The business response does not resolve this issue because I am getting the exact same repsponse I did in the emails I sent to their customer service department As I explained in my email to their department, the package I received on June * only contained a waste trainerI explained to them that the records indicated that they shipped both items to my home in the same flat rate envelope in which only one item was present when openedI then explained that I should not have to pay additional shipping to have my body shaper sent to me as my original purchase included the shipping fee for both items.

I ordered from this Company on Cyber Monday, (the Monday after Thanksgiving) I ordered a body suit and I used a code to receive a free tea detox and body creamI was unsure what size to wear and their website says to make sure that you use their sizing chartSo I didI am 5'5" at 123-topsIt said I needed a Medium..I received my package almost weeks later...It was missing the body cream, and I couldnt get the body suit onso I emailed them asking where the body cream was and advised them their sizing chart was WAY off, so I asked to exchange for a large...They sent me instructions and I mailed the Medium back.....over a month goes by with about emails asking about the cream and my exchange, and every single email was ignoredthen I got an email saying my exchange was mailed out....and again...no answer about the body cream...I emailed back asking why they ignore me every time I ask about the body cream they didnt send me.Again, no answer..Received my Large bodysuit todayagain, no body cream, and again, SO SMALL I cannot put it onI emailed them asking for a return, because obviously their sizing charts are not correct and guess what they emailed me back within minutes !!!!!!! TO LET ME KNOW THEY DON'T DO REFUNDSIm sorry what kinda of customer service is that? Ignore me times, forget to send items, but when I ask for a refund they immediately answer to tell me thats not possible? so I just wasted $on your company for NOTHINGLiterally nothing because they wont return it/give the proper sizing measurements, and because they havent sent me the body creamThis has been ongoing for months
