Hi, I offered two human hair wigs
They both mattedThey cost over $each
I was told I could return them
When they got the return, they said they could not take them back
I'm a risk to their businessThey were very rude, they lied by phoneThey are very disrespectful by phone
They blacklisted me and said I can't order from them anymore because I returned wigs that they are passing as human hair that clearly are not human if they are matted
They have free shipping but refuse to ship the wigs back to me and said they will throw them out if I don't send them postage to return them within days!

My card was used without my permission 5/*/around pm so soon as I seen the money was taken out, I emailed wigtypes to cancel the order that was around 12:am I sent the email 3-times while the order was processing ,this morning I see the order was order and I don't want it I just want the money back on my cardI have called twice and no one if picking up or emailing back

Wigtypes.com are very unprofessional and they dont keep up with irders or customersI ordered Friday and I still have no tracking number or contact with seller

I made a purchase on this website on April ***Being that the company is also located in New York City as well as not that far from me, I received my package the next dayI ordered wigsOne out of of the items I purchased did NOT look anything like the photo that was advertised on the website when I received it, therefor I asked the "customer service" why the color didn't look as it was represented? The person behind the wigtypes email replied making claims that the wig is a "defective" color which is why it looks differentSo I didn't think that made much sense, however my thing is, if the color is no longer in production, or so-called "defective", why advertise it on the website? So then they replied again making a new claim that the hair brand no longer makes that color, and it is discontinuedSo which is it? Discounted or defective? So to further investigate my concerns, I contacted another (MUCH BETTER) hair company and asked them if they could check that particular wig

I ordered a wig on their website that without my permission they cancelled and now have two charges on hold on my acctI asked them to not cancel my order and send me my merchandise

We do not sell any used or returned merchandise on our websiteWe have still not received the requested photos of this damaged unity to verify the informationIf this is a case of manufacturer defect we would be glad to refund you for the wigHowever we do need evidence showing such to document

I ordered the Outre Dominican Blowout Straight Lace Front wig based on the description given on the website however I did not receive the product that was advertisedThe wig is advertised as full with a natural yaki texture that is " big head friendly"I am *** *** and bought the wig because of the advertisement on the website The wig I received is thin and silky with a very tight small cap constructionI looked nothing like the description or any review I found about the unitNo one is answering the phones off or during business hours and the chat service does not work

I received this package yesterdayHowever this is not the original cream that is supposed to be in the bottleIt was mixed with some other creams and oil and place in this bottle with misleading information and labels from what the original label is supposed to look likeI have been using nadinola for years and I know what a fake one looks like and this one didn't even have the right colorI would like my money back I will be returning these asap and WILL definitely ensure people not to buy this fake product!

I have had an awful experience with this businessI recently purchased a wig from this website and I realized after I placed the order that I had misspelled my emailI wanted to contact the business and tell them I had made a spelling error and all of the tracking and shipping information should be sent to my real email address and they have not responded to my *** message, the two emails or any of the phone calls I have madeI am disgusted and frustratedAfter trying to call the for the 10th time this morning I finally got someone on the phone but they seem bothered to help meThankfully I remembered to write down my order number and they were able to tell me when my wig was shipped and will be deliveredI will never do business with this company again

I had issues with their check outI contacted PayPal to see if it was on their endThey told me to try again or contact wig typesI tried again and it workedBecause of this I placed seperate orders within hours of each otherI emailed them to see if they could adjust the price of the orders and provide the free shippingI get an email back saying it's already shipped and tough luckImmediately after I receive that email , I get another email saying ONE of my two items has just shippedIm not sure why they did this othe than just wanting to make an extra couple bucks on the customer dimeI've emailed their customer service multiple timesNow, I get no responseWhen I did get a response it was vague and shortZero helpI want my shipping cost backYour company says free shipping over $orders

I have placed orders in the past years with this companyThe don't have the best customer service but they do have the best price for beauty supply store products online or they will price matchThe shipping is fast and they answer promptly via social media

I placed an order with this company on Wednesday with the advertisement of Same Day Shipping GuaranteedBy Thursday evening, I had no tracking information or order completion informationI contacted the company via email because the customer service number that is listed does not answerI received a response stating that I should have a tracking number no later than Thursday nightBy Friday morning, I had no new informationI contacted the company again via email and they informed me that my order had been accidentally cancelled due to a system errorThey also stated that I would have to reorder my items with no refund or exchange offered

I really do think this business is a scamI tried to order a wig from the company, my order total came out to be 40$ with shopping includedI never gotten a shipping confirmation so I decided to reach outThey have me a taking number but when I went to talk my package it said it was already delivered but I never received this orderWhen I let the company know what was going on and how I felt I never got a response backI then proceeded to ask for my money back and they still did not answer meI am out of 40$ that I worked hard for and I have no productThis company didn't even they to make my situation better
