Review: I have yet to receive my order that was placed over 20 days ago. The order is still noted as processing, and has yet to ship. Several attempts were made to customer service. But they have been unresponsive to both calls and emails.

Review: I bought a $60 Groupon for Von Vonni that was worth $120 and for the past 3 months I have tried to purchase a transformer dress from the website and came across multiple problems. I tried calling their customer care hotline on multiple accounts with no answer. After I selected the dress and went to check out, they only gave me one option for shipping which was a $30 2-day shipping. There was no 5-7 day shipping option for a lower cost. After getting so fed up with their lack of customer service, I went ahead to pay anyway and check out but my order was unable to be completed because of a "gateway error". My groupon expires today, 12/**/13, the company was incapable of holding up their end of the deal, so because of their website issues I have wasted $60. I strongly question the legitimacy of the company and I feel that it is a scam.Desired Settlement: A $60 cash refund since the company failed to fulfill basic ordering functions. The dress is needed for an upcoming wedding, so the refund must be cash since an online store credit will be of no use to me.

Review: I placed an order and received confirmation on Sept. **. Still have not received merchandise, but money has come out of my account. I can get NO response via email or phone contact info. Phone is now some kind of disconnect notice (in Spanish). Here are my order details:

Review: I placed an order on Sept *, 2013 and payment was made but I have not received the order nor any correspondence from the company. I have tried 3 times to contact them via their website with no reply. I would like a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like the $22.95 to be placed back on my card as soon as possible.

Review: I ordered a dress from the Von Vonni website on 9/**/13. I was charged $159. It is now 10/*/13 and I have not received my dress. I tried to call their customer support phone number five times, no one has ever answered. I tried to call their main business phone number and it is an automated recording in spanish and then it hangs up on you. I emailed customer support and got an automated reply that assured me I would be contacted in 24 hours, no one has ever contacted me. I have tried to log into my account on their website to track my package and the site is now saying my passwords/email are invalid. So basically I have been charged for a product, have not received it and have no way of contacting this business about where my product is. I researched online and there are many complaints on both their [redacted] and [redacted] pages. This business is taking money and not sending people their purchases OR sending them damaged goods. When they do respond to complaints it's a generic "we are so overwhelmed by orders" response. Why are they continuing to take orders and charge people if they cannot fulfill these orders?Desired Settlement: I want my money back immediately.

Review: On July **, 2013 I ordered two dresses from Von Vonni, under a "buy one, get one" deal that was advertised. I received an email confirmation that same day that the order had processed, and my card was charged $140. On July **, 2013 I received another email from Von Vonni stating the dresses were backordered, but didn't give me an approximate shipping date. I called the business and they informed me that they would be shipping in Mid-August. I still never received any kind of shipping notification so I emailed back on 8/**/13 and never received a response. I continued to try calling and finally got a hold of someone on August **, 2013 and she stated that the dresses would ship the first week of September. Again, I still never received any kind of shipping notification or confirmation. I emailed again on 9/**/13, and 9/**/13, All while trying to call the customer service number listed on their website - ###-###-#### each day only to sit on hold for up to 30 minutes. No one answers the phone and no one had answered any of my emails. I finally took to writing a message on their company Facebook page on 9/**/13, and the deleted my post. They sent me an email that same day saying "Hello, Your order will ship by the end of the day today. We apologize for the delay. Best, Von Vonni Support" I still never received a shipping notification, so I emailed back the next day asking if they could confirm the dresses had been shipped and send me some sort of notification. I have called every day since then, and have yet to have anyone actually answer the phone. I've emailed again today, September **, 2013 and posted another message on their Facebook wall - since I have no other way to communicate with them. They delete my posts on their Facebook wall, and yet - have not had time to extend the courtesy of actually returning my emails or answering their customer service line.Desired Settlement: As I've already paid for the dresses and need them, I would like the two dresses ordered to be delivered immediately.

Review: I RECEIVED THREE RETURN AUTHORIZATIONS NOTICES TO RETURN CLOTHES PURCHASED THRU VON VONNI. I REQUESTED THE RMA'S ON 8/**/13, RECEIVED APPROVAL TO RETURN ON 9/*/13. SENT ALL THREE BOXES BACK IMMEDIATELY, THEY CONFIRMED RECEIPT OF THE MERCHANDISE AND AUTHORIZED THE REFUND IN LATE SEPTEMBER 2013. THAT WAS * MONTHS AGO, I HAVE EMAILED SEVERAL TIMES, CALLED AND THE NUMBERS ARE NO LONGER IN SERVICE.

