Review: I purchased a dress from their website on September [redacted], 2013. I received an email immediately following the purchase stating that my order was complete and that I would receive an email with the shipping information once it was shipped. my credit card was then charged the $35 for the dress on September [redacted], 2013.

On September [redacted] I had YET to recieve an email or the dress, so I tried to call customer service three times. Each time I was put on hold "for the next available agent" and was hung up on after 20 minutes on hold. I never even reached an agent. I then went to their website and found their Contact Me page and sent them an email about the issue.

On October [redacted] I still had not receieved a response so again I sent an email and called customer service, having the same outcome as the previous attempts (hung up on by customer service and no response by email)Desired Settlement: I want an apology from the company and some sort of concession. Their customer service is HORRENDOUS and they clearly make a misstatement on the phone recording when they tell you someone will get back to you within 24 hours. I want other people to know about the horrible service before they buy something.

Review: This is regarding and order from JULY which has still not been completed as of October [redacted]. I ordered two dresses and my credit card was charged for both. When only one dress was delivered, I spoke with a representative via email on August [redacted] and was told my request for a refund would be directed to the returns department (though they never took initiative to call me about the second dress being out of stock and would not have offered a refund if I did not follow-up).

I followed up with another representative ([redacted]) via telephone on August [redacted] and was assured that my refund request was directed to the head of the Returns Department but that refunds can take up to 2 weeks. I have tried to call several times but have been on hold for >20 minutes without being able to reach a representative, the latest 2 attempts calling were today where I was disconnected after 20 minutes without reaching a representative, twice.

My order number is [redacted] and was placed July [redacted]. My concerns are:

1. Would a refund not have been issued if I did not follow-up myself with the company?

2. I have not received a refund nor heard anything from the Returns Department. I believe it's not too much to ask, despite whatever "delays with the processing of refunds" has been occurring, for me to get a refund 3 months after the order could not be fulfilled.

3. I have been unable to contact a customer service representative by either the phone number or email address provided. I would appreciate a phone call from a manager with an explanation. As well as a rapid email response.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the above questions addressed by the company. Additionally, at a minimum, I would appreciate a rapid refund of my credit card purchase to the original card.

Review: I placed order #[redacted] for a Transformer Dress (Purple, Long) on August [redacted] at 11:47pm PDT (almost a month ago). Even though I have not received this dress, they processed my payment of $63.60 on my credit card on 9/*/13. When I contacted Von Vonni Support on September [redacted], a message was sent back saying it would be shipped by the end of the week (September [redacted]). I have called their support line at ###-###-#### multiple times the past three weeks, always on hold for 30 minutes and hung up on without speaking to a single person. I still have not received word if my dress has been shipped. I am a professional cellist and I ordered this dress specifically for one of my concerts last week. This dress should have arrived more than 3 weeks ago and I have been beyond patient. I was also considering buying bridesmaid dresses from them for my wedding. On September [redacted] at 5:10pm EST, I emailed them again if my dressed had not been shipped and was not going to arrive for my concert on September [redacted], I wanted my order canceled and my payment of $63.60 returned to my account. I have still not had a response back.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $63.60 for my order and an appology. I had ordered it for my concert on September [redacted] so now the dress is useless to me.

Review: I placed an order on Sept. **, 2013. My credit card was charged on 9/**/13, yet my order is still listed as "processing". I have contacted their online customer support three times in the past 2 weeks, yet have not gotten a response. I have called customer support twice, and am currently waiting for a service rep. I have been waiting for 20 minutes!!! Being a small company does not excuse them from actually providing customer assistance, nor does it validate them charging my credit card for an order they are not shipping! PS- After being on hold for 21 minutes, the phone line was disconnected on vonvonni's end.Desired Settlement: An apology for non-existent customer assistance,and for charging my credit card before making sure the item was in stock/ ready to ship. Also, the company's knowledge that they have lost a loyal customer. This is my 3rd order from the company.

Review: On September [redacted] I placed an order for a transformer dress. The company says that the order should be received in 4-5 business days. On the [redacted] the money was taken out of my banking account. One week later, I never received any emails with tracking numbers, so I emailed the company after my calls went unanswered 10 times. I did receive an email stating that there was an IT problem with computers and shipping and that my order would be sent early the next week. It is now the 3rd week and I've made every attempt to get in touch with this company for the item I purchased or my money to be returned. Order #[redacted] (placed on September *, 2013 4:56:33 PM PDT) I really just want to receive the item. But something needs to happen with this company's customer service.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my order and at least some kind of discount for that purchase, or it should be free for having to take the time and complain over a product.

