Review: I ordered and was charged on September* 2013 for a von vonni transformer dress. I have been contacting the company since via email no response and via phone which no one ever answeres. Review: I ordered 4 dresses with this company at the end of April 2013. In the receipt, it stated that I would receive UPS tracking numbers when my orders were shipped and that shipping typially occurred in 7-10 days. I waited until May 2013 as I received no further information about my orders and their online site stated that my orders had already been shipped. I emailed customer service TWICE with no response. I then called and spoke to an agent [redacted] who was curt and briskly told me that my 4 orders had been shipped already and would arrive in 1 week and that they did not have access to the tracking numbers (only the warehouse did). I waited for a 1 week with no dresses. I received an email then from [redacted] stating that the dresses never shipped and they would be reshipped and arrive in 3-5 days. I waited 6 days w no dresses. It is now JUNE and I still have no product. I spoke to 2 more agents who promised me the dresses would ship by 6/**/13. I called on 6/**/13 as I still had no UPS tracking numbers and now they have told me they are "out of stock" and will not get further supply until at least July 2013. I feel that this company is bordering on fradulent. They have charged me $380 for these products and have lied to me now on 3 occassions stating each time that the product had already been sent or would be sent. I have attempted to contact the manager who has not responded. I have been more than patient with this company and they have continued to lie to me as a customer. There are many other customers who are experciencing the same unprofessionalism and I do not think this company has the right to further take advantage of its customers.Desired Settlement: I have requested a full refund of my payment for all 4 dresses. I have been told that this has to be approved by the manager whom I am afraid will never respond to me. I also expect an apology from this company's management along with a refund of my purchases as I think this is appropriate acknowledgement that the customer's complaints have been heard and are not being ignored and hopefully the company will change in its policies so that other customers are not treated in this manner again.

Review: I ordered a dresses last sep *, 2013 and the payment was taken from the credit card sep *, 2013 order #[redacted]. I wrote them a letter on sep ** asking for my order and on sep ** they answered my email, they said it was scheduled tobe shipped by the end of that week until now there was no shipment. I called them many times through their contact line # [redacted] but its just recording over and over. I sent them another email on sep **, and oct *, 2013 there was no response. I just want my money back to be returned to my credit card which is $97.00. I read so many bad complaints on line against this company so I don't want to deal business anymore with it. Review: I placed an online order on the Von Vonni website on September *, 2013. After two weeks, I had no merchandise and the order was still showing as processing. I contacted Von Vonni on September **, asking for the status of my order. I received a reply email from [redacted] on September ** that said, "The warehouse is experiencing a technical glitch in the system used to generate tracking numbers......Our IT department is working as quickly as possible to fix the problem. We expect your order to ship by the middle of this week. You will be notified via email as soon as your tracking number has been updated in our system. We apologize for the delay." I waited an additional week and I still have no merchandise. I contacted Von Vonni a second time on September **, asking that they refund my credit card in the amount of $41.95 since they have not sent my purchase, which to this day is still showing as processing. I informed them that if I did not hear back from them by September **, I would be contacting the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: The business should refund my purchase since it (1) has been almost 4 weeks since the order date and it has not shipped, and (2) still shows as processing so it has not gone through the proper channels to be prepared for shipping.

Review: My mother and I ordered items from Von Vonni and were given an estimated delivery date. We were charged for merchandise. However, the purchased items never arrived. We've tried to contact the company but have problems reaching Von Vonni representatives via the telephone. Also tried to reach out to the company through e-mail but are having difficulty in getting a response from company representatives. We have requested refunds from Von Vonni for the products we have not received. However, we still left without the merchandise ordered or a refund.

Review: I completed an online purchase of clothing from the Von Vonni website on September **, 2013. I attempted to contact the company several times via the telephone number listed on their site and was met with a busy signal or placed on hold for an inordinate length of time.

I contacted the company on December [redacted] via email and received a response the next day promising delivery of the items by December [redacted]. I contacted the company via email again on December **, 2013 and January **, 2014 and did not receive any response at all to my inquiries. The last inquiry I sent was bounced back to my email as undeliverable.