I AM OWED OVER 500.00 CREDIT ON MY PAY PAL ACCOUNT.Desired Settlement: FULL REFUND

Review: I placed an order on 9/*/2013 for two dresses totaling $58. My card was promptly charged on 9/**/2013. A tracking label (through UPS) was generated on 10/*/2013. UPS still shows this shipment has not been received by them. I e-mailed Von Vonni 10/**/2013 (request #[redacted] received an auto response. No one has actually responded beyond that auto response. I have attempted to call both numbers I have for the company [redacted]; no one answers either line.Desired Settlement: Ultimately, I would like to receive the goods I ordered. However, if the order can not be shipped within the week (no later than 12/**/2013) I need a refund. I have certainly been patient enough already.

Review: On June *, 2013 I placed an order for $69.00 on their website. On June *, 2013 I placed another order on the website for $178.50. My credit card account has been charged, but I have not received the merchandise. I contacted them via their customer support on their website. On June [redacted], I contacted them via their customer support online to let them know I have not received either order. I few days later they emailed me and stated they would check with the warehouse and send the merchandise. As of today, July [redacted], I have not received by 2 orders. I am also going to contact the Federal Trade Commission. This is not acceptable and horribe customer service.Desired Settlement: I would like the merchandise delivered. If the merchandise is not longer available, I want a credit on my American Express. Thank you.

Review: After a fifth attempt to have my order from August [redacted] shipped to me! Order #[redacted], I have been unsuccessful. There is no answer at their phone which has been disconnected apparently. Website says will ship 5-7 days. Their facebook page is full of similar complaints. I finally received my order placed 8/** the other day but not the order from 8/ **. They took my money right away but did not deliver on their product. Ive received 1 email after several emails from me stating it would be sent by weekend in mid september. Another stating the same the following week but still no product.Desired Settlement: I either want my delivery or an immediate refund. I almost hesitate at the refund because so many on their facebook page are complaining they can't get their promised refunds either. This company should not be in business.

Review: I registered on the website and made a purchase two weeks ago, money was immediately taken from my PayPal account , BUT I did not receive any confirmation, and can not log in to the website - it says that my password is incorrect, and if I press "Forgot password" button nothing happens. I sent two support requests more than a week ago, I called, I tried to reach the company in all possible ways - nobody replied!!! I tried to reach them in any possible ways - wrote email to customer support (it says they will reply in 24 hours but never did), called every day (no one picked up the phone and after 30 min call was dropped), tried to reach them via social media (received no response)... I do not understand what is happening and how can I reach them.

Review: On September *, 2013 I placed an order online in the amount of 33.95. I had paid additional 4.95 for shipping and handling for the package to arrive in 4-5 days. My purchase did not arrive within the estimated time frame. I have yet to receive my item. On 9/** I wrote to the company via their website regarding my purchase. When I didn't receive communication back via email, I called them. I was placed on hold for 15 minutes until the call disconnected. I then took to social media to contact them. I contacted the company via Twitter. I received communication quickly through this medium. Within minutes original email was responded to with a generic email that cited "technical difficulties" as the reason that my purchase had not been delivered. The company did not specify when I would receive my merchandise nor did they even give me a time frame or an approximation. The company also stated they would provide me with a 25 dollar gift certificate. This compensation was never placed in my account. Over the weekend I had a chance to do some online research about this company and I found that there have been several customers who have been charged for merchandise and never received it. This company's illegal practices cannot continue to go unchecked.Desired Settlement: I would like to be able to pick up my dress in their NYC offices. If that is not possible then I need to receive a firm date as to when my package will arrive. If Von Vonni cannot supply me with this, I would like a full refund and an apology via email.

Review: The company promised to return any item so I sent back my dress because the color was wrong, they received my dress and authorized the return in September 2013 and then never refunded me the money. I tried to call them and email them over 30 times and all of their numbers are disconnected and nobody will return my emails so they literally STOLE 120 dollars from me and I am at a loss as to how I should get it back. This is the WORST place I have ever dealt with in my whole life. I have proof of all the emails, my refund and more. This is crazy.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund a 120 dollars to my paypal account. Plain and simple.

The value of all 8 items with tax and delivery was $134.45. My [redacted] was applied for $120 of product and I paid an extra $14.45 on my [redacted]/visa. It has now been over 2 months and Von Vonni will not answer any phone calls or emails. Ideally I would like the product; however, I see that the company has 170 complaints of non-delivery.
