gabrielle. After that all of my concerns were taken care of and I received my package today. It was a wonderful experience. The quality of the product is top notch. The customer service that I received from Gabriella was hands down the best I could have ever asked for.

I have to say, I have never experienced such prompt and excellent customer service before in my life. I ordered one t-shirt then my tablet died and as I couldn't find the order page I thought the order had not gone through, so I ordered the t-shirt again. Well, both orders went through. I sent an email Thanksgiving day and by Friday I had been refunded for the second purchase. Thank you, I will most certainly be buying from you again. keep up the great work!

I experienced great customer service from this company - specifically form Kumar K. As a result of some confusion with my order, I was charged for three shirts when I had only ordered two. When I emailed Kumar concerning the billing error he researched it, asked me for documentation of the over charge and immediately issued me a refund after receiving the documentation. I am also very happy with the shirts.

I was disappointed at an item being lost in transit so I sent an email to the support team to see what help I could get, be it a refund or a replacement. Morgan has been an outstanding help, giving me the information I needed in order for Royal Mail to confirm if my parcel was lost or not. Once they confirmed it was LIT I emailed Morgan again who quickly arranged for me to receive a new t-shirt at no extra cost. This was an amazing customer service experience. Morgan is a valuable asset to the Viralstyle team and has retained me as a customer.

Just received my first purchase from Viral Style and am very impressed with their prompt replies to any correspondence and with the fantastic mehtod they provide for tracking your package. Would highly recomment.

Viral Style is so great I ordered a shirt and then had to cancel the order. I email them and I got a responds less than 24hrs and they help me so much I got the order canceled and I had my money refunded in less than once again 24hr. I have never delt with a a company that work in a timely matter then Viral Style!! I would recommend Viral style to anyone and I will definitely will buy from this company again. I must say - the Viral Support Team is A+!
After there were some shipping complications with my local post office which sent my order all the way back to the US (I'm from Europe), the Viral Style support team came to the rescue.
The answers to my frequent questions came super quick and were always friendly and informative. I almost thought my order lost but Viral Style let me know immediately when my package arrived back at their station and sent it to me again without problems.
All in all I am very thankful for all the help I received and the flawless support!

I've ordered about three or four hoodies and tees from these guys they are all always of the highest quality and the most creative imaging and text. Recently a hoodie got n lost in the mail and I reported it to them, they got me out a new one asap. It's a great company with prompt friendly customer service. ..you can't ask for more.
