Items were as described and in good condition when I received. It does take a LONG time for delivery of any item due to their business methods so don't expect them within a week like most sites.

I had a glitch in the delivery which as it turned out was not the fault of Viral Style, but the USPS. It was resolved by my neighbor bringing it over when I returned home. In the meantime, Frankie F. was very professional and helpful in the process and was even willing to make good on my getting what I ordered if they had not arrived.

Angel C. and all the folks over at Viral Style were fantastic and very helpful in an unforeseen difficulty that arose in my order! They accommodated my requests and made my business with them flow seamlessly. I will definitely do business with them again.

The shipping took a little longer than expected but after talking to Gabrielle a represenitive for Viral Style my problem was corrected an the product arrived the next business day!!!!!!

Was a bit frightened of the negative writings about the company. Was taking a while to get the stuff but once I contacted the company I got very quick response and friendly solution. I contacted them via Facebook and Email and got response immediately.
Was very nice to have the Slovak/Sweden sweater the same day the teams played Hockey Junior Bronze game. Unfortunately the sweater didn't gave me any luck but it was popular sweater and many people wanted to buy a similar one. I have recommended the companies to some friends.

I got the In The End Beatles shirt and it is very nice. My advice is order up. I always get medium, but just sensed that these might not be that big and ordered large and it is fine. Americans like their shirts a bit baggier than their English counterparts. The people at Viral Style are very helpful!

I had to return a T shirt. Staff at Viral Style were courteous and explained what I needed to do. I had my refund before they even had received the shirt in the mail.

I recently placed an order with Viral Style for a "limited edition" shirt of my favorite band/performer. It was easy to place an order, it came when they said and all was good until I went to wear my shirt for the first time. There was a defect. So I immediately contacted the company and sent pics...Kishan K. worked with me. He was quick to respond and thorough in gathering the information needed to look into the issue (was it my fault or theirs). It ended up being a defect on their side - he let me know they were looking into the issue to fix within their company as well as sending me a replacement shirt. I appreciate a business that takes the time to review and resolve an issue but also takes it within the company to make sure it does not happen again. I respect that.

I just got my good,bad,& wookie shirt& I was very happy with the service. The easy way of paying for it thru paypal & the fast service of getting the shirt to me. This is my 4th Wookiee shirt because I was a Wookiee in a past life in a universe far,far away!

I bought tow Ray Lewis hoodies from Viral Style, LLC. When the arrived the sizes were off. We made contact and it was a hassle free return. They made contact with us and the transaction was flawless. This is what great customer service should be and is with Viral Style LLC.

I sent an email expressing my concern at not having been contacted in regard to my order. I received a positive response within 24 hours as my issue was resolved in a courteous and efficient manner.

I just wanted to write my experience with this company. I have ordered 3 items for Rescued is my favorite breed, organization through the company Viral Style, and my experience has been none other than excellent. I have always received my order when it was scheduled, they always update the status as each step progresses, and the product is always great. I did have an issue with one of my shirts being damaged, not due to lack of quality, and I immediately contacted Viral Style through e-mail and received a prompt response from a customer service rep, Nahom D. He was really nice and quick to resolve the issue. They didn't have a problem recognizing the error and immediately rectifying the problem by sending me a replacement for my damaged item. I am extremely satisfied with the way they responded to my problem and the quick resolution. Not often do you get customer service so willing to solve any errors on their end or admit them and come to a fast reasonable resolution. A+++ service
