I receive my order so excited to try them on. I have never been so disappointed and deceit of the products. Not one was what it showed in package nor site ordered. It looks like someone put the wrong wigs in the bag. I am not returning them because I am so hurt. I have decided to give them to cancel society to support the cause. I first wanted to return them for my money back. But instead, I'm going to make something good out of a bad situation. I am so ashamed of this product because none of the products look like what is shown on site and definitely not after receiving them.

I have been a loyal Wigtype customer for years and made several orders averaging $100, I never had a problem until nowI placed my order with no issues, received an email with my expected date of delivery for days later, which was FridayI worked from home Friday because the tracking information said signature requiredThe package did not arrive and next thing I knew, the shipping company changed the delivery address to a drop off locationI emailed Wigtypes to ask them to please contact the shipping company to have them deliver to my shipping addressWigtypes responded the next day, but said that they cannot contact their shipping company and I needed to go pick up the item and if I do not it will be returned and a restocking fee will be assessedI responded advising of the fact that no delivery has been received, and I am unable to go to the drop off location that was changed without my permissionWigtypes rudely replied that they will incur a return shipping fee and the restocking fee would apply if I received the merchandise or not once it is returned! Restocking for something I never received?! I contacted the shipping company myself since they would not help me, and the shipping company quickly updated to have the item reshipped the next business day to my billing addressAre we saying Wigtypes could not do that? I did it via online chat! Never again, this is the last time I will buy anything from themSo they are great as long as you do not need their "customer service", even if it is not your faultBeware, and do not expect help if you encounter any issues

I placed an order on June *, on the website, wigtypes.comI entered my credit card information and the transaction was declinedI went to check my [redacted] and account and saw that the amount of the purchase, $48.83, was processingI contacted the company by phone and reached an extremely rude man on the phone who didn't and wouldn't identify himselfHe said that since the transaction was declined, the charge would be reversed within 1-daysHowever, by June *, I noticed that the transaction was no longer processing and had been in fact debitedI contacted [redacted] who gave me a temporary refund After my issue, I've noticed that quite a few customers have encountered the same kind of issue where the company either attempts to or outright takes the money without providing goodsI feel as if the company should be seriously looked into for unscrupulous business practices

I ordered from this company august [redacted] and for no reason declined my purchase and took my money out my bank account as pending, their customer service is rude , mean , and I will never do business with them againI been a loyal customer for yearsThis is the worse hair website please please dont,order here if you want your hard working money to be stolen and held by someone

I brought a wig around the holidays ,I neded to return it Wig types refund policy on there website states it should take business days after the date .but when I contacted the company they then stated to me that the refund policy is business after dsy of recieptThey are charging 20%restocking fee and then recieved the product brand new on12017%

I have attached the PayPal transaction that shows the order was placed at 4:13pm as well as the order itself showing the items orderedAs per our Changing order Policy located here [redacted] we are unable to make changes to orders other than shipping method or addressYou are more than welcome to return the wigHowever no error was made on our part in shipping this order

I was able to pull up your order and I am happy to say it was shipped on [redacted] via [redacted] tracking number [redacted] It will be delivered... on [redacted] .

Terrible customer service and online handling. I ordered an item, and received payment confirmation. After 5 days, I didn't get any tracking information or any order status, and I made sure to check my spam and trash folders. I sent an email asking for any details. No response. Sent another email stating I decided to cancel the order, and immediately got a response that I couldn't because the item had been shipped. That was when I finally got a tracking number for my item, which had been shipped days ago. They only seem to care once it means they'll be out money.

I ordered a wig on their website that without my permission they cancelled and now have two charges on hold on my acctI asked them to not cancel my order and send me my merchandise

I have ordered MULTIPLE times from wigtypes with absolutely no problem until nowThe wigs ALWAYS came on time, if not even DAYS early, they came exactly as pictured, and expected too! I really do think this business is a scam. I tried to order a wig from the company, my order total came out to be 40$ with shopping included. I never gotten a shipping confirmation so I decided to reach out. They have me a taking number but when I went to talk my package it said it was already delivered but I never received this order. When I let the company know what was going on and how I felt I never got a response back. I then proceeded to ask for my money back and they still did not answer me. I am out of 40$ that I worked hard for and I have no product. This company didn't even they to make my situation better.
