trying to track down the items I purchased because they were not delivered in the time frame that was given to me at the time of my purchaseI was never able to speak with anyone on the phoneThe only correspondence I received was an unprofessional reply to my numerous emails to their "customer service department." After some weeks, I finally received of the items I purchasedI feel that my hard earned money has been stolen from me since I never received the products I paid for, nor a refund since they were never sent to meI've never encountered such horrible customer service in my lifeI am also an avid online shopper & have never experienced such an unprofessional, make-shop businessI highly recommend people do not trust this companyThey will definitely rip you off! Placed my order 11/**/and have yet to receive my product, credit card was charged immediatelyI have emailed them various timesOne response is that they expedited my order via day shippingthat was on 12/**haven't gotten it yet (today 1/*/17)I no longer want the product just a full refundDO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I placed an online orderThe site glitched 3x during that order resulting I receiving the incorrect product sizeI tried to resolve this, they blamed me after ignoring several email messagesFinally I received approval to return the priduct, which I had to do at my own expenseThe re-sent the product I ordered and again I received the wrong sizeThey said they would ship out the correct size after I requested my money backemails and a month and a half later I still do not have the product and they continue to ignore me mad refuse to return my money