Review: I made a purchase from the VonVonni website on ** September, 2013 (Order # [redacted]). When the order was not received a week later, I contacted Customer Service and they responded on ** September stating the order would ship at "the end of the week". That should have been ** September at the latest. It is now ** October and the order still has not been fulfilled. I have attempted to contact customer service multiple times through different means. I have called the customer care line and remained on hold "until the next available agent" for over 20 minutes during three different occurrences without someone answering on the VonVonni side. I have also written 5 times to the customer care reps in emails and through the website interface without any responses since ** September. I feel I have been cheated and these products were going to be used for two different special events where we had to find alternatives. This is a great looking dress, just very unfortunate their business skills are horrible.Desired Settlement: I feel this is a great product and I still want the products that I ordered. I feel I should receive my purchased products with major compensation for the issues we have faced by having to find last minute alternatives for planned events.

Review: Below are copies of my emails to the company and their responses. After the emails I wrote a short paragraph that explains my issue of not being able to get my proper refund.

My 1st email: On 7/*/13, I purchased the short, lilac transformer dress using my master card. It was order #[redacted]. Unfortunately much to my disappointment the dress did not fit. On 7/**/13 I returned the dress via USPS, following all the proper instructions. According to the USPS tracking the dress was received by someone at your company on 8/*/13 at 10:50 am. I was just curious when my card would be credited back the $120 I paid for the dress. It has been almost two weeks since you received my return and as a first time customer with your company I am starting to get a little nervous. Any insight into the situation would be appreciated. My Problem:

I purchased a dress and then returned it within the given time frame because it did not fit. Through USPS tracking I know they received the dress on 8/*/13. I paid $120 and would like my refund. I have tried calling but no one ever answers and as you can see they don't respond with much information when I email them. I feel like they are a very shady company now and would never order from them again. I have [redacted] and live on a very small fixed income, this money means a lot to me, not to mention they got the dress back over two months ago. Please, please help me get my refund.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the $120 refund for the dress I returned back in August. Review: I placed an online order on August [redacted], 2013 at 11:00am EST. I ordered TWO Von Vonni transformation dresses for a wedding that is taking place tomorrow, October **, 2013. I spent a total of $110.77(order #[redacted]). It has been six weeks since i've placed the order and have NOT received my shipment. I call and call, nobody answers. I've emailed about five times and I receive the same email "Hello,The warehouse is experiencing a technical glitch in the system used to generate tracking numbers for customer's orders to be shipped. Our IT department is working as quickly as possible to fix the problem. We expect your order to ship by the beginning of week. You will be notified via email as soon as your tracking number has been updated into our system. We apologize for the delay" That was three weeks ago. I WANT A REFUND. I have NO INTENTIONS of doing business with Von Vonni again. I will be sure to advise EVERYONE how poor this service is. I do not wish to receive the shipment. I've seen reviews and a lot of people would agree that Von Vonni is a complete joke. Review: I ordered a dress back on September [redacted]. I was immediately billed and charged for it. It is now Oct and the order is still marked as processing. I have called numerous times, they do not answer the phone and one line os actually disconnected. They are suppose to respond to emails within 24 hours and its been 2 weeks. It seems after reading reviews that this company is doing this hundreds of women right now.Desired Settlement: Ship my dress by the end of the week or I will open fraud charges with my bank and credit card company

Review: I ordered a dress from this company on 9/**/13. My credit card was charged on 9/**/13, but no product was ever shipped. I emailed customer service inquiry online 3 times because I had not heard from the company and had yet to receive the dress. I have not received a response. Every time I call customer service I am on hold for over 30 minutes and never reach a representative. I noticed on their [redacted] page that this has been a ongoing issue since August as angry customers have posted their concerns. Interestingly, they have deleted all of the negative posts since.Desired Settlement: Deliver my order immediately.

Review: I placed an order on 9/**/13 at 10:31pm EST. The order number is [redacted] and cost $66. The order is currently processing. I received a receipt from Paypal on 9/** at 10:31pm stating that my payment was successfully sent by Paypal. On 9/**/13, I attempted to contact the service department by phone. I waited for about 20 minutes before the line disconnected. I attempted two more times on 9/** which also went unanswered and disconnected. I tried to contact the company by phone several times after that, all with no response and disconnect after 20 minutes. The message on the phone line says that they can also be emailed at [redacted] and a reply will be sent in 24 hours. I emailed a request for service on 9/**/13 at 6:21pm EST. The request number is [redacted]. I have not received any email reply (other than the automatic reply with my request number) and my order is still "processing".

