purchased dressser, matress, nightstand & headboard.When delivered headboard didn't fit so I had to order another one & wait for delivery.During which time bottom base on dresser broke.I contacted store and they order parts but when delivered one piece was missing.While waiting brace for drawer broke & repair person said it couldn't be fixed.They offered to replace dresser but manufacturer did not make that style any moreInitally I was told they would replace both items but was later told they couldn't replace nightsand cause it was paid for with a credit from a protection plan on a previous item I purchased.Went to store ordered dresser & headboard and was advised by salesperson item would match which upon delivery it did not and they had ordered the wrong size wrong headboard.I am age and never had a matching set which is why I went to the store to make the purchaseI have been a customer for over years I tried for over months and still have not been able

It is also quite comical and a farse that the warranty states at the top " Our promise: no games, no tricks, no hassels; just great service" which has not been the case at allI have not been contacted back by this company but one timeI was told this issue would take up to 3-weeks to be resolved and after calling back at weeks and again at weeks was told it could take 6-weeks and so forthI have been deceived into buying a very poor quality product and I want my furniture fixedI have yet to even hear back from company about this issue and what they are willing to do to resolve the damage.

I purchased a 2-PC Sectional Kittredge Graphite that was delivered to my home on May 4, I notice that all of the couch pillows was losing their shape in late July,I spoke with Stephanie in support services regarding my concerns about the poor quality of the couchI was told that the couch pillows forms to the shape of your bodyI ask if I could exchange or either receive a refund the couchI emailed her a picture of the couch and she mailed me two additional pillows
In addition, after receiving the pillows I called support services to discuss the matter that the pillows Stephanie sent me will not solve the issueThe quality of the 2-PC Sectional is extremely poorI asked to she to the General Manager of the store, customer service refused to give me the name of manager to get in contact with him or herI was told that support services makes the final decision on exchanges or refunds

I took my wife to Ashley Furniture Store on November 18th of to look at some furniture for our living room, specifically reclining sofa's and love seat sets We purchased a leather two piece reclining sofa and loveseat set with inclusive warranty's that day We didn't receive the furniture until December 8th of In September of my wife contacted Ashley Furniture after noticing some color fading on parts of the sofa, mainly the center seat of the sofa She was told to send pictures so that they can submit them to the manufacturer and ordering of replacement parts that would be delivered to my home for a technician to install Some time went by maybe or weeks, at which time she contacted Ashley Furniture again to check on the progress of the order due to no parts had been delivered as of yet and was told that my furniture was discontinued and there was nothing else they could do! I order a sofa and loveseat from this store in April I paid extra for a year extended warranty, which when sold to me, said that no matter what the issue was, I can get replacements over these years Within months, the couches were falling apart All the tweed was de-threading, they cushions (I paid extra for the EXTRA best cushioning) were sunken in and both the sofa and loveseat have deep v structures when looking head-on I called them in Febto report this They said first step is new cushions- which could take up to weeks I never received HALF of the cushions and within ONE MONTH, the same thing happened I called to get a replacement, and they said the warranty only covered the first year The sent me to the extended warranty (whose number was disconnected from the form they gave me) without a care for my concern I finally got the RIGHT number for the extended warranty, and they sent me back to the store The store sent a tech out who literally st

I spoke with someone at the Ashley Furniture Homestore last week They ordered me new seat cushions which they stated I will receive in 1-weeks They also ordered a new leg for my coffee tableNot sure how I am supposed to install that myself when I receive it I would have preferred a repair As for the dining table losing its stain and the nightstand, they told me to send the pics to the Extended Warranty department I emailed the Extended Warranty department Friday morning last week, and have yet to hear back from them The one thing Ashley Furniture is not addressing are the pillows that came with the sofa and loveseatThere are pillows, all of which are linty and old looking, even though it has not even been years My warranty was for yearsI expected better and easier customer service after paying $for an extended warranty I am in my third trimester of pregnancy, and this is not something I want to keep dealing with If Ashley's encourages their customers to purchase a year Extended Warranty, then they should not make it so hard for customers to actually use itI had a much better perception of themThey should not be selling expensive warranties if customers have to go through so much stress to use them. We purchased rocker recliners from Ashley Furniture In less than a year of ownership, of the chairs has totally broken down The flakeboard frame has broken and the arms are falling off the chair and is no longer usable Ashley has sent a repairman several times and each time his recommendation was to replace the chairs due to the extensive damage The 1st time he requested the chairs to be replaced and Ashley said that was not in his report The last time he was there and chair was in worse condition, I insisted I take a picture of his report that clearly states the chair needs to be replaced Ashley called me after this last visit by the repairman and said they were going to send someone to pick up my chair and take it to the warehouse in Johnstown to fix it This is NOT an option I will not allow my chair to leave my home to go to their warehouse, if the chair can be fixed it will be at my home under my observation

Furniture was purchased with the insurance for repair, and started falling apart after year of minimum useDining room chairs loosen up and living room recliner arm broken and recliner literally falling apart Called for repair Customer service is hard to reach Finally reached someone, they sent a technician out The technician was rude and condescending Stated he would need to order a part for recliner and they would call to schedule the repair, and then said "your dining room chairs should've come with an allen wrench, you could do this" to tighten the chairs I told him I'm not sure what he's talking about, but would appreciate if he would take care of the issue, as that is why I called He tightened the chairs and left

I purchased an *** seat reclining sofa on 11/5/from the Ashley Furniture Home Store at Oswego Road, Liverpool, NY using my *** debit card On 11/6/my wife called and cancelled the order which was due a full refund as it was cancelled within hours of the order The representative advised her the refund would take 7-days
On 11/14/2018, I called customer service and confirmed the transaction had been cancelled and was advised we would receive the refund "any day now" and the representative added the refund would actually take 7-business days The following week, on 11/21/2018, my wife called again and was told the same "any day now" for a refund and that it would be for the full amount of $1700+ My wife questioned the incorrect amount because is was over $short, she was advised that the amount did not include taxes as they had to be added back by the billing office On 11/27/I called customer service again, inquiring about the refund Again advised me that it was processing through the billing department I then voiced my displeasure and advised him that we have been advised repeatedly 7-days or 7-business days, and that every time we called we were told to expect our refund “any day now” I advised him their terms and conditions stated the refund would take 7-business days and that there was no legitimate reason for a company to take weeks to reverse a credit card payment I advised him tomorrow was business day and that if I didn’t have my refund, I would be filing a complaint with the NYS Attorney General’s Office, as there were a large number of similar complaints online He then advised me I could expect my refund tomorrow or the next day He then added that it could then take several days for that refund to actually appear on my credit cardApparently the first weeks were for something else other than applying the refund to the cardI'm guessing paying out previously unpaid "refunds"I would stay far away If you have to buy, try one of the other higher ranked stores or at least read the terms on the back of the agreement before you sign for any purchase
