Review: I ordered a dress and I have never received the dress. They have charged my debit card but the dress has not been shipped. I have been waiting a month now.Desired Settlement: They need to be held accountable for taking people's money and not delivering the product.

Review: I ordered a dress for a wedding and the bride changed her mind about colors so I returned the dress within the 30 day return window. I had serious issues with just getting approval to return the dress, but eventually got in contact with someone and was able to return the dress. According to the package tracking, the dress arrived at the Von Vonni office on July **, 2013. After several days attempting to get through to the customer service line, I finally was told on August * that I would get my refund within 2-10 business days. This never happened. I attempted to get in touch with customer service yet again and it took weeks to finally get in touch with someone on September *. She told me she had to ask her manager about the refund and would call me by the end of that business day. That never happened. I have now been trying to call every day to get in touch with someone again about my $120 refund for the dress that they received on July **. Every time I call the customer service number I am on hold for at least 10 minutes, if not 20 and then the line hangs up on me. What horrible, exceedingly ridiculous customer service. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I can't believe people actually still order the dresses and they are still in business.Desired Settlement: Refund the $120 back to my [redacted] credit card.

Review: I returned 2 products on 8/*/2013 (delivery confirmed by USPS) and was credited for 1 of the returns on 8/** but have not received a $95 credit I am still entitled to. I have attempted to contact them by e-mail multiple times but have received nothing more than an automated acknowledgement. The phone number listed on their website is not in service.Desired Settlement: Refund of $95 for returned product.

Review: I ordered 4 items ( 2 long transformer dresses, 1 skirt and I short Florence dress) from Von Vonni online in mid-August. I received the items the last week of August but never received a confirmation email, receipt, order ID number or return information. The box arrived with nothing but the items inside. I wanted to return 2 of these items as they advertised a "no questions asked" return policy within a 2- 4 week time frame. I called the number on their return website ###-###-####. It was disconnected. I called their other listed number ###-###-#### repeatedly over the next weeks. Each time I was placed on hold for 20-30 minutes and then disconnected without ever speaking to anyone. I requested a return address and order ID number through their customer service email a few times, explaining the situation and to give them a chance to respond. They never responded. I read on the reviews that others had returned their products to some address but were never refunded and became nervous about the legitimacy of this business and their practices. I enjoy their product but do not trust any dealings with them at this point. It has been two months. I was charged in full for the products.Desired Settlement: I would like a response immediately about this situation and refund for my items : ( 1 long transformer dress and 1 short Florence dress). I need an order number and legitimate return address and request free return shipping at this point. I want some documentation about my order other than my credit card bill.

Review: I ordered several clothing items online in two different orders on 9/* and 9/**. The items were on sale at the time and not showing out of stock or with long lead times. (I had also ordered a similar item several weeks earlier, not on sale, and it was delivered in 2-3 business days). The complete order along with the 9/* order were purchased with free domestic shipping since the cost was over $50. I paid for shipping on the last order. It is now 10/*, after business hours and the website shows the initial, received order as complete and the later two orders as "processing". The ordered items are now listed as "in stock" at approximately 5 times the sale price at which I purchased the items. I have used the support email address multiple times as well as the online support forms. I have called customer service within the advertised business hours several times with no answer. I have received confirmation that at least two of my email requests had been received and the service call line stated that answers would be provided within 24 hours. I have heard no contact from the vendor.Desired Settlement: I would like the items shipped immediately. These are for a special occasion later this month. If shipment will not occur by then, I would like immediate service to let me know so I can find another outfit for this occasion...along with a full refund and letter of explanation.

Review: I purchased a dress from this company at the beginning of June 2013. I never received it. First they said it was back ordered on June [redacted] when I called. Then they said in early July that it had been mailed but I never received it. I even traced it and proved it wasn't so they said they would mail a new one. It was never sent. I've spent the last year contacting them via phone (first) then email and their ** page for a refund or my dress. I was told on four different occasions that some one was "personally mailing it" but it was never ever sent. Then I was told they went out of business. Then I started receiving ads for them this summer. So I contacted them again and was told yet again that they would be sending it. And again nothing!!! This place is a sham!! Review: I placed an order on 09/**/13 (#[redacted]) and have yet to receive the product as of today (11/**/13). I've tried contacting the company through customer service. On the phone, no one answers. I sent emails on 10/**/13, 10/**/13 and 10/**/13 and after the first email, I got an automated reply saying that my request (#[redacted]) had been received and is being reviewed by support staff. I never heard from them since and never got an "order shipped" email. Today, I wanted to check if the status of my order had changed but their site seemed to be down so I was unable to do so.Desired Settlement: As I was hoping to wear the product at an upcoming event, I would like to receive it as soon as possible. If they cannot fulfilll this order by 11/**/13 at the latest, I want a full refund.

