charge in lieu of returning the product for a full refund.  You accepted
that offer and a refund of $44.99 was issued on July 6, 2015.

You were only ever charged in

Review: I ordered a free trial of their eye cream. They advertized that I can try the product for 14 days free and if I don't like it I can cancel the product. I received the product on July 12th and on July 23rd they took 90 dollars out of my checking account. I called them and they said the 14 day trial started the day I ordered the product, so in reality I was only allowed to try the product for 9 days not 14 days. This is false advertizing and had I known I would have cancelled earlier. They said their was nothing they could do and they will not refund my money.Desired Settlement: I would like the 90 dollars returned to my checking account because I was not allowed the 14 days free trial of their product as they advertized.

As a courtesy, we went ahead

and refunded you the remaining balance of $58.48 that same day.

Your account remains canceled.

Sincerely,

Review: I watched a informercial and it said for shipping charges only I could receive their product for a trial basis. A few days later I found a deduction on my visa and when I called I was told that was the full amount of product and that unless I canceled they would continue to send me more product and bill me. When I asked about refunding my account they said I was basically out of luck and all they could do was cancel my order which I did. The customer representative I talked to was very rude and made it sound like it was my fault. I also never received any product information or any kind of paperwork when product arrived in the mail. I am not sure of purchase date but it was this month of June 2015Desired Settlement: Refund my account the $89.97 for the cream and warn other consumers and have the company be more forthright in their advertising

Sincerely,

Review: Ordered the trial size of Vitier Cream and eye care. Paid for shipping and handling, $4.98 and $5.98. The product did not do as advertised and the eye cream burnt my eyes where applied and blurred my eye sight. Stopped within the 30 days and canceled. They charged my Chase credit card with the next shipment of $85.97 and $89.97, $175.94 total. If not satisfied it is a MONEY BACK QUARENTEE. I have been watching my bank and it is not refunded to the card. When you call any of the numbers, they say, your account has been canceled and no other shipment will be sent, Thank you Goodbye. You cannot talk to a person or get any farther. I want my money back as I cannot afford to may the $175.94. I am a 77 yr. old widow on SS trying to look younger I guess. But at this stage, nothing helps. I wish I had checked with you, the Revdex.com before I purchased the trial . I see they have an F rating and is uncredited. Anything you can do will be appreciated. I did this once before with a beauty cream and they took out the price of the product from my refund. At least half of what I paid them.Desired Settlement: Refund my charge from my Chase bank credit card.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Regards,

I will send their product back. The reason I am not satisfied is they are only refunding for one. The reason they did not hear from me asking for a refund is that you cannot get in touch with them. The telephone number just says that you canceled your order, Goodbye. I tried the internet and it was the same. Went no where. I want all my money back. I is like they are doing me a big favor. If you do get on their website, read all the complaints and they have a section to write in a complaint. Never again will I do this. They count the days that you are testing the product from the very day that you order it. How many days does it take to get here? You do not even try it for a week. I tried it for three days and knew I did not like it. I want all my money back. Not just refund for the one. I will expect my refunds counting from the days I put them in the post office. Their policy is tocharge the full price if you don't cancel in 14 days.I ordered on line and do not remember seeing this statement or agreement.I'm sure it must have been there but placed very discreetly! Review: I answered an internet ad to receive a "free" sample of Vitier Skin Cream for paying only the $4.95 postage necessary. Afterward, they would automatically send every 30 days, a full container costing over Ninety Dollars.....I received my "free" sample, and immediately phoned to cancel the auto deliveries until I knew if I liked the product. I was then told I had to pay $42.71 and it was a done deal. I asked them to remove that charge, and only charge me the original fee of s/h of $4.95 and they refused.I feel I have been scammed![redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to pay only the $4.95 as advertised, and my account be credited for $37.76.....the difference from their current charge, and their advertised offer.Thank you.Margaret [redacted]

Sincerely,

Review: I ordered the skin cream and eye cream under one transaction for a 14-day trial as advertised. I cancelled both creams at the same time within the trial period. The company debited my account $85.97 for the eye serum. When I saw the debit, I contacted the company and told them I had cancelled. They said I did not. I told them I did and they finally agreed to credit my account for half the debit. I argued that I wanted the full credit, and they finally agreed. When I cancelled in the beginning I was given a return number authorization. In spite of that, they still debited my account. When I got off the phone and checked my checking account, I had a new debit from the company for the skin cream. I called them back. They did the same routine with me, saying I agreed to purchase the cream when, in fact, I had cancelled within the 14-day trial. They tried to make it two transactions when, in reality, it was only one transaction. I ordered them at the same time and received them at the same time and my packing slip shows them delivered at the same time. So after much arguing, they said they would credit my account the full amount for the skin cream. So I am waiting to see if they will credit me for the two transactions. Each time I called I got the run around from these people. There were conflicting stories. One said I agreed to the eye cream. Another said I agreed to purchase the skin cream. Another said I answered an automated line and by doing that I agreed to the purchase. Another said that I had to return the cream but would still have to pay for what I was returning and that my advantage was that I was getting out of having to pay for it monthly. This is a deceitful and disreputable company. So far my account has been debited $130 and I have not agreed to purchase anything. They could have caused my account to overdraw with the debits. Also, the last debit indicated on my account that it was a recurring debit. If I cancelled, why was it a recurring debit?Desired Settlement: I want the company to stop debiting my account and to give me a full refund of the debits to my account.

was any confusion with the terms you could have called our customer service

team and they would have been happy to assist you.

