I ordered a tshirt november 3 2016. Today is the 29 of november and cannot get a hold of anyone to request info about my order. I called the number they provide but they keep me on the line for 10 min approx. and them its disconnected. I wanted to chat with a customer service person about my order because that is an option also but it doesnt take you to the chat. I emailed them and left message also.

Even though my review of this company is 'positive', I need to note that my experience was not without flaws. The reason I'm rating it as 'positive' will be explained below:

I placed my order for an item a few weeks ago. The day my order was placed, my card was charged. (I used Amazon payments.) I wrote the company and asked them why my card was charged, when it states on their website that my card would NOT be charged, and was given the explanation that Amazon / Paypal can't 'hold' charges. So, after some arm twisting, I finally got them to confirm to me that my payment would be refunded if the campaign quota was not met. So, I decided to wait and see.

The campaign only met 3 of 10 orders. So, when I checked on the status, I noticed the campaign had started for another 10 days with no orders placed. I waited a few days to see if my refund would post and it did not. It was only then that I contacted Amazon payments and demanded a refund for an item that I did not only get, but also was charged on the very first day of submitting an order. Amazon then told me that they would refund my payment.

After a day or two, I noticed the refund had not posted. So, I contacted the business and asked them how long it would take. While waiting for their response, I got a confirmation that my order HAD SHIPPED. (When I tried to check the status of it, it kept telling me 'order not found.') When they replied to my original question of the money and how long it would take to refund, they informed me that the seller of the item had decided to go ahead and complete the order and this is why the item was shipped to me, even though the campaign did not complete. Shortly after this, my refund posted to my account. Since the order was processed, I did the right thing and I RETURNED the item to them when it arrived, since I had technically paid for it at this point. (I don't believe in keeping something I did not pay for.) So, in the end, they got to keep their item and I got my refund.

My biggest issue with my transaction was the fact that I felt what was being told to me on the website (in terms of how transactions, payments, campaigns, etc) was not playing out as it was being presented to me. This raised some serious red flags and I started to feel like I had been scammed money. If I had been presented with the correct information on how a campaign can play out, then I would not have felt that way. I urged this company to please take a look at their FAQ section and strongly reconsider changing some of the items on there to match better what was being relayed to me.

The reason I'm rating this a 'positive' experience is that during this time, their communication with me and willingness to resolve my complaints with them were very well accepted. They had refunded me my money, even knowing that they were still going to send me an item, and to me, that speaks volumes of them trying to satisfy me, the customer, with a legitimate complaint. They could have brushed me off and kept my money, but they did not do this. (And I have to admit, my original e-mails to them were on the more hostile side, as I was very upset with how the campaign was playing out.)

I do believe (despite my original thoughts) that this IS a legitimate company and as one reviewer had stated, it would appear that they are fairly new, have grown overnight and are struggling to keep up with the growth of their business. I'm not sure I can honestly say I would highly recommend them to someone that I know, but I do have praise for them for taking care and satisfying me, the customer, when they had every right to tell me to take a walk. So, kudos to them on their customer service. :)

These guys were awesome. I had a small delay on getting sweater but they kept up with me and help track down my package. Thank you soon much. I now have what's now my favorite sweater . I hope I can order again soon . thanks again !

Josh was very helpful in address the issue of a late delivery on a product with a guaranteed delivery date. Quick response and an understanding of the issue were very appreciated.

Just had, ultimately, successful dealings with Viralstyle having ordered an I'M RETIRED tee shirt as a gift for my friend and neighbour, who is taking early retirement. Initially there was some confusion with a guy who lived in the States, (I live in UK), with the same name. ANYWAY, after much to-ing and fro-ing of emails and some amazing detective work by BRITTNEY M, the problem was resolved and I received bmy tee, in full working order today, SO, in the words of that great Austrian-American......."I'LL BE BACK"

I received my tshirt yesterday- gift from a friend. I loved it instantly. The quality of both material and workmanship were great and sizing accurate. I wore it to work today and received many compliments.

Excellent customer service!!! When I first received my shirt from Viralstyle, the print was unclear. The color print had run heavy and the art of the shirt was vaguely resembling the image I was supposed to see, but it was obvious it was not printed correctly. I contacted their customer service and was lucky enough to get Shayleen as my CS representative. She requested that I take a photo of the shirt and send it to her. And it was as easy as that. She saw the photo and immediately responded to me stating that this was not up to their standards and a new shirt would be sent to me asap. With no further charge to me. And I did not even have to hassle with returning the defective shirt with the bad print. It might have been the easiest customer service exchange I have ever experienced. Thank you, Shayleen for making the experience smooth and painless.

I ordered a Medium sweatshirt hoodie for a Christmas present for my son. Unfortunately the sizes in this style hoodie apparently were running on the small side so the hoodie was too tight for him. I thought I would be out my money or have to spend the same amount to get a larger size. I made contact with Viral Styles and within a few days I had a replacement hoodie in a LARGE size and at no additional cost to me. it fits my son perfectly and he is extremely happy with it. I am totally satisfied with my experience with this company. They are true to their word and puts customer satisfaction at the top of their list.

I had an issue with a shirt I purchased, contacted Viral Style and with in less then a week Brittney had a new shirt out to me. Finally a company that stands by their product.

The support team were very helpful. I eagerly await the product I have ordered and the process of making the order was easy. I would highly recommend said company and will definitely do business with them again. This was the first time I have ever ordered anything online from outside of the U.K. Any worries I may have had were quickly dealt with by the aforementioned support team.