Review: I placed an order for some tube tops with Von Vonni, cause I have 2 Dresses from them and the product was wonderful ! Then when I got the tubes, to match with the dresses, the colors were completely different from the Dresses. I called in August and requested a change, and the customer service rep told me to send both the Dress and the Tubes back, so that they make and send me a matching pair. Since then, I have tried through various ways to communicate and reach them, but I have not received a refund / nor have I received the Dress and Tube ? Please help !!! Review: I purchased a shirt from www.vonvonni.com on June **, 2013. I was using a coupon for $39 from a [redacted] promotion. When I placed the order the coupon did not apply properly and I was charged $79 for the shirt. When I tried to rectify the situation I was unable to get any response via email or phone from Customer Service. No one ever answers the phone at the 800 number and no one ever responds to email to [redacted] or [redacted]. The only other number available online is a non-working number. The shirt was supposed to be delivered in a few weeks and I had hoped to be able to cancel the order. Unfortunately it arrived promptly and I immediately returned it to the North Bergen, NJ shipping address. I have confirmation that the item was delivered back to that address on Friday, June ** at 1:40pm. I am trying to get my $79 refunded as Von Vonni now has the shirt and my money. On July * at 13:54pm I received an email stating that "This email will be forwarded to the head of the refunds department." To this date I have not received any calls or emails from that department and am unable to reach anyone to get my refund.Desired Settlement: I would like the $79 I paid for the item I no longer have refunded to my bank account immediately.

Review: I placed an order through Von Vonni on Sept. *, 2013 (Order #[redacted]), and it still in the "processing" phase. I have tried multiple times to call, with no answer, and have sent several emails from both myself and my daughter. Again, with no response. I bought a $60 [redacted] for this company that allowed me to buy $120 worth of their products, and I only had to pay for shipping ($9.95 USD). The dresses that are ordered are for my daughters wedding, and are for her bridal party and everything has been designed and co-ordinated with the colours that have been chosen and paid for.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the dresses delivered to me PROMPTLY. I would also like to see my shipping charge refunded to me in full.

Review: I had placed an order on August **, 2013 (order number [redacted]). I had sent back an item (Coral Gables Maxi Dress in Hot Pink, S) on August **, 2013 via the United States Post Office (it was delivered on 8/**/2013 at 6:26 pm). About a week later, I emailed them to inquire about the status of my return. I received an email stating that they were "experiencing a technical glitch in the system used to process refunds. We are working as quickly as possible to fix the problem. You will be notified via email as soon as your refund has been returned back to your account." So, I waited for more than ten days and I emailed them again to check whether my return was processed. I received an email stating that they are "working as quickly as possible to resolve this issue and expect an email the next morning." Needless to say, I did not receive an email or any other emails thereafter. Again, I waited a few days for a reply and when there was none, I sent them an email again. I have also called them several times and no one has ever picked up a call - I have called repeatedly and was on hold for more than 30 minutes each and each call was ended by Von Vonni (I have wasted time, energy and cell phone minutes). I have called and emailed numerous times for the last six weeks. I am fed up with dealing this issue. I cannot believe that I have wasted so much time and energy in getting a simple refund from your company. After this horrific experience, I will NEVER order from your company ever again.Desired Settlement: $29.50

Review: I placed an online order for 3 dresses with Von Vonni. My credit card was processed and the company received their money. Yet it has been 3 weeks and I haven't received my order nor will anyone answer the phone when I call the customer cr listed. I hold on the line for the next representative and 20-30 minutes later the line just disconnects. Review: I ordered one dress from von vonni on MARCH [redacted], 2013 UNDER [redacted] AT [redacted] FOR THE PRICE OF $160.00 which was supposed to be a custom sized plus size almond transformer dress that was suppose to take 2 months to get. I waited. I didn't realize they would never give me a product. I made the mistake to order a couple other dresses (REGULAR NON CUSTOM DRESSES) on MAY [redacted], 2013 UNDER [redacted] AT [redacted] IN THE PRICE OF $83.00 After another month of not receiving any products!! I called customer service over 10 times!!! I have phone records. After they finally sent out the SUPPOSED packages I opened them and realized THEY WERE NOT WHAT I ORDERED!!! THERE WASN'T EVEN A CUSTOM PLUS SIZE DRESS IN THERE IT WAS A STANDARD SIZE DRESS SINCE I HELD IT UP WITH THE REST OF THE DRESSES THAT WERE DELIVERED. ANOTHER DRESS WAS A LONG DRESS WHEN I ORDERED A SHORT DRESS. After calling customer service several more times they authorized the return shipping on them and were suppose to give me a refund. I also have tracking information for the package!! It has been over the 14 days they said they would process the returns and refund my money in. Review: I first spoke to a Von Vonni representative ([redacted]) via email on September [redacted], regarding a shipment date for my order [redacted], which was placed on September [redacted]. The representative told me on September [redacted] that the warehouse was experiencing difficulties in generating codes for the customers, which would indicate if they had been shipped or not; however, my main concern was if it had been shipped or not because I had still not received any notification. I attended a wedding on the [redacted] of this month and the dress never arrived. At the time of my order the shipping date stated 4-5 business days, which was a major reason why I decided to order the product. I hardly buy things online for fear of never receiving my purchase, and my fear came true when it happened with this company. After my purchase, I read several blogs for hopes of gaining some type of reasoning for this occurrence, since the customer support team was no longer answering my emails nor their phone, and it seems several customers have dealt with the same problem within my time line of purchase and have also had no responses. I have never received my product but have still been charge for it. I believe this company is a scam.Desired Settlement: I want nothing more to do with this company. I just want my money back.