Since we did not hear from

you during your trial period, you were charged $89.97 on March 21, 2015.

The first time we heard from

you regarding the cancellation of your account was on March 25, 2015 when you

canceled your account over our automated system. Your account was immediately

canceled and you have not received any shipments or charges since then.

You then called in and spoke

with a representative on April 29, 2015. We reminded you of the terms of the

offer that were agreed to at the time of your order and offered a 15% refund on

your charge in lieu of returning the product for a full refund. You accepted that offer and a refund of

$13.50 was issued on April 29, 2015.

You were only ever charged in

the amount of $89.97 by our company. If there are charges from another company,

you would need to contact them directly. I have gone ahead and issued you a

refund of the remaining balance equaling a total amount of $76.47. Your account

remains canceled and you will not receive any further shipments or charges.

Sincerely,

Review: I had succumbed to their mis-leading advertisement of a free trial of eye serum/skin cream a month or more ago. When it arrived, I found it to have charged and a re-occurring subscriber fee of $40+/mo. Without even trying it, I was angry and immediately called and cancelled any further shipments. I was told I had to keep the initial shipment and pay the charges. The product is sub-standard by all measured. I have used better lotions from a dime store.Today, I received another shipment and again immediately called. The woman continually cut me off mid sentence saying I had only cancelled the eye serum and not the body cream. So incorrect. I repeated the history of my call and dissatisfaction with the product. She finally agreed to issue me an RMA where they would "consider" reversing the charges, after I paid shipping and handling.Desired Settlement: I should not have to pay a single penny and would like to toss the product in the trash.

I apologize but I am not able to assist you with any orders you made with any

companies other than ours.

We

take complaints very seriously and we hope this response will provide you with

additional information. We received your order on July 8, 2015.

The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time

of your order clearly state that you were to have a 14 day trial period

starting from the date of your order processing in which you could cancel your

account to avoid further charges. On your order page you were provided

with the following information:

By placing your order today you'll be

shipped via USPS a bottle of anti-aging skin serum (just pay $4.97 Shipping and

Handling). If you feel Vitier Beauty is not for you, you can cancel within 14

days from today to avoid the purchase price of up to $89.97 and enrollment in

the auto-shipment program. 45 days after you start your trial and every 30 days

after, we will send you a fresh 30-day supply of Vitier Beauty and charge you

$89.97. You may cancel at any time by calling Customer Service at 888-364-7963.

These

terms were presented to you in multiple places on our website when you ordered

our product. Additionally, you were sent an order confirmation email after your

order was completed that provided a full written version of the terms you

agreed to.

When

you ordered the product you also checked a box indicating that you agreed to

the terms of the offer. When a customer checks that box we must assume that

they have actually read what they are agreeing to. If there was any confusion

with the terms you could have called our customer service team and they would

have been happy to assist you.

Since

we did not hear from you during your trial period, you were charged $89.97 on July

one additional package at the cost of $94.94 ($89.97 + $4.97 S&H)

The

first time we heard from you regarding the cancelation of your account was on August

26, 2015 when you canceled your account with a representative. Your

Ana, CA 92799

Your account remains canceled

Response:

The record of this transaction needs to be made public record. It is NOT as stated by Vitier. I did ask for the anti-aging serum trial to be sent to be on 7-10-15 and paid the $4.97 shipping and handling fee to "NLI Skincare". Immediately upon receipt, I was dissatisfied and contacted them on 7-14-15. Since I had used the serum, they agreed to charge me only half ($35.71) to "ALI DefEyeAge" and cancel any future shipments. I was angry that I had to pay anything so am absolutely certain I would not have ordered again on 8-22 as they claim. Just the use of multiple names should alert you to this being a scam.I will return the product, at my own expense, REMAIN angry that it has cost me anything and for the inconvenience. I might add also that the operator I spoke to on the phone was very rude. Please put a stop to this company's escapades.

Review: May 30,2015 I ordered Vitier's trial skin and eye creams for a total cost of $10.94.( Vitier is a company in Santa Ana, Calif.) May 31,2015 I received email that products where shipped that day.June 5, 2015 I received the two trial products. According to my credit card bill I was charged on June 13, 2015, $89.97 for the skin cream and $85.97 for the eye cream. June 11, 2015 my credit card company paid Vitier the $10.94. July 16, 2015 I started calling Vitier, questioning why was I charged $175.94 for the two trial products. The customer service reps were very hard to understand. They (I talked to at least 3)said I was supposed to call and cancel by the 14th day. One customer service rep had the audacity to tell me" that's why you have to careful when ordering on the internet." First, that was nowhere in the ad, second, they charged my credit card 13 days after the trial products were shipped. On top of that I received another package from Vitier July 17, 2015. I called again. That rep said send back the product(s) and that the additional $175.94 will be refunded. $351.88 has been charged to my MasterCard for two trial products that were supposed be $ 10.94. I reiterate, nowhere in the ad said send back or cancel orders within 14 days. According reports on Ripoff.com, I am not the only woman taken in by Vitier. Hundreds of reports are almost identical to mine.( Should have read the reports before making my order.)Desired Settlement: I want the $ 351.00 taken off my MasterCard.

