I placed an order with the mentioned businessI have repeatedly called the company as I did not receive a confirmation of my orderI have ordered from this site prior to this incident and I have not received any discrepancies until todayI called multiple times to no avail, I have emailed the second chat, to no avail in addition I emailed help *** for CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT and I have received nothingI tried to get my money refunded via *** $but wigtypes.com had already deducted my moneyPlease help

I bought a wig from them about a month ago and when I didn’t receive it, I called and even sent them an email twice but still haven’t gotten any response from them

I ordered a product from wigtypes.comThe company sent me the wrong itemI contacted them to request a return shipping label and a refundThey stated that their return policy doen't require them to send a return label, and there is a 20% restocking feeTheir return policy relates to a regular return if the customer changes his or her mindThis case is differentThey sent me the wrong itemIt isn't fair to me as a consumer to have to pay to return this item to them and be charged a 20% resotcking fee for something that is clearly their mistake

We have double checked the order and fit all items in the box size that was sent 26x8xThe items ordered were small enough to fit ALL inside that box as we tested it ourselvesWe started a UPS investigation for this matter and UPS informed us that they were DENIED access to to the package for
inspectionI have attached the file from UPS stating that they were unsuccessful in inspecting that package and have made several attempts in order to gain access to itWe take pride in our fast and accurate shippingOne or two items missing is understandable but items would be impossible

Terrible customer service and online handlingI ordered an item, and received payment confirmationAfter days, I didn't get any tracking information or any order status, and I made sure to check my spam and trash foldersI sent an email asking for any detailsNo responseSent another email stating I decided to cancel the order, and immediately got a response that I couldn't because the item had been shippedThat was when I finally got a tracking number for my item, which had been shipped days agoThey only seem to care once it means they'll be out money

I ordered a product from BSONYC CORP which the company name on the website is wigtypesOrder number six four three five five eightIn which I never receivedI first noticed a problem with not recieving my package as of June *** so I called them and the shipper ***WIgtypes claims that I needed to put in a claim with *** and then they would receive that claim and then give me back my moneyI went back and forth with this company on several days including June *** twice June *** where I waited for the claim to be setteled then again on June *** which I contacted them and the shipper *** then contacting mainly *** and then wigtypes again on July *** and four times on July *** which wigtypes says the outcome is that I received my packageIf I had received my package I would not be opening this claim against this company and ***I just want my money back their phone number is five one six five zero five one zero nine zero

I ordered a wig from this company on January **, They had good shipping and my package was set to arrive on January **, The problem is, is that when I arrived home, my package was opened on my steps and the wig was stolenI spoke with *** as they were the 3rd party that was delivering the itemI filed a damage claim with *** on 1/**/The first step in the process is that *** reaches out to the company, which they reached out to Wig Types on 1/**/Wig types has yet to fill out the appropriate paper work that was sent over to them so that my claim can be completed and I either a) get a replacement or b) get a refundI reached out to wigtypes as well on 1/**/in an email, as they state thats the best way to get a hold of them and I have yet to receive a responseI contacted *** again today, 1/**/and the *** representative called wigtypes with me on hold and they told her that they were busy and to call backI would like this company to get better with customer

On Saturday, May ***, I purchased a Jannie wig (Order # ***) in the color opjfrom this website, and got the confirmation information stating I purchased it in color opinsteadBecause their hours of operation is Monday-Friday, I decided to call on Monday, but after waiting on the phone for a duration of minutes, I emailed their customer service email address (***) insteadI then spoke to a representative about the issue, hoping to exchange the wig, and the representative tells me it's already shipped out they don't do exchanges, and if returned there is a % restocking feeI am aware of the policies, however this was not what I've purchasedThe situation escalated, and I ended up speaking with the company's supervisor Jay, who was rude and not accommodatingHe basically reiterate what the other representatives said, without trying to resolve the issueWhen I asked for his last name so I can issue the report, he tells me "* *** *** ** ** ***" I fin

I have been illegally blacklisted by the company without warning, or any type of notification or communicationThe company also does not have my order history available to me, but yet has my order history available to themI've never seen any company delete someone's order history so that only they can see itHow is a customer supposed to go into their files to track information, expenses or their past purchases? That's my first concernRather than allowing me access to see an order that was illegally done on my account, for some odd reason it's only available for their eyesI have been a customer of Wigtypes.com for quite some time and usually recommend this site to all of my friends and familyBack in November 2016, I reported my debit card was reported as stolen to my bank which I can have either a lawyer or the bank confirm itself! I ordered a wig and when I received it it was not what I had hoped so I contacted customer service using a submission form online to request an RMA number to do a return and never received a responseI then followed up with an email a couple of days later, still no response then sent a second and saying that I would contact the Revdex.com, no response and another message on their website with no response yet

I ordered a wig from wig Types I believe July *, *** my money was taken off my card by wig types July *,*** I did not get any confirmation from them letting me know that they took my payment nor did I get confirmation that my wig would be shippedI got no tracking information nothing!! Its now July *,*** and I still have not got any information regarding my order so I decided to call the wig types customer service number I got no answer I called several times and still no answer so I decided to use the chat now box on their website to speak with a representative online and still no answer I am completely fed up at this pointOh and also I emailed wig types July *, *** to let them know I didn't get any notifications regarding shipment but it I still have got no response!!

This company is a rip-offThey do not adhere to their own return policyTheir customer service is terribleBuyers beware! Their shipping fees are outrageous and their customer service is terribleI will never purchase from them again

Company took my payment placed it on hold and have not,returned it when callung the man who anserws the phone, is very rude, mean, and didnt helpI have not gotten my,money back at all and,I been ordering,from this company for years and this is how they do thier customersWhen you call the number,doesnt work sometimes, and they are a fraud
