I purchased a $leather sectional from Ashley approx 6-months ago & since then the side seam has since split open where the leather and fabric are stitched together & also when sitting on the chaise the wood can be felt digging into your backNow I don't consider myself to be hard on furniture at all nor am I big person so looking at the set this isn't wear and tear I'd say; just overpriced poor quality furnitureI had recently made Ashley furniture aware of this issue, and was sent stuffing for the cushion, and I am currently waiting for service on that to be performedHowever I am extremely disappointed I even had to put a request in for service on a piece of furniture that costs $

When we purchased a tv stand wlflreplace at Ashley Furniture we were asked to purchase a " protection  plan" on the unit that would cover the cost of repairing any/all damage incurred to the unit for a timespan of five years for $When we turned down their first offer, they specifically told us that ifthere were no claims on the insurance plan during the five years, we would be reimbursed the totalamount paid for the insurance IN CASHWe were also told that we would be given the final paper workwhen the unit was delivered ?! I recently financed a Simmons Beautyrest Black Katarina Luxury Pillowtop mattress/box spring set through the Ashely HomestoreUpon receipt of said purchase, the therapeutic benefits of the new mattress were not evident whatsoever and rather seemingly fraudulent when compared to the in-store model which caused zero discomfortI experienced debilitating, stiffening back pain the entire day following my first nights "rest" in my brand new, $mattressThe day after my home delivery, I then proceeded to contact both The Ashley Homestore corporate office as well as the salesperson who sold me this defective productI was firmly informed all sales made through Ashley Homestore were final and a return policy does not exist due to potential health hazards associated with a bed slept in for no greater than hours
After thorough examination of my purchase receipt/agreement I have yet to find evidence stating said policies or regulations nor are they available for review on the Ashl

We have contacted Mr*** and once again offered to pithe one piece of the sectional that he claims has broken again. This will be thoroughly examined and photographed by our technicians and repaired once again, at no charge to the customer. This will be the final accommodation considered for Mr ***. We reiterate once again that this sectional is well outside out of manufacturer's warranty and the customer has moved the furniture which would also serve to void the manufacturer's warranty. April 4, Regarding the response from Bonnie Vickery1.
Her letter states that I signed a delivery receipt on September 9,
that the furniture was in good condition. Of course the furniture was
in good condition, it was being delivered from their warehouse and it
was brand new furniture. It should be in good condition!2.
Her letter states that I called on March 14, and explained that I
was "sleeping" on the sofa and it had cracked. That is absurd! I was
not sleeping on my sofa. I sat down on my sofa and it cracked. I am
not a "large" person and I have no children or pets. I don't believe
the sofa's frame, that is less than months old should crack when I sit
on it!3. Her letter states the technician stated that
the break in the frame did not happen due to a warranty issue. Then it
must have been a manufacturers defectOf course he couldn't fix it here
in the apartment, it appeared to be cracked in two different spots. He
also stated to me that in order to fix it right, the fabric and springs
needed to be removed. He said that he could brace the break, but if
someone large sat on the sofa, eventually it would break again and push
through the fabricHe stated that it would be "out of warranty" by

was less than months old! I am the only one who lives here.4. As of today 8:PM April 4, it has been days without a sofa. I
just feel that it should have been replaced and it should have a

This letter is in response to the above referenced complaint filed by Mr*** *** regarding service received on furniture purchased from our ***, NY Ashley Furniture HomeStore. Mr*** purchased a reclining sofa, reclining loveseat and reclining chair on
April 30, 2014. The product was delivered to the customer’s home, however; he contacted our Customer Care Center on September 15, to request service for misshapen cushions. The furniture was serviced as requested on October 24, 2014. However Mr*** has reached out to us a number of times since to express his dissatisfaction with the product and repair service, as he continued to experience the same issues. We value Mr***’s business, and in an effort to ensure his complete satisfaction, we offered him the ability to reselect different pieces at the full value he originally paid for his furniture. Mr*** completed his reselection on March 13, and his merchandise is currently on order from the manufacturer, with a tentative exchange date of April 14, 2015. I purchased a Sectional on 12/19/ This product has not held up at all I purchased the Platinum Ultra Premium Protection Plan When I called to notify Ashley Store that my Sectional was broken in multiple sections, I was given a third party repair number After speaking to the warranty company on multiple occasions in April, they stated that the soonest that they could service my Sectional was May 28th Nobody showed during the designated time When I called the toll free number, they reassured me that they were still on their way The following day, a representative from Ashley Furniture called and stated that they would send out their own technician to look at the Sectional The gentleman took several pictures of the Sectional and fixed one of the problems but informed me that he did not have time to fix any of the other issues Since then, the section that he replaced, as well as the other sections are continuing to have issues The springs are cutting through