Review: I placed 2 order with them last month, and need to make 2 returns. I contacted their customer service, was given their return address, buy the return label myself and send back the items. both are delivered beginning of this month. but until now they haven't issue me refund yet. Review: On 8/**/2013 I ordered 2 dresses and a blouse from Von Vonni's website. I received the 2 dresses on 8/**/2013, but they did not fit and I did not receive the blouse.

Since the dresses did not fit and since I did not get the blouse, I contacted the company. I tried to call their customer service number several times but there was never any answer. Eventually I e-mailed the company on 8/**/2013 and explained the issue. They e-mailed me back on the same day, said that they would love to replace the dresses for me with a different size and also offered $10 store credit as a courtesy for the hassle and delay.

I mailed back my dresses and made a choice of the additional item (instead of the blouse that was out of stock) and sent it back to the company on 8/**/2013 with detailed explanation and instructions. Since then (5 months) I have not heard anything. I e-mailed the company several times. I also tried to call their customer service numbers, but it looks like they are disconnected or no one answers. I have never got a response e-mail or a phone call despite multiple attempts to contact them.Desired Settlement: I would like to get the items I ordered and paid for! If it is not possible, I would like to get a refund.

Review: I made an order via the Vonvonni.com website and purchased two dresses, which were never delivered. The status online in my customer service account at the website says UPS delivered it, and a tracking number is provided; however, UPS has no record of such a package crossing its manifest. It's been two months since the order was placed, and the status online says 'fulfilled'. Again, product was never delivered, UPS has no record it was delivered, yet the delivery status is marked 'fulfilled'.

Attempts to reach customer service multiple times on different days were unsuccessful. The internet form I submitted received no response from the company, although I did receive two email confirmations that my complaints were received. That was a week ago. The phone number listed for customer care on the website, ###-###-####, is void. The first week I called it, every day, every three hours during its advertised operating hours, a recording in Spanish stated that the number was nonoperational. This week I've called it, and the number simply remains silent. Another phone number for the actual business office located in New York, ###-###-####, just keeps ringing and ringing. A third number listed on a different web page of the same Von Vonni customer service, ###-###-####, is actually just a voicemail retrieval number; you can't even leave a message and it doesn't ring. It's an automated message in English and Spanish claiming to be a voicemail retrieval service, and that's all you hear. This week, I also attempted to call back the ([redacted]) customer cr, and a new recording in English only states that the subscriber of the number currently is not activating this service. Trying to reach the actual website this week has also been impossible. The servor will not direct me there, or their site is down.Desired Settlement: I do not trust this company. Perhaps it's going out of business and can no longer afford to pay employees? I'd like my refund in the form of either a check made out to 'cash', the refund credited back to the card, or a visa gift card in the amount of my purchase. Shipping and handling charges must also be refunded fully, as UPS has absolutely no record of that tracking number in its system.

Review: I ordered a dress on September **, 2013 and paid extra for 2 day shipping. The dress had not been shipped after 5 days, so I called the company. After spending 2 hours on hold without talking to a live person, I finally emailed instead and received a reply that they were having technical problems with issuing tracking numbers, but that the dress would ship that day. After another 2 days, the dress had still not shipped, so I cancelled the order and asked for a refund by email. On September ** I received an email reply from the company promising a refund within 7-10 business days. I contacted the company in mid-October when I had still not received my refund ($48.95), but I only received an automated response saying that my request had been received (October **). To date, I have yet to receive any refund or explanation.Desired Settlement: Von Vonni owes me a refund of $48.95.
