Wow, I am so grateful to you and so impressed with the speedy results of filing a claim with your office.I filed the complaint with your department on a Sunday and the company had emailed me within 2 days to tell me that they (VERY unhappily I should add) would be crediting my account for the purchase price of the items, which had been returned to them in the prior month.The credits have just appeared on my credit card statement. The letter I received from Vitier is a bunch of malarkey. Nowhere on the internet add said call and cancel or be charged $175.00 for the two products. It said trial products for 10.94 for shipping and handling. If the add had any of the things they said they had with the add, I would not have placed an order. The letter said I had to cancel within 14 days. When I talked to one of the reps, they said I had 30 days. to cancel . The letter is a lie about what the add said.The was nothing in the terms and conditions that I would be charged more. Vitier is a scamming, fake company. day trial period starting from the date of your order processing in which you
could cancel your account to avoid further charges.  On your order page
you were provided with the following information:

placing your order today you'll be shipped via USPS a bottle of anti-aging skin
serum (just pay $4.97 Shipping and Handling). If you feel Vitier Beauty is not for
you, you can cancel within 14 days from today to avoid the purchase price of up
to $89.97 and enrollment in the auto-shipment program. 45 days after you start
your trial and every 30 days after, we will send you a fresh 30-day supply of
Vitier Beauty and charge you $89.97. You may cancel at any time by calling
Customer Service at 888-[redacted] . 
 
These terms were presented to
you in multiple places on our website when you ordered our product. If there
was any confusion with the terms you could have called our customer service
team and they would have been happy to assist you.
 
Since
we did not hear from you during your trial period, you were charged $89.97 on
June 10, 2015.
 
The first time we heard from
you regarding the cancelation of your account was on June 12, 2015 when you
canceled your account with a representative. Your account was immediately
canceled.
 
As a courtesy, we have
provided you with a full, immediate refund of $89.97 and request you send the
product back.
