This is my 2nd order from Viralstyle. 1st order came right on time, great shirt. 2nd order, I had trouble...a discount code that didn't work, and while messing with that, I duplicated the order. Sent an email that night, & the next business day I had a reply from the very helpful Aston T. ,who is fixing my discount code AND removing the duplicate order. Customer service A++. I would order from this company any time !

Regardless of multiple times contacting Viral Style about posting artowrk that has been stolen and owned by my company, Miles to go LLC, they have continued to sell the artwork illegally. All proof of ownership was supplied to them and they refuse to remove the artwork. As annoying as it is to get an attorney involved, people like this should not be in business and I guess it will take a hefty lawsuit to teach them a proper lesson.

It's a crazy thing I was thinking of a shirt like the one I saw in the campaign than I found this site well it sorta found me through Facebook, astonishing that someone had a similar idea as me, regaurdless I thought it was awesome and to see it done so well made me buy it right on the spot, than I realized later you can promote your own product and make your own campaign and sell it, that's awesome from domestic to international, it's funny how the world works hopefully the next time I come up with a great idea I can open my own campaign, awesome shirt feels great and happy, viral style is the place to order

I was impressed with the quality of the product once received and they did exactly what they promised in their promo. I like that and would do business with them again. I have already washed this product and it looks great! I would recommend them to everyone and hope they will offer more products soon.

I want to thank the people at Viral style, I ordered a shirt and then moved the post office did not forward my package like they were supposed to. So thanks to their quick customer service email responses and going above and beyond with communicating with the post office my shirt is on its way!

I recently ordered a T-shirt from this company. During check out I was unable to enter the coupon code. I emailed them and was helped very quickly by Gabriela T. She refunded the amount of the coupon. I am very happy with the quick service and am looking forward to getting my t-shirt in the mail.

This company is a fraud. Absolute horrible experience. I ordered a shirt on Nov 5th my payment was deducted immediately. I did not hear anything about my order until I contacted them about it 3 weeks later. I then got an email saying it was shipped. 2 weeks later I still never received it. I contacted them again and they said the shipment was lost and was going to resend it. Again never received anything. I reached out again and they said they would refund me my money. Never got a refund. Contacted them again and they said they would send me both the refund and the shirt. They sent a shirt however NOT the shirt I ordered and still never got my refund. Contacted them again and basically said my issue would be sent to upper management. I have since filled a claim against them and waiting for my refund.

I just want to say that the customer service that I received from Viral Style was very professional and quick . I had a problem with my order and I contacted customer service ., spoke to a few people in the office and mu problem was solved immediately. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and do future orders with it. Thank you Viral Style for making me a happy customer. Thank you Rafael R. for a great experience.

I made a mistake and chose the wrong color for my ViralStyle t-shirt I had ordered. I e-mailed ViralStyle and didn't check back til the next day. Gabriela T. had messaged me back almost immediately, changing my order to the correct color and getting the job done. I was so impressed and I'm highly satisfied with the customer service I received with ViralStyle!

Love the t-shirt from Viral Style. The quality is comparable to other fan t-shirts and the design is exactly what I wanted. It took a while to get, but it is completely understandable, since they need to make sure there are enough orders and sufficient interest to have a specific print made. I was prepared for the wait, and was very happy to received the shirt. Communications with the company were good, and the price was right in line with what I would pay elsewhere for a different Seahawks shirt. Thank you, Viral Style, for making this shirt available.

Viral Style handles these 'campaign projects' very expeditiously and professionally.

I purchased the Columbo t-shirt. I was thinking I was going to get that typical cotton shirt. Instead it was a made with synthetic fiber. I'm also a 5XL and very hard to get it like this. The great thing when it's made from synthetic, it won't shrink or fade. I was so happy to make this purchase and glad to see they only use the finest material! Thanks again Vira Style!
