I never got any namesI might have the first few calls when I cancelled my contractThe first gentleman that answered the phone was wonderful and did give me his name but that was almost a month ago and I don't rememberPast that I got two or three drivers that I corresponded with that never gave me a name, including the driver that picked up the kirbysThe rest of my calls I had to leave messages and was called back while I was busy and not focusedI believe the rest of the calls to the office were with the main office ladyI had to make all of these calls while at work with my boss breathing down my neck to get off the phone

It says via the contract you have to be told by the sales rep the vacuum was used for demostration purposes or salesI WAS NOT TOLD THATI was told by the male rep he was trying to win a contest and needed to sell a few more vacuums and that this vacuum was not available to the public and only can be bought through door to door sales and it was a new model made for Kirbys such and such birthday to celebrate the years it has made vacuumsI know that sounds familiar because that's the pitchI didn't take my phone and record the conversation so I'm not sure what your expectations are as far as proofBesides what you already haveI'm not even asking muchI'm not even asking to cancel.Sincerely,*** ***

Aside from proof of notice of cancellation within the three day period, proof of physical disability that impedes on the customers ability to use the machine, or proof that the customer(s) were over the age of 67 at the time of same, we will not be cancelling the order under any circumstances. The contract will remain in effect and we will have an order waiting for the customer to contact us for delivery or pick up.

Ok, it looks like we have a mixup with the bank.  I will reissue a cashiers check to be sent for $200. This will cover the remainder of the payments and the fee. Again, we apologize.

These products are and always have been sold to consumer end-users by in-home demonstrations done by an independent contractors associated with the distributors of same (e.g., Watson Productions) known as "dealer". 
Distributors seek to associate with persons for those purposes and often advertise for that position in the news media, Craigslist, etc. 
I have reviewed the ads for his position placed by my client and and can find nothing deceptive or misleading with them. Therefore, I am at a loss to offer any type of resolution to this amorphous complaint.

"dealers" associated with my clients, distributors of same.I am in receipt of your correspondence of June 81 2015 to [redacted] Office Administrator for Watson Productions, Inc., an independent distributor of Kirby home cleaning systems located at [redacted] Suite A, Olympia, WA 98502 as concerns the referenced complaint. Having read the complaint of [redacted], I must advise this is not in any way, shape or form as to standard conduct of persons associated with Watson Production:; and the independent "dealers" associated with distributors of the product. We are in the process of trying to determine who was involved in this matter and will be addressing Ms. [redacted]'s complaints with same, Our sincere apologies go to Ms. [redacted] for this experience which is certainly not normal. We have received our vacuum back, but it's been damaged or tampered...

with in some way, it now scraps my floors and is no longer self propelled, and we should have been told that their “offsite” warehouse that our vacuum had been sent to is clearly not a non-smoking facility.  I will be taking it in for repair to find out the extent of the damages, to determine if the cigarette smell can be removed and to see if our warranty has now been voided due to the condition.  The primary issue now is the cigarette smell, if that cannot be corrected, it cannot be in my house due to my asthma.  It would be nice to know why I had to make a complaint instead of just the 2 times I rejected their "comparable" replacement before they would even search the offsite warehouse, especially since it only took them an hour and a half to find my vacuum there.  At this point, they can either pay for the repair and cleaning (if this is even possible) or for a replacement of a similarly featured Oreck (the Pilot is not longer available online) and take this one back.

The contract does not state that. I do not know what was said at the time of sale. I also do not show that that machine was previously sold to anyone. You were the first to purchase that machine. You purchased it three days after we purchased it from the factory. Again, without documentation, we will not be providing a new machine.

Unfortunately, you are outside of your three day cancellation period that ended on 11/26/15. The cancellation policy on your contract states that, “To cancel this transaction, mail or deliver a signed and dated copy of this cancellation notice, or any other written notice, or send a telegram to…”....

