NO STARS. ONLY SELECTED ONE SO I COULD SUBMIT THIS. This company along with taking your money will not provide any solutions. They do not have the product in stock. I’ve been waiting for my items since APRIL and no resolution has been provided. I have been back and forth with customer service and received the same templates repeatedly. One rep tried to offer me other items instead of the ones I ordered but did not follow up. Another rep proceeded to tell me their shipments are lost but would not assist me further. This company is a fraudulent company. They will take your money. They will not assist you. There are better companies out there and this is not even in that spectrum.

If the company had replaced the damaged item when it first said it would, on January **, this solution would have worked They promised to do so then did nothing As previously stated in my complaint, I had to purchase another garment since they did not follow through on their promise to replace it immediately The ONLY solution is a refund of what I paid - $- as I no longer need or require their garment.
