Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. In the response from Viter, they agree to refund me the charge of $94.94 made to my account on 6/16/15. There is no mention of a refund of the charge of $91.94 made on my account on the same day. Since both products carry the Viter product name and are mailed in the same box from the same address, I expect the $91.94 to also be refunded. I have attached a picture of the two products and the box they arrived in.

The letter I received from Vitier is a bunch of malarkey. Nowhere on the internet add said call and cancel or be charged $175.00 for the two products. It said trial products for 10.94 for shipping and handling. If the add had any of the things they said they had with the add, I would not have placed an order. The letter said I had to cancel within 14 days. When I talked to one of the reps, they said I had 30 days. to cancel . The letter is a lie about what the add said.
The was nothing in the terms and conditions that I would be charged more. Vitier is a scamming, fake company. They most likely came up with al these terms and conditions after hundreds of complaints.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Regards,
[redacted]
I did not agree to have a 14 day trial period starting from 07/05/15.  They claim that the advertisement clearly states that.  It obviously didn't clearly state it to me because it didn't appear in the advertisement.  A representative from the [redacted] told me that the bank had received numerous complaints about Vitier.  I have assumed from this that their advertisements did not clearly state their policy either.  Per Vitier's response, the trial period began on 07/05/15 and I received their product  six days later on 07/11/15.  My credit card was charged $89.97 on 07/21/15.  I do not believe that anyone would agree to their terms of testing a cream in just 8 days.  Furthermore, nothing appeared in the advertisement about a subscription fee of $89.97.  Upon seeing the fee charged to my account, I called Vitier hoping to speak to a live person and a voice mail gave me one option - push 1 if I didn't want to receive any more shipments.  I called [redacted] and informed then that I had not authorized the subscription fee of $89.97.  [redacted] then called Vitier,  while I was on the phone with them, and spent 5 unsuccessful minutes trying to speak to a live person.  I have not been given a chargeback and I would like Vitier to send me a check for $89.97.

you agreed to at the time of your order clearly state that you were to have a
14 day trial period starting from the date of your order processing in which
you could cancel your account to avoid further charges.  On your order
page you were provided with the following information:

By placing
your order today you'll be shipped via USPS a bottle of anti-aging skin serum
(just pay $4.97 Shipping and Handling). If you feel Vitier Beauty is not for
you, you can cancel within 14 days from today to avoid the purchase price of up
to $89.97 and enrollment in the auto-shipment program. 45 days after you start
your trial and every 30 days after, we will send you a fresh 30-day supply of
Vitier Beauty and charge you $89.97. You may cancel at any time by calling
Customer Service at 888-364-7963.

These
terms were presented to you in multiple places on our website when you ordered
our product. Additionally, you were sent an order confirmation email after your
order was completed that provided a full written version of the terms you
agreed to.

When
you ordered the product you also checked a box indicating that you agreed to the
terms of the offer. When a customer checks that box we must assume that they
have actually read what they are agreeing to. If there was any confusion with
the terms you could have called our customer service team and they would have
been happy to assist you.

Since
we did not hear from you during your trial period, you were charged $89.97 on [redacted]
17, 2015.

The
first time we heard from you regarding the cancelation of your account was on
[redacted] 17, 2015 when you canceled your account with a representative. Your account
was immediately canceled and you have not received any shipments or charges
since then.

As a
courtesy, we have provided you with a full, immediate refund of $89.97 on the
current charge and requested you send the product back.

Your account remains canceled
and you will not receive any further shipments or charges.

Sincerely,
[redacted]

Terribly sorry about your experience with Vitier. Based on our system all refunds have already been issued.
If there's anything else I can help assist in please email **@vitiereye.com
