I received the wrong size shirt on my order. Preston assured me he would take care of the error
by sending the correct size. It was a tense few weeks waiting for the shirt to arrive as it was a
Christmas gift. I even contacted Preston again as time was getting close and he promptly replied.
I received my shirt on the 21st in the nick of time and it was perfect. Both were given as gifts and
loved by the recipients.

I ordered a tshirt from Viral Style about a month ago, when I had not received it. I contacted the company by e-mail & within a hour they responded. Informing me of the tracking number & to let them know if I received it or not!

I ordered a t-shirt from Viral Style, LLC. When it came, it was not quite what I expected, and I was a bit frustrated by that, so I sent an email with two photos of what I had received and asked if it was supposed to be that way.

Today I received an email in return. It was a quick response. It was courteous. It offered to solve the problem by making a refund, if I desired.

My response was that although I wasn't fond of the final appearance of the shirt, I intend to wear it. No refund necessary. I suppose I didn't look close enough at the original photos.

What pleased me most about contact with this business is three main things:
1) Rapid response
2) Courtesy of the rep--Gabrielle
3) Willingness to accept responsibility for my not caring for the shirt--despite the fact that the responsibility was possibly mine for not paying close enough attention to what I was ordering.

Angel and the Viral Style team are awesome. I made a mistake and ordered a unisex style T-shirt instead of a female cut for my wife. When I e-mailed about changing it out, Angel wrote me back right away and corrected MY mistake and helped me out a lot. Thanks so much.

This is for Gabrielle and the Viralstyle team; they were great in responding to my email in a timely fashion, and Gabrielle didn't play any "games" with me. She fixed my problem, and I couldn't be more pleased. Give this person a raise, or what have you.

Easy to use website, and quality printing with a wide range of styles and designs. Very quick communication. I had an error in my print and they were incredible helpful and immediately sent a replacement free of charge. Would like to personally thank Steffan for working so diligently to help me out. In June of 2015, my son and I saw the PERFECT shirts selling on a campaign by Viralstyle. It was a depiction of Calvin and Hobbes dressed in Star wars costumes (Calvin is the Harrison Ford character Han Solo, Hobbes his faithful companion and Wookie, Chewbacca) engaged in a snowball fight.
Encaptioned "Snow Wars", it looked to be a great shirt for me and my son, true connoisseurs of all things Calvin and Hobbes.
Vitalstyle really stayed on top of all of the details, and made sure I was equipped with all of the shopping knowledge and a personal touch that made me know for sure that I'd do business with then again.
Would I recommend then to a friend? I would if I needed to, but don't! My friends recognized the quality of the shirts and immediately ordered their own. We now wait for more designs, with baited breath.