I am able to provide a complete record of the email communication and receipt of purchase to substantiate my claim.Desired Settlement: Unfortunately, I was unable to receive a refund from PayPal because the length of time I spent going back and forth with this company put me past their 45-day period for submission of claims. At this point, I would just like to receive a refund for the full amount remitted: $70.50

Review: I have ordered online and have been charged for the products I ordered in the amount of $115 (Shipment included) on September [redacted] 2013 and the products never was shipped to me. The company promised to email me the tracking number for shipment but they have never send me the tracking number. I have contacted support three times and they have never returned my messages. I also tried to call the company however, there was no answer and today (November [redacted] 2013) I tried to call them again and the phone line is disengaged. Review: I placed an order for Von Vonnie product (short blue tranformer dress) on September **, 2013. The order number was [redacted]. My order confirmation says I was suppsed to receive my order win 4-5 days. My credit card has been charged for this order. On September ** I wrote customer support via email asking for the status of my order and received no answer. I wrote again October * asking for the status of my order. When I received no answer again, I called the customer support number listed on the Von Vonni website. I got a recorded number that was not in English. After finding a different number listed on my order confirmation, I called again and got a recorded message asking me to wait while they assisted other customers. I was on hold for five minutes. I called again the next day and was on hold for 20 minutes before having my call get disconnected. I wrote a final time on Octover ** listing my attempts to contact the company and informing them that if I did not hear back from them in 24 hours (the customer support phone recording says emails will be responded to in 24 hours) that I would begin looking beyond the company for recourse. I have not yet heard back from them.Desired Settlement: I would like my charge to be refunded or to recieve my order.

Review: I submitted order request back on September *, 2013. I received a confirmation indicating that the request was received but the request has not been processed. I have tried contacting the company several different times and have never been able to get in contact with them. The line keeps getting disconnected after 40 minutes. I have sent them two email to their customer service email which they stated would get answered within 24 hours. I never received any type of response either by phone or email. Emails were submitted on 10/*/13 and 10/**/13.Desired Settlement: I just want my product and some contact from the company.

I've tried to contact them several times by phone and email, but they haven't answer to any of my messages. Review: I purchased 2 dresses from Von Vonni that then had to be returned. I asked about their policy in advance, and they informed me they had a "no questions asked" policy. I returned the dresses and when I hadn't heard anything for a few days, I emailed to ask when I would receive my refund. This was August [redacted]. They said they received the dresses that day and my refund would be processed in 5-7 business days. After 2 weeks, the refund had still not been posted to my account. I emailed again and they replied they had a "glitch in the system that processes refunds". It has now been well over one month since they received my order. I have emailed multiple time to no response. I have called multiple times only to be on hold for ages and never have anyone answer. I have messaged them via [redacted]. I have even threatened legal action. They are completely unresponsive.Desired Settlement: All I want is to receive my refund, along with the dozens of other complaints against them to be settled. They need to do the right thing, ship customers' orders, refund their money, and perhaps close up shop until they are able to handle high-volume business again.

Review: I ordered 2 transformer dress back on June *, 2013. I ordered a periwinkle and lilac dress for a wedding that was scheduled at the beginning of July. I emailed the company before July to ask about the order and when it would be shipped. The company emailed me back and informed me that the dresses were out of stock, but that the manufacture was currently making more and that the order should ship out in 2 weeks. Two weeks went by, and I emailed again and relayed that I was the Matron of Honor for the wedding, and that I was relying on the dresses for the wedding. I received another email stating that I would receive the dresses by the first week of July. Unfortunately, I still did not receive the dresses. I emailed again several more times and relayed the importance of my order. Still, I never received the dresses. When I came back from the wedding in Alaska, I emailed the company to cancel my order. They emailed me back and stated that the dresses were in stock and if I would like them shipped right away with a $25 deposit to my account for my trouble. I emailed them back I forming them that I did not want the order anymore at all, and requested a full refund. The company emailed back with an apology and said that they would forward my request to the refund department. Weeks later and I still did not receive the money, or hear anything, so I emailed again. I again received an email stating that my refund request to be forwarded again to the refund department and that I would receive the funds 5-7 days after the refund is processed. Weeks later, and I still have not received the refund. I have since emailed probably another 3-5 times. Hence, in all, I have emailed over 10 times and still have not received the dresses or the refund of $180. In my last 2 emails I informed the company that my patience has been exhausted and that I was considering making a report with the Revdex.com. I have not heard anything from the company since.Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund of $180 to the credit card, and an email notifying when the refund was processed.

Review: This is regarding Order #[redacted] which I placed online September [redacted]. My credit card was charged within 24 hours and I received a confirmation email stating that I will be emailed a tracking number once the product is shipped. When I did not receive a confirmation letter with tracking information I called this morning September [redacted] to double check on the order since my credit card was already charged with the funds. A customer service representative looked up my invoice and told me the company was undergoing updates and there was a malfunction with the tracking system that is used to issue the shipping codes. I was also informed that the update malfunction on the shipping code tracking system is being fixed by IT based overseas, all orders placed from the September [redacted] and ongoing has not been shipped because no shipping codes can be generated. The only conclusion they were able to provide was that the problem MIGHT be fixed by this Friday the [redacted] and my order MAY be shipped by Friday. Currently there is no resolution to the issue and customers will not receive their order until 3 or 4 weeks after their initial purchase. This issue could have affected a number of other customers as well, when I inquired if any notice was sent out regarding the delay I was told nothing has been sent out and customers would only know of the delay if they call in to check their order. I am both bothered and concerned about the complications of their delivery system and the lack of accountability. Although I understand that technical difficulties happen, I am now hesitant to trust the quality and professionalism of this company.Desired Settlement: Please uphold some professionalism and give a notice to customers when there is a delay or look into more efficient solutions to remedy a delivery system that many other customers have also complained about. I look forward to the resolution of this issue and the shipment of my order within this week by or before Friday September [redacted].

