I love this company. I have bought several shirts and will again. Even tough the sweatshirt I wanted was no longer available Gabriella found one I liked just as much and I purchased it. The customer service is great.

I ordered two sweaters and one was off centered a bit. I contacted them and they IMMEDIATELY responded with assistance. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE deserves future business. BTW, what a cool way to get cool items...crowd funding....THANKS

The t-shirt is a good memento to the late Lemmy. Good quality. Nice fit. Good design, spot on. Satisfactory contact with support team and excellent delivery from the US to UK. Very fast! Hope to do business again sometime in the near future.

I ordered a sweatshirt that somehow the order got lost. I contacted customer service and was helped by a very nice person named Steffan. He promptly answered my concerns and I receive the product within a week. I am very happy with the results and would gladly order from this company again.

Really cool concept for a company. Order an item, just wanted an update on the order. Asked about it over the chat function, very prompt and quick to answer.

I recently ordered two items from ViralStyle, a shirt and a mug both with the same prints on them. The t-shirt was perfect! The mug Was great also except that upon delivery the handle was broken.
I emailed the company to find out how to get a new one and all of the details that would go along with the replacement. Danielle was the representative I worked with throughout the entire process. She made it very easy! I was impressed with her customer service skills. Our correspondence has been through email only and she has been very clear and polite. I appreciate her and the timely responses.
I would definitely order from this company again.

My order was incorrect and Gabrielle at Viral Style really helped me out. She emailed me back promptly and after a re-issue of the product I wanted, I did not have to pay for shipping! I'm extremely happy with the experience they provided me. And I will definitely buy from this company again!

Viral Style is a great company. I've ordered several shirts through their campaigns and have never been disappointed. A recent order lead to a shirt that was difficult to read because of the depth of color of the shirt itself, printed with black. I contacted Viral Style, asked if I could exchange it and, long story, short, my new shirt will be printed and on its way soon thanks to Brittney M. (who was AWESOME!). I won't hesitate to buy from them again.

Falsely advertised the product when the necklace came it was a blurry picture and the words that looked so clear on line looks like a white smudged cloud , another ruined online buy

I ordered shirts that were sopost to say different things on them and they came in saying the same thing. I called customer support and they said to send a picture of the problem. which I did and they said they would send me the shirt with the correct saying on it. I got the second shirt in the mail and it was the same thing. I am very very upset and frustrated and furious with viralstyle. to save you time, money, effort, and sanity, never order from viralstyle. they dont look at the orders carefully and are very laxydaisy with their work. NEVER AGIAN WILL I ORDER FROM THIS [redacted] PLACE AGAIN!!!!

I ordered a shirt for my daughter. I didn't realize that the shirts are of a fitted size. When she received the shirt she realized the shirt was to small. I returned the shirt for a refund. All went well except for the USPS, who screwed up the return not once but three times. Viral Style was more than understanding with my issue, especially Gabriela. She understood my frustration. This was not a problem with Viral Style. Viral Style issue me my refund in a timely manner. Thank You so much for your understanding. I greatly appreciated your patients.

It was so great to do business with a ompany that thought about their customer first. I made the error but Viralstyle made it ok. No restocking fee, no, "can't do it, your fault." Just honest customer service. This is a company with old time values. So refreshing to find out it is still out there. Recommend shopping on Viralstyle.

I ordered a screen printed hooded sweatshirt from one of their promotions in February. When the shirt arrived, I found it to be the wrong size. I contacted Viral Style through email, and was promptly responded to by Gabriela T. She informed me that they would be sending me another shirt, in the correct size, at no charge. Viral Style has very prompt service and customer support. Very satisfied, and would order from this company again.

After placing my order I had noticed that I made a mistake with the color.. I was able to send a email to their support team and while speaking with Brittany I was able to get fast and very friendly customer service! I highly recommend this company. :)

Order was processed quickly with no ease. Quality of the hat and stitching is second to none. As a former submariner I absolutely love this hat and the support Viral Style shows for the military!