If you did send in your cancellation notice and have a receipt or proof that you sent it in, postmarked on, or before the third business day, I will be happy to cancel out your purchase. However, without this, we will not be honoring a cancel out of the three day cancellation period. There are three separate warranties that come with your machine. They are detailed in your “owner care program.” I can provide you with a replacement of this document if you have misplaced it. They are also available on Kirby.com.The purchase price of the Avalir system you purchased is $1650. There are additional finance charges imposed by the lender, United Consumer Financial Services, for your financing. These terms and charges are verified with you before the contract is accepted on a recorded line. You may contact them at 1-888-468-3265.The woman who came to your door, Faith, is most certainly a legal adult. All independent contractors that vend from us must be 18 years of age and have a Washington state business license. In regards to your machines performance, I would happily send out our service manager to ensure that everything is in working order and assist you in the use and settings of the product so that you are getting the desired performance. Upon initially responding to my complaint on January 22nd, Watson Productions, Inc. stated that it was their intent to return the funds exchanged as part of our contract within 3-7 days.  Regardless of the fact that this exceeds state mandated 10 days (which had already expired), and I did not agree to this, I have patiently waited to verify whether or not they would keep their word.  It has now been more than 3-7 BUSINESS days and I have still not received our cancelled check, a refund check, nor proof that either have even been sent.  Again, Monday the 8th will mark a month since the receipt of our Right of Rescission letter was received at the Watson Productions, Inc. offices and the refund should have been sent out 10 days after receipt.  With regard to their representative’s statement that our merchandise (vacuum) was the exact unit tendered, that is correct, but it was not returned in the same condition in which it was given to Watson Productions, Inc.  The fact that Watson Productions continues to withhold repayment while attempting to refuse to remedy the condition in which they returned our property can only lead me to the conclusion that Watson Productions, Inc. is attempting to withhold our funds in an effort to either commit theft or extort an acceptable response on this website.  I will not be bullied or robbed.  If I do not receive both an accommodation to remedy the issues that Watson Productions, Inc. caused with my vacuum as well as a refund, I will continue to reject these responses as disingenuous and I will seek alternate methods to retrieve the funds that they have been otherwise unwilling to return.Sincerely, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:
While it is true that I had possession of A machine, I did not have possession of MY machine. 
Additionally, 7-12 business days is a far cy from 7 -12 days, which is what the sales person told me. He did not use the word "business." Moreover, Watson Productions, Inc. didn't contact me or even attempt to deliver the machine they were selling me until AFTER I advised the finance company that I was canceling the order. 
As for the 3-day cancellation period, how am I supposed to cancel an order within 3 days if I have not received my machine? 
Finally, it was a representative of Watson Productions, Inc. that told me that they (Watson Productions, Inc) would be sending me to collections. She did not say that the finance company would. I took this as an intimidation tactic and refused to engage in the conversation further.

Mr. [redacted] purchased a Kirby Avalir on 3/19/16. We agreed to replace the machine that he took possession of within 7-12 business days. He also verified at the time of the sale that he had possession of a machine. His contract was processed on March 21, 2016. We attempted the return of the loaner...

model and delivery of the new model on 4/2/16. Mr. [redacted] informed our service manager that he was not accepting the new machine and wanted to cancel the order. The 12th business day would have been 4/4/16. We have a 3 day cancellation period and Mr. [redacted] had until midnight of 3/23/16 to cancel his contract. I advised him in a certified letter that he was not within his cancellation period, and with our duties concerning the contract being fulfilled, we will not honor a late cancellation and that we will deliver his product when he chooses. His contract will not be cancelled. Kirbys are sold through authorized independent contractors that have consigned the merchandise through us. We do not send anything to collections. All contracts are sold to United Consumer Financial Services (UCFS). If an account through UCFS goes unpaid, they will send it to collections. Mr. [redacted] is out of his cancellation period as has no contractual grounds to cancel his contract.

Revdex.com:I was called again on Friday the 8th of April. They asked yet again what my vacuum looked like. That was (including these messages) at least the fifth time I have given them that information. It had been over a month since the cancellation of my contract and they still hadn't even attempted to locate my vacuum cleaner. It has long since been replaced with a new vacuum cleaner and I will not need my old one back. They cannot expect me to hang around forever. Sad that it comes to this in order to finally get something accomplished. Because of this I am out hours of time spent on the phone, writing messages along with having to beg people to spend hours of their time at my home and wait for someone to not show up. I have also had to borrow vacuum cleaners from other people and finally had to buy my own because I got tired of waiting for someone to finally do something about my situation. Thank you for finally doing what you should have done over three weeks. It is too late now though. Thanks for you time.Sincerely, [redacted]
