Review: I made several orders with Von Vonni and some orders have been received and some have not. Additionally, I made a return of two dresses totalling $150 and I have not received my refund. I have called, emailed, IM on f[redacted], and the customer comments on the website. In the early weeks, I was told they were working to resolve the issue, then I was told the system was down to process refunds, and then finally for the past two weeks, I have heard no responses. I went to the f[redacted] page and have discovered there are several people who are complaining about the same thing. The following order numbers have not been completely fulfilled: [redacted] Received the orange renassaince but not the orange coral Owed $79 [redacted] Have not received the red or gray top $19 each Owed $38 [redacted] Returned these two dresses; Owed a total of $130 [redacted] Received the green jewel dress but not the green top Owed $39 In total Von Vonni owes me $286 to be credited back to my credit card. On the website in the account information is still reports processing. I asked that each item still processing be cancelled until I receive my credit back.Desired Settlement: I want my $286 back, and apology, and this company to right the wrongs they have done to all these people. It is shameful that the merchandise is so nice but the customer care and service is AWEFUL.

Review: I made an order Sept [redacted]. Got my confirmation code and that is the last I've heard from von vonni. Its now Sept [redacted] and haven't gotten my product. I have made many calls without any answers. Most numbers are out of order. I have made many detailed emails with no answers. I've even went to their blog with no answer back. Review: I ordered two dresses, one top and one tube (undergarment) in September [redacted] 2013 and I have not received any of these items.

I have submitted complaints several times, and have only received automated replies. I have also attempted to contact the company through their [redacted] page and [redacted] but never received a response.

The order number is #[redacted] (placed on September **, 2013 12:31:39 AM PDT) and the $121.95 was charged to my credit card (via [redacted]) in September 2013.

Until their website was redirected, I frequently checked my order status and it never progressed past "processing".

In the past couple of months I have begun receiving special offer emails from the company which confirms that they still have my details on record and are still trading. I would like to either receive my items or a refund. I would be satisfied to receive the items in any color or equivalent items.

I am extremely disappointed that a company who is so obviously taking people's money without supplying any goods is allowed to continue trading.Desired Settlement: I would like to either receive my items or a refund. If it is not possible to supply the items (which is unlikely as I have recently started receiving advertising/promotional emails from the company again) then a full refund of my money would be acceptable.

Review: Ordered 4 bridesmaid dresses may [redacted], still have no idea if they will ever be sent out. Called 30 plus times before their customer service lines were suspended a couple days ago!!!!! Nobody is answering any emails and my wedding is now almost here. After a month and a bit of telling me every time I called that the product would be sent out, someone finally bothered to check the warehouse to see it was on back order. The date they said I could receive it since has changed over 10 times. This company had by far the worst customer service. I paid for these dresses within three days of placing my order and yet I am no closer to receiving the merchandise.Desired Settlement: If my wedding wasn't approaching in a couple weeks I would cancel this order but now I am desperate for the product. I already have one dress I bought locally from someone who previously purchased from them. I need these dresses or at least my money back.

In regards to Customer Service Issues.

As a result of changing fulfillment centers, some of our orders where shipped

out later than expected, we emailed our customers about the delay. The

warehouse informed us that everything had been shipped out! We are a small

company and recently became aware that in fact all the order had not been

shipped, we became aware of this because customer started calling. We only have

two customer service representatives who are trying to sorting out the problem,

which in turn causes a backlog on both the phones and the emails.

On June **, 2013 at 8:18am, the order was delivered via USPS [redacted] .

Review: I placed an order from their online store on August 31st and received a confirmation email stating "Order [redacted] (placed on August 31, 2013 8:45:27 AM PDT))" as well as "Once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track your order." I did not receive a shipping email and attempted to contact the company on September 10th. I called their customer service line three times, only to be disconnected each time after 20 minutes. I tried another number listed on their site, which had an automated message saying it had been disconnected. I then attempted to send an email through their website, which also did not work. Finally I emailed them through my email client (Gmail) and received a confirmation email that they received my message. Later that day (Sept 10th) I received an email stating: "Support Agent (VonVonni Support) Sep 10 16:11 (EDT) Hello, The warehouse is experiencing a technical glitch in the system used to generate tracking numbers for customer's orders to be shipped. Our IT department is working as quickly as possible to fix the problem. We expect your order to ship by the end of this week. You will be notified via email as soon as your tracking number has been updated into our system. We apologize for the delay. Best, Von Vonni Support" I did not receive my items nor did I receive any sort of notification, so on September 18th I again tried calling and sent another email. No response. Today (September 27th) I tried calling and sent another email.Desired Settlement: I would like my items delivered no later than October 4th. I would even be willing to go to their office and pick up the items, as I work near their offices.

Review: I purchased several items from this company on September *. I contacted Von Vonni several times to ask about delivery of the items and they told me they would ship them several times... I never received the items. I contacted Von Vonni several more times and they never contacted me back. I have been on hold for over an hour on 2 occasions and still have been sending them emails and they will not respond. I have contacted them on [redacted] as well. They will not ship my items or contact me back. I have done a charge back through my credit card company but my girlfriend would still really love the items. I hope you can help me get the items we ordered.

Review: I ordered a navy blue transformer dress from von vonni on 9/*/13. $33.95 was then taken out of my account and within a week because my dress had still not shipped. I contacted customer support and they said there was a delay and my dress was scheduled to be shipped out the following week. That week passed and still no dress, no email and impossible to get through to anyone in customer service. My order number is [redacted]. I tried 6 time emails and numerous calls with no response. Review: I PLACED AN ORDER THROUGH VONVONNI ONLINE ON SEPTEMBER [redacted], 2013. THE ORDER NUMBER IS [redacted]. SINCE OCTOBER [redacted] I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT VON VONNI'S CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE HOWEVER HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO LINK WITH THEM TO FIND OUT ABOUT THE STATUS OF MY ORDER.

Review: This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. This company cheats people out of their money, and does not refund/credit money within 14 days of receiving my item as promised on their website. I have called about 4 times in regards to the item I shipped back to them in original form. I have received confirmation that my item was received and a promised every single time from a customer service rep that someone will process my refund in the accounting/refund dept and get back with me. Its ridiculous especially when I payed my own money to ship the item. Not one person got in contact with me via phone or email. It should not take a business over 3 weeks to process a return. They are using my money for the item that they have received back and have in their possession. This is what their website states in regards to refunds: "Please allow a processing time of two to three weeks for refunds and exchanges. Von Vonni reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy. We want you to receive your exchange or refund ASAP! You can expect your refund/exchange to process within approximately 14 days of us receiving your merchandise. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the refund information from Von Vonni. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited." Their customer service reps did not want to transfer me over to a supervisor or manager, saying they only use "chat" to communicate within the depts. That is bunch of nonsense. I am sure you can email or call your manager or supervisor and get this taken care of immediately, especially with an unsatisfied customer who is making phone call after phone call regarding the same exact issue. It seems that no one makes any notes on any of the phone calls they receive, and they most definitely don't relate their messages. I will never make any purchases from them ever again, and will make sure to let everyone know that they don't make any attempt to satisfy their customers.Desired Settlement: I need to receive my refund immediately!!!!!!!!!
