Review: After multiple problems with this company, first with delivery, then when the product finally was delivered, it was the wrong one, and now that I have returned my items for a refund, I am still waiting for my money back. This has all been happening over the span of a few months and I am left waiting every time I have an issue.Desired Settlement: I would like my purchase of $53.00 to be returned in full. As a result of changing fulfillment centers, some of our orders where shipped out later than expected, we emailed our customers about the delay. The warehouse informed us that everything had been shipped out! We are a small company and recently became aware that in fact all the order had not been shipped, we became aware of this because customer started calling. We only have two customer service representatives who are trying to sorting out the problem, which in turn causes a backlog on both the phones and the emails.

On June **, 2013, the customer was refunded a total of $53.00 for the order that was not received.

Review: I ordered a dress in September and it has still not arrived. I have complained twice and have only received automated replies. I have telephoned and was cut off after being put on hold for 30 minutes.

Review: On September [redacted] 2013 I ordered 6 long azure blue transformer dresses as bridesmaid dresses from Von Vonni via their website, [redacted]. I have yet to receive the product after they charged my credit cards a total of 174$, and have attempted on numerous occasions to contact the seller with no response. I have contacted their support phone line, received an automated message that advised me to "please hold for the next available customer service representative" and twenty minutes later was still holding. This occurred twice. I also attempted to contact by email. I received a response that the email was received and that my concerns would be addressed with in 24 hours. I have not received a response. I lastly messaged the seller through Facebook messaging, still with no response. In all of my attempts I have provided the order numbers and numerous means of contact for myself.Desired Settlement: I would like my money to be refunded in full.

Review: I ordered two dresses on September [redacted] 2013 from [redacted] and received this email confirmation (Your Order #[redacted] (placed on September *, 2013 7:58:40 PM PDT) ) that night, and within the next 48 hours my account was charged for the 58.00 total. This email stated I would receive another email when my dresses shipped, and I have yet to receive such an email. When I check my order status online it still says "pending". When I emailed on October [redacted] asking that I hear back from a company representative regarding why my order had taken over a month to ship, and asking someone to contact me at my cell phone number as soon as possible. I never heard back from a person but got an automated email saying :Your request (#[redacted]) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff." Two weeks later and I have still not heard back. I wouldn't have expected to be charged for an item that had not yet shipped, and I have emailed again about my concern with the significant delay in processing my order after I have already paid. I have tried calling 4 times this week, and always end up on hold for 20 min with no answer.Desired Settlement: Ideally, I would like to receive the dresses in my order from September [redacted], as soon as possible. If they are unable to provide this product I expect a full refund to my account.

Review: I confirmed my order with Von Vonni on September [redacted], 2013 and have attempted to contact the company repeatedly via email and their customer service line which has a message saying it has been cancelled. I have not received any emails regarding the shipping or delay of my purchase though my credit card was charged the day I placed the order. I ordered 2 months ahead of when I needed the items and to my dismay have had no contact from the company since. I require my order by October [redacted], 2013 for a trip. I am deeply shocked at their lack of customer service, small company or not.Desired Settlement: My items delivered by October [redacted], 2013.

However, it has been over a month, and I have received neither the product, nor the promised shipping notification email. In fact, I haven't been able to get any response from the company at all! I wanted to check the status of my order, so I tried calling the customer service number several times, but was on hold for 30+minutes before getting disconnected. I also sent several emails to the customer service email address, but have not received replies, even though the first email was sent over two weeks ago. I'm getting concerned that this is a scam, and that the company is dodging my very reasonable request to get information about my order! It's highly unprofessional to ignore customer service requests, and a delivery time that's longer than a month (without prior warning of delays, or updates) seems ridiculous. Review: Order placed for an item of clothing in late May. Contacted the company when the item didn't arrive within several weeks. The company stated the item was out of stock. HOWEVER COMPANY FAILED TO SAY DRESS WAS OUT OF STOCK WHEN ORDER WAS PLACED and I would be receiving it within a few weeks. Their response this time was that they received misinformation and that the DRESS WAS STILL BEING MADE. How long does it take to make a short cotton dress. Review: I ordered a dress from VonVonni almost four months ago on June **, 2013. The package never arrived. Since then, I have attempted to contact the company and correct the problem over a dozen times, and at this point, the company is not answering its customer service phone line nor is it answering its customer service e-mails. The package has still not been sent to me.

