Nice shirt, maybe a little on the small side. They were friendly on the phone and helped me track my order right to the mail box.

I am not satisfied with the marketing of the sweater because it is not what you actually are making. The colors of the characters are brown and yellow and you are marketing them in their full color which I think makes a big difference. That is a problem and will not make me want to buy from you again in the future but I may still give it one more try if I find something else I like to see.

However, I did reach out to customer service with this complaint and was offered a 20% return which is better than nothing as all I wanted was a reprint as advertised and my representative was quick with his response time. His name was Frankie.

As a big fan of the Seinfeld sitcom, I was excited to see a Vandelay tee shirt offered on Facebook. I immediately submitted my order. However; after thinking about it, I realized that I should also have gotten one for my brother in law who is also a fan of the show. I sent an email to the Customer Service Department to see if this was possible. I received a email response from Customer Service Representative Danielle B. who assured me that this would not be a problem. This past Saturday (9/24), both tee shirts arrived!

I am very satisfied with this entire experience and cannot wait to see my brother in law's face when he sees his tee shirt!

I had the pleasure with speaking with Spencer S. & he helped me with my order mistakes. He gave me all the answers I needed was a tremendous help with everything I needed/asked for.

Ordering was easy. I was concerned about timing of my delivery (was a day or tow later than expected), but email customer support and received a prompt reply. Shirts were actually delivered the same day I made inquiry.

This company was not only rude, but did not compensate for the major inconvenience that occurred. I ordered a Christmas gift for my brother, and the package never delivered. It has been over a month. I called his apartment complex, the USPS, and this company multiple times to figure this out, and the company helped a solid 0%. Do not order from them if you can help it. I asked that this package be sped up and delivered before Christmas (18 days away), but the lady said it would not even be processed until 14 business days. This is ridiculous.

Great business, fast replies to any inquiries I had. Looking forward to shopping with these guys again!

These are people of integrity. I ordered the wrong size and did not realize it until after I submitted my order. So I left a msg for them right away. They cancelled my order and refunded the money and now I can resubmit the correct order and not have to send it back and wait longer.

I am very pleased with my interaction with Viral Style. I did initially receive the wrong order. However, their customer service representative, Gabrielle, took good care of me and corrected the problem. She acted in a very professional and helpful manner.

I ordered a mug that I need in a week and a half and I emailed them after I ordered and the had it packed and a shipping label on it the same day. I would recommend them for amyone thinking about ordering from them.

Very fast shipping, shirt made of good material, very soft and flowing, fits really well even for females who loves sports like myself and that's really hard to find. Found out I was moving about 3 days after ordering and a representative named Kris T. responded quickly and was very helpful. Awesome company and products. Love them, will definitely buy again from this company. Also you're always helping some cause when you purchase an item and that's always a good feeling.
