I was purchasing some items as I always do ..when I proceed to checkout my order was declined .because of the wrong billing address..but when I check my account I was still charge .so I contacted wigtypes via email(because they do not answer their phone even during business hours)they told me I have to call my bank to release funds back into my account .so I call my bank and told me that the payment went threw...(showing that wigtypes wasn't telling the truth)..the bank told me to call them on 3way just to clarify everything and yet again no anwser .let's just say I will not shop here again .....two many bad reviews and bad experiences for me

I have ordered MULTIPLE times from wigtypes with absolutely no problem until nowThe wigs ALWAYS came on time, if not even DAYS early, they came exactly as pictured, and expected too! This time however, I ordered, they took the money from my account, and then I never received a shipping/tracking emailMy order also doesn't even show under my email address
Thankfully, I paid through paypal, and so I can dispute it and get my money backI have sent emails, and I also have called multiple times only to be told "no one is available" and also "you cant leave a message because this isn't monitored" and then hung up on
Also, their "live chat" doesn't exist, and doesn't work and guess what? No on is available for that either!
I am ridiculously disappointed because I have never EVER had this problem with them before and I've order 5+ times, but I guess being a loyal customer doesn't matterTheir customer support STINKS

I placed an order on June *, on the website, wigtypes.comI entered my credit card information and the transaction was declinedI went to check my *** ** *** and account and saw that the amount of the purchase, $48.83, was processingI contacted the company by phone and reached an extremely rude man on the phone who didn't and wouldn't identify himselfHe said that since the transaction was declined, the charge would be reversed within 1-daysHowever, by June *, I noticed that the transaction was no longer processing and had been in fact debitedI contacted *** ** *** who gave me a temporary refund
After my issue, I've noticed that quite a few customers have encountered the same kind of issue where the company either attempts to or outright takes the money without providing goodsI feel as if the company should be seriously looked into for unscrupulous business practices

I shop here all the time! Prices are cheaper here compared to other beauty supply stores/ hair vendorsWould highly recommend

I purchased five items from their company when I received them I noticed that two of the items were defective. I emailed customer service about the issue. They asked if I could provide photos of the defect which I did, then haven't heard back from them. When calling the number listed above several times I was unable to reach a person to speak to them about the issue. I've sent another email requesting a refund for the order due to defects and extremely poor customer service. I will never order from them again. I feel extremely horrible that I've already recommended them to others

I have attached the PayPal transaction that shows the order was placed at 4:13pm as well as the order itself showing the items ordered. As per our Changing order Policy located here [redacted] we are unable to make changes to orders...

other than shipping method or address. You are more than welcome to return the wig. However no error was made on our part in shipping this order.

I ordered from this company august ** 2016 and for no reason declined my purchase and took my money out my bank account as pending, their customer service is rude , mean , and I will never do business with them again. I been a loyal customer for years. This is the worse hair website please please dont,order here if you want your hard working money to be stolen and held by someone.
