Review: Company has had my watch since oct still not recieved watch but they billed me. Said parts were not available for repair. I have no watch and im out 183 bucks.Desired Settlement: Would like to get my money back.

We have not received the watch yet from the factory, and continue to follow up. We have every intention of shipping the watch the moment it arrives. It is in the interest of both parties to achieve a mutually satisfactory outcome.

Review: This problem began on September**,2014 , when I sent my wrist watch to be repaired by Watch Repairs U.S.A. This company send me a free [redacted] mailing label so I could send my wrist watch so, they could evaluate and give me an estimate for the repair. On September **,2014 they received my watch , and they send me an e-mail confirming that they had received my watch and they said that it would take 5 to 10 days for them to do a complete diagnosis and estimate of repair costs. On September **,2014 I received an e-mail which Watch Repairs U.S.A. Said there was an open inquiry regarding the pricing and availability of part(s) for my watch. After a few weeks on October **,2015 I received an e-mail from this company stating that they had an answer to the inquiry from [redacted] , because so special parts required, my watch would be sent to [redacted] factory in [redacted] . I approved on October **,2014 for my watch to be send to [redacted] factory in [redacted] . Watch Repairs U.S.A. Said that it would take 2to 4 weeks for [redacted] factory to evaluate my watch and provide a formal estimate for my watch . On October **,2014 Watch Repairs U.S.A. Send me an e-mail saying that [redacted] factory is currently evaluating my watch for repair costs. On December *,2014 I called Watch Repais U.S.A. To find out the status on my watch. They replied and said that there was a decision made in the middle of November 2014 for my watch to be sent overseas . On January **,2015 they finally sent me the estimated price it would cost me for [redacted] to repair my watch; which was a custom made and fired leather strap from [redacted] factory and had a cost of $1,176.83 USD . On January **,2015 I approved this estimate. Watch Repairs U.S.A. Sent me on the samed day that they had received my payment and that the work on my watch would now begin. On February **,2015 I called Watch Repairs U.S.A, asking them about the status of my watch and this is when my problem began with this company . I spoke with [redacted] asking him when I would receive my watch back from them . I asked him that they had told me that it would 2 to 4 weeks and I wate to know where was my watch. [redacted] sent me an e-mail which he supposedly sent [redacted] factory telling them that there es a misunderstanding with me and that I was under the impression that my watch repair was completed by now. On the same day he sent me and-mail stating that he would forward me an e-mail that [redacted] had sent to [redacted] factory and I never received this e-mail or proof that he sent it . Furthermore, [redacted] had the audacity to report me to the Orlando Police because he said I threatend him and all I did was asking him when I would receive my watch. After a few minutes of sending him thisne-mail , he send me another e-mail where he also reported me to the Miami Sheriff Department with a case number #[redacted] in case anything additional occurrences . So, not only am I offended by [redacted] a representative of Watch Repairs U.S.A. But also has damaged my reputation because I only asked him when I would receive my watch. Please inform me what is my next step so I can proceed to get my watch back .Desired Settlement: Want my watch back repaired .

Customer authorized us to send the watch to GG factory 10/**/14. Estimate provided by factory 1/**/15. Estimate was to hand make discontinued strap in [redacted] where the watch currently is. Customer was advised this would take several months. All claims backed up with documentation from the factory provided to customer by way of email.Customer threatened owner of company claiming he "has ways of getting the watch back". When asked for clarification, threat repeated. Asked if police should be notified, and customer said yes. Law enforcement in customer's county was notified, and documented with a unique action ID.Nonetheless, repair is proceeding overseas as instructed and approved by customer and will be completed in the next month or so.

The watch will be returned to the customer when it was repaired. He threatened us and I asked him if I should contact the police, to which he replied "yes". I would testify in a court of law that this is what happened. We have no interest in entering a dispute with this customer. We only wish to deliver what was promised to him. And that is what will occur in due time.

First, I will say it one more time , I never told [redacted] to call the police, he took it upon himself to call the Miami Sherrif Department and the Orlando Police . I am aware that it is his word against my word, but I never once told this gentleman to call anyone, besides all I asked him when I was to receive my watch back . Furthermore he says that I will receive my watch in several months or so ! What does this actually mean because several months means two or more months to me and [redacted] told me that it would take 2 to 4 weeks and it has been close to 8 weeks . I want [redacted] to show me proof that my watch is in [redacted] Factory in [redacted] . I, also, would like [redacted] to answer the question I asked him to show me proof of the e-mails he sent me about my watch being in [redacted] Factory in [redacted] . [redacted] has never once showed me any proof that he has done it. I am worried that something happened to my watch .

A horrible experience with Mr. Adam C[redacted]i, Owner, and his company.

Had an email after they had the watch for weeks that it was going to the factory for a repair estimate ... I said fine, but did not get the repair estimate till I contacted and said enough time had passed, send back the watch.

At that time I received, a bid for $ 1,200.00 dollars to repair the movement, gaskets and band ... I said all I wanted was the band repaired ...

Adam said that could not be done for some stupid cockamammy reason.

I said ship back the watch ... he lowered the price by $ 100.00 and then another $ 75.00.

I told him to return the watch .. and was told he needed $ 112.00 to return my watch to myself which I had to pay to get back my watch ....

I want my $ 112.00 back ... this is a total rip off and I would never do business with this company or Adam.

Review: Sent the company my Concord watch to be repaired in June, 2014. Paid $385 for the repair. It stopped working and I sent it back to the company for warrenty work in January, 2015. I have contacted them about the status and they continue to say they are working on it. It is now August and I do not have my watch. I have asked them to return the watch and refund my money to no avail.Desired Settlement: Obviously the watch cannot be repaired (as they have had it for 8 months) so I would like my watch return and my payment refunded.

Lookingfor info on original movement to see if I can find a better fit. Everythingfrom concord is discontinued for this. I did come up with a solution for thecaseback and crown, but back to the drawing board on the correctmovement. Will advise when Ihave a completion date/solution.

The owner has said the same thing over and over again. I do not believe a word he says. I want my money refunded and my watch returned. I would never recommend this company to make a watch repair.