Review: THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULANT. They offer a free trial and imply you only pay for postage and handling of the product. However, the trial only means they don't bill you for 14 days of which 10 days is taken up in shipping and handling time. By the time you get their product, you have exhausted the trial period. Then they bill you the full amount for the product ($85.00)and say you gave up your rights to a 30 money-back guarantee because you participated in the trial.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the $85.97 charged for the Advance Eye Restore and $89.97 charged for the Vida Skin Cream.

Review: I ordered a free trial from Vitier and it said I only had to pay the shipping. I have not had the products for only a week and they charged my bank account $175.94. I called immediately to tell them I could not even use the product as it caused an allergic reaction and did not authorize them to charge me $175.94. She told me they charged me because my free trial of 14 days was up. She also said the 14 days was from the date ordered. This was definitely false advertising and said nothing about a 14 day trial and then they would charge an amount. I insisted that she give me back my money as I did not authorize the payment and can not even use the product. No where did it ever tell me that I would be charge the $175.94 at any time. She said have a nice day and hung up on me.Desired Settlement: I want my $175.94 back. This has caused my husband and I a major problem as we can't afford anything like this. I want my money back and I believe they should be charged with fraudulent activities. They can have their so-called free trial back as I can't even use the stuff, it burns my skin.

Response:

Hi [redacted],

Review: I went online and ordered free sample offered 2/13/2015 and received skin creams in a timely manner , just pay shipping. I was charged shipping twice and face creams arrived in same package. Now they are charging $175.94 on a separate date 2/27/2015. When I called Vitier ###-###-#### I was told they did not have sample size and I had been charged the price of regular size. After calling my credit card I was informed that they have several calls about this company every day. I was also told that somewhere in the fine print in the online ad it says they will continue to ship or bill me every month. Their on line ad clearly says you qualify for a sample, just pay shipping. Master Card cannot dispute this charge or credit this $175.94 charge because of wording somewhere on their ad that you don't see. When you try their terms and conditions at the bottom of their ad it offers you another order for $!.96 and does not display terms and conditions. All I want is my $175.94 credited to my card or my only other option is closing card, getting a new card that they can still charge me on according to Master Card. Thank you for your help. [redacted]Desired Settlement: Credit to my Master Card

Review: This is advertised as a free trial shipping only for face cream and eye serum, when I received and could not use the product I cancelled, they told me I would be charged 38.71 for the cancellation, I paid shipping charges of 4.97 and 5.97 one shipping fee per product, then in 10 days they charged my account 85.97, I also just received another shipment in which they charged me 91.94, when I called they told me I had only cancelled the face cream and this is the eye cream (NOT what I was told when I called to cancel) when I said I wanted to return they said I could return but I would not be given credit. this is a scam. I spoke with employee # [redacted] (or that is what they said). They have an elaborate website but no way to send anything to customer service or to speak with anyone that would help me or answer why they are charging me all this.Desired Settlement: I want the 85.97 they charged me refunded and I want to return the shipment I just got for 91.94 and get a refund. I was only suppose to pay shipping fees.

Review: Vitier advertised online a free sample of their anti-wrinkle eye serum. The video they used showed the sample in such a small container that it was logical it would be free. To get what I thought was the free sample, I had to also purchase their anti-aging skin cream for $4.95 but I was willing to try that product. When I called to complain that neither product worked I was told I would be charged $89.97 for skin cream and also $85.97 for the eye serum, and that this was explained under Terms and Conditions which I did not see anywhere in the video or when I submitted online payment. Furthermore, what they shipped me was not the product that appeared in the video. They sent a 15mL bottle of the anti-wrinkle eye serum, but the video only showed a very small plastic container that looked like a free sample. Had they shown what I actually received I may not have thought it was a sample. And, if I hadn't called, they were going to continue to ship me both products. I do not remember reading that anywhere on the web site.

When I told them I wanted a refund they said they would take 15% off the price. I told them I would contact the Revdex.com and they said they would take 50% off the price. When I told them I would take legal action, they told me they would give me a full refund if I return the product. What kind of scam is that? I spoke with Ivy, employee ID [redacted]. Regarding my complaint #[redacted], I forgot to add that the directions on Vitier's anti-aging skin cream say that it takes 4 weeks to see a skin improvement. However, it is too late to receive a refund at that point if the product does not work.Desired Settlement: I do not want to pay the shipping cost to return these products and I want a full refund for both of them.

Only want to hook you for money not the product. Will then say not supervisor available and wait too long. When offer partial after you let them know you were unaware they would charge this out hugh amount..Desired Settlement: Take off 89.97 and 85.97 from account under my name [redacted] and zip [redacted]