Review: On September [redacted], 2013 I place two orders with Von Vonni for a Navy Transformer Dress and a Navy Tube top...Orders #[redacted] and #[redacted]. I received confirmation immediately, stating 4-5 day shipping. So I waited, and waited and waited...Finally a month later I started to email them, several times, only to received automated responses. Then I tried calling them, several times, only to be disconnected after 29 mins on hold....every time!! Is this really how people in business treat their customers?? It appears from doing some research, that I am not the only one in this situation!!Desired Settlement: My desired outcome would be to received the order that I placed (Navy dress and tube top) and also a complimentary order of the same but in a different color (preferrably a dark color, like eggplant or black). I think that's the least you can do considering the shoddy treatment of your customers!!

Review: Like the previous complaints, I order a voucher from [redacted] on June **, 2013, on the same day I redeemed the voucher on Von Vonni website. I placed an order for a long gray transformer dress and received an order number. The amount of the voucher/deal was $59. The order stated that it was suppose to be UPS Ground Shipping. My first contact with Von Vonni was on July [redacted] via email asking about my order...I received an email on July [redacted] saying my order was sent back to the warehouse because "my address was incorrect", however I purchased a dress with them around the same time in June and received that order using the same address. I confirmed that the address was correct. They responded on July [redacted] that a new order will be reprocessed and shipped out within a week. On August [redacted] I emailed them again and notified them that I still didn't receive my order and asked for a telephone number so that I could talk to a live person. I also asked for a refund because I was tired of getting the run around. The same day I received a response that said my order should have arrived on 7/**/2013...now how is my order suppose to arrive in July when in the previous email (July [redacted]) that they were shipping it out that week??? On August [redacted], I contacted [redacted] hoping they could assist me in this matter. [redacted] contacted the company and and again stated that they would ship the item out that week. I asked if they had provided a tracking number and if I could have a telephone number for the company. [redacted] provided me with the telephone number for the company but didn't have a tracking number. The telephone number they gave me wasn't working when I called. I also asked if they could just provide me with a refund and they said unfortunately because I had already redeemed the voucher that they could not provide a refund. In the beginning of September I attempted to contact the company again requesting my money back once again and that I was going to file a complaint if no one could assist me with this matter....no one responded back. I don't know why it's so hard for them to just give me my money back...I don't want the dress anymore and will never order from them again.Desired Settlement: I think it's there responsibility to provide customer service to their customers. If person has not received an order that was supposed to be delivered over 3 months ago and they are requesting their money back....give it to them and everyone can be on their merry little way.

Review: I ordered a product from Von Vonni in February 2013. They shipped the wrong item, and responded to let me know that I needed to ship back for an exchange. They have NOT processed the exchange, and it's been five months since first purchase. I've emailed several times for clarification, and I receive automatic emails letting me know that they will forward to refund department, but they have since stopped responding. I have been trying to find a phone number for the company but none is available on the website or anywhere online in order to speak to someone in person. As a result of changing fulfillment centers, some of our orders where shipped

out later than expected, we emailed our customers about the delay. The

warehouse informed us that everything had been shipped out! We are a small

company and recently became aware that in fact all the order had not been

shipped, we became aware of this because customer started calling. We only have

two customer service representatives who are trying to sorting out the problem,

which in turn causes a backlog on both the phones and the emails.

We will immediately contact the head of our returns department and have a

refund issued back to her credit card.

Review: I purchased a dress through Groupon for a wedding that I am in. The site said it had a 30 day "no questions asked" return policy. Upon receiving the dress, it is flimsy, see through, smelly and the bride didn't like it at all. I emailed them three times about returning it and they ignored me. I went and opened up a RMA ticket on September [redacted], and they still haven't responded to me. Every time I call, they simply leave me on hold for over 20 minutes until I finally hang up.Desired Settlement: I want to be able to return this dress, with no restocking fees or otherwise. I would like my money back!

After a week I reached out to the company and was told that they were having technical difficulties and my dress would ship by the end of the week.
