I purchased a sectional couch, bed frame, drawer chest, and a nightstand from the Henrietta Ashley Furniture HomestoreI paid almost $5,for the furniture and signed the paperwork on January 8th, stating a 14-day delivery windowI did not receive the furniture until February 9th and it was only partial (half the sectional, the drawer chest, night stand, and bed frame)When the delivery took place there was hardware missing for the full assembly of the bed frame so we could not use the storage chest on the bed frameAdditionally half the sectional did not come because it was damagedWe received the balance of the sectional couch a few weeks afterThe hardware for the bed frame did not get shipped to our house until AprilWhen I called they could not come out to install the hardware until April 20th which is todayThe contract/paperwork that I signed noted that the delivery window was to be 14-days and we did not get our complete order closed out for days af

On September 13,my wife and I ordered a bedroom set and some other furniture from Ashley FurnitureWhen It was delivered the bed was not a complete set and the night stand was also damaged as the back was all smashed in like it fell in the truck It took tries and the bed was finally put together after a month, and the nightstand was finally replacedThe bed started falling apart again and they had to keep sending techs out to fix the drawers under the bedThe drawers on the dresser also kept breakingI started having problems with the bed again later the following year (2016) and Items were delivered in about days and I called to set up an appointment for 10/21/to have the bed fixed againAfter the Tech left it seemed OK until later that night it fell apart again when we started putting clothes in the drawers When I called Ashley Furniture on 10/22/I was given a hard time by customer service but they finally agreed to send a Tech one more timeI asked sin

We bought a couch at this location on April 26, and called the the 29th of April for a delivery date This was set for May 24th for between the hours of and 4, only to find that this wont be happening For you see that the couch was not put on the truck so it could be delivered as stated Instead, we are told that it may be delivered on Friday and to wait for another delivery time, but it could be an additional to more days for delivery In talking with the customer service, it seems all they can say is we give estimates on delivery
We also wanted to buy the matching chair for this couch, but if this is how this company chooses to take your money and drag their feet on deliveries, not sure if we will be going back It is truly sad when a company of this size chooses to have a Customer Service that does nothing after the item is bought We have never had this problem with any other furniture store we have went to

I purchased a sofa from Ashley Homestore months ago I sat down on it one night and heard a crack The frame cracked on the sofa I called customer service and they said they would send a "qualified technician" to fix it I questioned why they would not replace it They said they would try to fix it first
The technician came out and said that if he braced it, that it would probably break again He said he couldn't fix it here in my apartmentHe stated that it should be taken apart and fixed, the springs should be removed and frame fixed He said that Ashley would probably pick up the sofa and take it to a local repair shop I asked how long that would take, he said probably 7-daysI asked if I could have it replaced, he said he would write that in the report He then submitted his report
Ashley called and said that indeed they would pick up the sofa and take it to a repair shop and fix it I asked if I get a loaner sofa, they said no that they do not do that