When I originally placed the order, the products were available. As of today, they are out of stock. I would simply like to know if I will be receiving my dresses and when I will receive them.Desired Settlement: I would like a response to my request, an update on my order and to receive my order immediately.

Review: This is the second time I have ordered from Von Vonni and they do not ship product once it's ordered. I paid for 2 days shipping (an extra $20) and it's now been 9 days and my order is still processing yet the website states product is in stock. Their customer care phone number is no longer in service yet I still get emails every day with advertisements to buy more things. This is the second time I have had issues and I gave them a second chance thinking maybe the first time was just random. It seems they are scam artists. I have a friend who waited 3 months for a product that stated it was available and recently placed a second order as well and is still waiting. They have slimy business tactics and provide poor customer support. I was told my product would ship today and it has not. I have sent several emails and no responses. I have tried calling and sent several messages asking for a refund. I have a friend who has the same issue. I believe this is a widespread problem and the authorities should be notified. Review: I ordered a dress from Von Vonni online on April [redacted], my debit card was processed the same day and I received an email stating my dress had shipped, including a confirmation number. When a few weeks had passed and I still had not received the dress and was unable to track it's shipping online (bogus tracking link included in original confirmation email) I became concerned. I would try to contact the business through it's customer service line, but nobody would ever answer. I would sit on hold for 20-30 minutes before giving up and hanging up. The company sent a mass email "Apology" with a 25% off my next purchase coupon, but still no response to where my dress was. June [redacted] I received an email saying my dress would ship within 3-5 days. It is now June [redacted] and I still have not received my dress. I finally got through on the customer service line on Monday June [redacted] only to hear that the manager was at lunch and I would have to call back later. The customer service rep I spoke to told me dress actually was back-ordered and it would now be shipping on either July [redacted] or [redacted]. I have tried to call the company again and I am unable to get through.Desired Settlement: I would like my dress shipped to me as soon as possible. I need to wear it in a wedding in August. I think the company should also extend the "25% off your next purchase because we screwed up" to this purchase, because this is the first and last time I will ever do business with them.

As a result of changing fulfillment centers, some of our orders where shipped out later than expected, we emailed our customers about the delay. The warehouse informed us that everything had been shipped out! We are a small company and recently became aware that in fact all the order had not been shipped, we became aware of this because customer started calling. We only have two customer service representatives who are trying to sorting out the problem, which in turn causes a backlog on both the phones and the emails.

Review: I placed an order with Von Vonni for 2 dresses at the beginning of September. My items still have not shipped (although when placing the order, there was no indication that they were backordered on the product or that the items would not ship out right away). I contacted them almost a month ago, and they responded with a "we are having technical difficulties problem, we will ship as soon as possible" response. I sent three more emails trying to discern if I could cancel my order (since the items did not arrive on time for my event), and none were answered. It appears that they have taken my money, and have no intention of ever sending my items.Desired Settlement: If I am not expected to receive my items within 7 days, I would like to receive a full refund of $58 that is owed to me.

Review: I ordered 3 dresses in two separate orders for my upcoming wedding on Oct *. The first one I did through a [redacted] purchase and received the dress within a week. I received an email from Von Vonni of a Special on another dress and I decided to purchase 2 of them. I did this on September *, 2013. The payment was taken from my account within 24 hrs. I checked my customer account and email everyday to see if the order was processed and when it would be shipped. I heard nothing. I tried to call the number on the website, no answer. I emailed them and no response. I have called every number they provide for customer assistance still with no response. I have sent several emails still no response. I took a trip to NY from NC to checkout the company and see if it actually existed. There is a door with the name on it but no one there. I sent my Aunt back during the week and she knocked and asked others in the building, but no answers. No one can tell her anything about VonVonni. My sister in law also order dresses from them with the same result. I looked at their Facebook page and it was filled with angry customers just like myself. Never received their product and struggling to get a refund. There is no way to contact the company who seems to have disappeared with everyone's money. Thanks to them I have had to rearrange my bridal attire at the last minute and spend even more money to fix the problem.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back and an explanation.
