se made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. We are good with the refund if the item is defective however there was no attachment as stated as to what that entailsAlso we received a voicemail from the store stating we have an $1,repurchase credit, including taxHowever we paid $2,including tax, so that is the only amount we will acceptOn the new item it needs a new warranty as well included since we paid for the warranty on this defective piece. After waiting a month for my new furniture to arrive it arrived dirty and the legs on the bottom were brokeI cleaned the furniture myself and replaced the legs myself after they mailed me new onesAfter three weeks the furniture "blew up"A spring or board inside the couch let loose, the cushions literally flew up in the airAfter multiple phone calls they sent a repairman to look at itHe told me he couldn't fix it and it would have to go back in for repairsAgain more calls where made to the store as I asked them for a refund as I feel I was sold a sub par productThey won't refund me my moneyI live alone and am hardly home so it's not like this furniture was abusedI've never heard of a business that won't refund a customer their money when they were sold a defective product

On 02/17/I had purchased a sofa (item #***) from the store located in Henrietta, NY (sales order number ***, total sale $1,565.85)In I had called Platinum Services Warranty in order to submit a claim for the two cushions on my sofaThe claim was accepted and they had stated they would be in contact with Ashley Furniture and that they would be sending out the two parts (couch cushion casings), which would arrive within 6-weeksFast forward to today (08/24/2016) and through numerous calls and "re-shipments" I still have not received the cushion casings for my sofaI have been told numerous times by the warranty service that Ashley Furniture has not been receiving their request for my claim

I cancelled my order at that time Over weeks for delivery is unbelievableAt time of purchase ( I was financing) I had to pay sales taxNow I'm told i

We purchased a leather reclining sofa w/ warranty and delivery for $2,on 9/23/The couch was delivered on 10/27/and we complained about the defects on 10/31/At quick glance, which is all you're given from the delivery men hovering over you to sign that you received the item, the couch appeared okayAfter sitting on and using the couch for a couple days we realized there were some pretty major issuesThe left arm cushion is sewn incorrectly (off by several inches and crooked), huge gaps that you can see through the couch to the wall, weak points where stuffing is missing, etcSince 10/31/when we made our initial complaint, we have spoken to 10-different people to date (11/16/16)We were told that we could return the couch if it were defective but a technician had to come outNo one came out until 11/11/The technician left and we heard nothing from Ashley's as of 11/16/so we contacted them yet againWe were informed by their corporate office that there

I purchased a kitchen set from Ashley in Orchard Park, NY in December In April I contacted Ashley to inform them the finish was starting to come off the table topAfter a frustrating discussion with a service rep, including the rep stating "extensive use" and/or "leaving water" on the table could be the cause they requested photos which we sentAshley determined, site unseen, the "possible causes" we're indeed why the finish was coming offAt this point it should be noted that our family of four eats at the table maybe twice a day, use place mats and only clean the table with luke warm water...not excessive use or abuse of a kitchen table by any measureThis was conveyed to Ashley FurnitureThe rep suggested we try to go through the extended warranty company knowing the claim would be rejected because the damage was not due to a specific incidentWe tried to go through the warranty company and they sent a repair tech to assess the damage and see if it could be repaired

On June 10th I purchased furniture at Ashley Home Store AKA Wellsville Carpet Twn at 11:48pm On June 14th I was notified that a delivery date of July 6th The day before the delivery I gave away my entire living room set On the day of delivery my furniture arrived and the delivery guy says that one of my pieces was not in I said are you kidding me I have a family reunion and people staying with me and no one contacted me He said I would need to contact the store Called the store and asked why did no on tell me that my furniture was not coming she said I apologize we do not have it in stock I was not happy but remained calm She said that they should have it in soon Received another call finally saying that it does not look like it will not be in until July 26, made arrangements to work from homeHowever received another message on July 25th saying I am sorry I truly apologize the furniture will not be in I called back asked how would they compensate my delivery cha

I ordered a five drawer chest, full panel headboard, full panel footboard, and full panel rails from the Ashley Furniture Homestore in Canton, OH on 7/19/Delivery was to occur on 8/3/ We received a phone call a few days prior saying there was a "manufacturer delay" and that our dresser and bed would now be delivered on 8/10/ Although disappointed, we understood these things happen On 8/10/the delivery men arrived When they started to assemble the headboard they said there was a defect and could not put the bed together They called the delivery office and the lady said they would need to take this part back and barely offered an apology for this second inconvenience She called later that day and explained that the store ordered the wrong headboard (a queen instead of a full) and that she would call back with a new delivery date She called the next day on 8/11/and said our new delivery date would now be on 8/26/without offering even an apology for this m

The 1st mattress I was received was in fact defectiveWhen the movers came to take the mattress they turned it on its side and everything inside the mattress fell to the floorThere was a huge bulge to the point where it was difficult for them to maneuver itThe movers themselves were shocked and said that is not supposed to happenWhen I called ashley furniture to request money back for the difference instead of store credit they were adamant in not wanting to issue me a refund When I explained how the mattress completely malformed when turned on its side their response was "every mattress does that"Finally after calling repeatedly they gave me a refund for the price difference between the new mattress and the old Now we come to the issue with the second mattress There is definitely an issue with itWhen they come to do their "tests" I want to make sure this problem is addressed correctlyI do not want to go through with this company all over again as they were very rude and made me feel as if there was nothing wrong with the mattressNot to mention that when they came to do their test the first time they did not perform the so called weight test

When we purchased the mattress we were never given anything in writing which detailed the store's memory foam mattress return policyThe sales person also never verbally told us what their memory foam mattress policy was
We also never signed anything regarding the store's return policyThe mattress was delivered on December 7, After using the mattress for about two weeks we found it to be much too softAt that point I called the service department and asked about returning the mattressThey told me the mattress we purchased was eligible for return but said we needed to use it for at least days and had to wait until at least January 7, to return itWhen I spoke to the service department they also didn't tell me what the return policy was and just gave me the January dateOn Jan

About a month ago I purchased several furniture pieces from the Ashley Warehouse one day sale I was deceived into purchasing an adjustable queen size bed that has a completely broken off steel leg (replaced by a wooden leg), and another steel leg that is partially unwelded off from the frame, by David (DQ), manager in charge of the event I was not informed that the adjustable bed was defective/broken In addition, I was promised a temporary bracket for the mirror and dresser set that was purchased, until a brand new supporting bracket was shipped to me Upon picking up the items, I discovered that the temporary bracket was not packed along with furniture In addition, I was never shipped the new supporting brackets for the dresser mirror I used David's (DQ) personal cell phone number to alert him of the problems, by sending a lengthy text message He replied assuring me that his assistant will see to it that the problems were corrected I never hear from anyone, so I sent an