At first, I got generic responses from the company that never solved my problem. On July *, 2013, I sent an e-mail inquiry through their customer service process because there was no indication on the website that the dress had been shipped. The company responded on July *, 2013 that the dress was being shipped that week. On July **, 2013, I sent another inquiry because there was still no indication that the product had been shipped. I had not expected the shipment to take this long, was concerned that the shipment would come while I was out of town, and wanted to be sure it came before I left (or otherwise change my address to my parents' house). A few days after getting no reply, I called and was able to talk to a customer service representative who told me the shipment would be delivered on August *, 2013 (a few days before I would be out of town and unable to receive the package). I offered to change my shipping address to my parents' address just in case the package did not arrive before I left, but the representative assured me that would be unnecessary.

The package did not arrive before I left town. In August 2013, I tried numerous times to call the VonVonni Customer Service hotline. Every time, I was automatically put on hold by the machine until "the next available customer service representative could take my call," and then the call would automatically drop after twenty minutes. On September *, 2013, when I returned home, I found that the package had still not been delivered, so I tried e-mailing the Customer Service department again (this had proved more successful than the defunct phone line). On Septemer *, 2013, I received a reply from a customer service agent telling me that my package would be delivered at the end of the day (September [redacted]) by UPS. The agent also included a link to a UPS tracking number. When I clicked on the link, the UPS site told me that my package had been delivered to Sacramento, California; the shipping address I provided to VonVonni is in Treasure Island, Florida. Confused, I sent a reply e-mail to the VonVonni representative explaining that my shipping address was not in Sacramento, California and asking for correct information about my package. No response from VonVonni.

I tried unsuccessfully to call the VonVonni Customer Service hotline several more times and, each time, was placed on hold for twenty minutes until the phone automatically disconnected. I then sent another e-mail inquiry on September **, 2013 explaining that I had been dealing with the dress delivery for a month and a half and wanted someone from Customer Service to call me. I explained that no one was answering the phone lines, and I left my phone number for them to call. I received a reply e-mail on September [redacted] that simply said that they apologized for the inconvenience, were working on the issue, and would e-mail me the next morning. I received no e-mail the next day, nor for another week and a half. After trying numerous unsuccessful times to call, I sent another e-mail On September **, 2013. I insisted that someone call me to sort out the delivery issue and left my number. I have had no response by e-mail from VonVonni since that time. I also sent another e-mail asking for the contact information for someone in their legal department and received no response.

At this point, realizing that my products were not likely to be delivered, I contacted [redacted] on September **, 2013, to get a refund for the voucher that I used on the VonVonni website. [redacted] has been helpful, but has said that they will need to make contact with VonVonni before I can obtain a refund. VonVonni appears to be evading contact with [redacted] in the same manner it has been evading my inquiries.

At this point, I have paid for goods that should have been delivered from VonVonni and have still not received them. Further, VonVonni has now begun to completely ignore my attempts to contact it regarding my order, and their phone line remains completely defunct. I have no way to resolve my grievance with the company.Desired Settlement: I would either like to have my order delivered to me or, in the alternative, I would like VonVonni to contact [redacted] so that I can receive a refund of my money.

Review: I returned 3 items totaling $152.00 and have not ever received my refund, as they promised I would. It has been nearly a month and no one will reply to my email requests or my phone calls to resolve this matter. Not only that, but they still haven't delivered the item from another order that cost me over $33.92. Review: I ordered a kelly green short transformer dress and matching tube top on the Von Vonni website on September *, 2013. The website said that the expected delivery time was five days later. I still have yet to get the dress though and it's November **. I contacted the company on October * via their website customer service page to find out the status of my order. Von Vonni sent me an automated message that confirmed receipt of my message and saying that they would respond in 24 hours. They never responded. I messaged them again through their website on November *. I got another automated message confirming the receipt of my message and promising to respond in 24 hours. They never responded to that message either. Their website is now down so I can't contact them through that and when I call their phone number a recording picks up saying that someone will be with me shortly, but no one ever actually answers.Desired Settlement: I would like the kelly green short transformer dress and matching tube top that I ordered and paid for.

Review: My boyfriend ordered me a Long Kelly green transformer dress using a Living Social coupon in February 2013, upon receiving the dress I noticed a whole in the seaming area this met the guidelines for exchange so I contacted Von Vonni to exchange the dress. My exchange request was approved and I mailed the dress back in April **, 2013. According to my tracking information they received the dress on April **, 2013, however it is now July *, 2013 and I have yet to receive my exchange dress. When I contact the company's online customer I was informed that the dress was on back order even though the website says the dress is in stock. I have called multiple times ( during business hours) and have left multiple messages and have yet to talk to an actual person. I am very disappointed with the lack of correspondence from their staff as well as the amount of time it has taken to ship a dress.Desired Settlement: I would like my exchanged dress by the end of the month or for Von Vonni to mark my Living Social coupon as unused so I am able to attain a refund from living social.
