Horrible, shady business! Tried to cancel my order, and customer service email is not legit. Found them on Facebook, reached out requesting to cancel my order, and they said all sales are final. I haven't even received the product, my card was charged and they refused to refund me my money. Buyer beware do not deal with this company. Customer service is egregious. Submit a claim with the RevDex.com right away!

This is a SCAM! I ordered months ago.. never received my order.. I cAn’t get anyone to return my call. And when you talk to rep on the computer .. they say the same thing after every reply... order to ship out in two weeks and you can not get your money back. Don’t waist your money .. Read the thousands of comments of people that have never received their products before you order! Oh yeah and they blocked me on their website so I can not warn other buyers!

I ordered on feb 11, 2018. Nothing arrived. At the beginning, when I asked, they would tell me their shipment was delayed. Now, they do not even respond to me. I am so furious. How can this company still operate when they have stolen hundreds of thousand of dollars off people?

I ordered my waist shaper on 4/11/2018. I had received any emails that product is being shipped out. I sent 2 emails to the customer service and no reply back.
