I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Please be advised that I hereby request that complaint #[redacted] is not closed, as the matter is still pending and has Not been resolved. The company (WigTypes.com) has neither refunded me my monies nor shipped the missing items from my order.
On March **, 2014 I spoke with a supervisor from the UPS Customer Service department to inquire about the letter Wig Types provided to the Revdex.com on 3/**/14.  I was advised that WigTypes misleadingly file a "Damage claim" with UPS, instead of a "Missing Item claim". The box from WigTypes was not damaged. The issue at hand is that all 19 items were not in the box shipped to me.
Apparently WigTypes requested UPS to pickup the box without notifying me of same. At no time, did WigTypes advise me that they were sending UPS to pickup the box. As previously stated, the [redacted] advised me that he was going to ship the missing items, which he never did. So the UPS driver who came to my home was Not an investigator and was not aware of the situation, so he did not take the box.
After explaining the situation to UPS, they changed the claim to a "Missing item claim" and advised that the investigation department will be contacting me within 2 business days.
On Monday, March **, 2014 I spoke with a supervisor named [redacted] from the Florida UPS Investigation department who advised me that it was better to have an investigator assigned to come out to my home to inspect the box instead of UPS taking the box and returning it to WigTypes because if the matter is not resolved via Revdex.com and has to go to court, I would need the box as "evidence".
[redacted] advised me that I would be assigned a UPS investigator and that I would receive a call sometime this week to schedule an appointment. I am still awaiting a call. UPS also stated that they are willing to speak directly to Revdex.com to validate the above. I can provide the number upon request.

I am very upset with this merchant, due to I placed an order and their website said declined 3 times, but when I checked my checking account I notice the funds were being held. I contacted the merchant and advised them of the issue and they stated it should be released from my account within 2 to 3 days and I will not be receiving any merchandise.
I was very angry but I know things happens, but their customer service was horrible and I read other reviews and it stated a few days earlier other customer were going through the same issue. Their website would decline their order but funds were held on their account. I think this place is a scam and this is their way of stealing funds from customers and blaming it on their banks. I have contacted my financial institution and disputed the $45.81 that is now pending but no order is placed and no merchandise will be shipped.

I placed an order yesterday. I received an email today saying it was cancelled/blacklist. I guess they are not allowing me to any anymore since my last shipment was stolen. That is something that is totally out of my control. I am very disappointed. My birthday is Saturday and I just wanted a new look. Prior to this last incident, I had no problems.

Money was taken from my bank account a week has passed an I have not received an order confirmation or even a tracking number although they advertise that my order would ship next day. Review: I purchased a defective wig that ripped apart the moment I tried to put it on leaving me to believe that the lace on the wig was damaged. I tryed to contact the company so I could return there product and receive a refund. I tried calling the company several times in which no one never answered and I also emailed them and did not receive any reply. There live chat is never on.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund on the defective wig.

Review: I ordered 3 wigs from them & one was severely damaged. It looked as though someone had taken scissors to it. I tried several times to call them but they never answer their phone. There is never a chat operator available even during the times they specify that one will be available. I emailed them and finally got a response asking me to email them the photos I had taken. The email address they supplied has servers that won't even allow you to email photos. I then emailed them a link to the photos and they will not respond to me. Had they tried to resolve the issue I would have been more than happy to purchase from them again as two of the 3 wigs were beautiful

We do not sell any used or returned merchandise on our website. We have still not received the requested photos of this damaged unity to verify the information. If this is a case of manufacturer defect we would be glad to refund you for the wig. However we do need evidence showing such to document this incident. I purchased hair from this website. The hair was tangled and matted badly. The length was not accurate. Also their website stated they had one package of hair in stock, so I placed my order. Then I got email stating the hair was not in stock. Meanwhile they took the money from my bank account. This site is false and bogus. Need to get shut down immediately. I strongly believe they're just scamming and say items are available when it's really not available. I tried countless times to talk with them about the hair I received because I'm very unsatisfied however they NEVER responded. Meanwhile they took my money.

Review: I recently purchased a product at wig types.com. I have not have the product for a month and it is falling apart. I called to talk to someone about the product. The guy that answered the phone told me that there was nothing that they would do to replace the product. He said since I did not receive the product like that then they will not replace it. I feel like that if I just purchased a product, it should not be already coming apart. If the quality of a product that they are selling is not well put together. Then they need to either offer people a refund or exchange of the product.Desired Settlement: I really like the product that I have purchased. I just wish that they would at least replace the product, since the quality is not well.

I’m looking for help, answers and a clear and solid resolution to my problem with Wigtypes.com/BSONYC. I placed an order with Wigtypes.com on their website on January **, 2016. I have not received a order number, tracking number, shipment date or even a email stating what is the hold up on the order or anything. The phone number listed on the website is bogus, and the live chat is an scam! You can’t reach anyone that clams to work there to get a straight answer. I CAN REACH THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES QUICKER THAN GETTING IN CONTACT WITH A REAL LIVE HUMAN BEING AT WIGTYPES.COM!!! I have already contacted [redacted] with this same issue, I am hoping with you two heavy hitters, this matter can be resolved quickly. In short, I want a full and quick refund of my money to my [redacted] account within a quick timely manner or I want my order to be expedited over night at the expense of the seller since it has taken so long. And by the way, I do not want nor will I accept damaged, worn, torn, retaliated products from this company, just because I got the Revdex.com involved in this matter. Let’s not fool ourselves you know how people can be when there dirt gets exposed to the light.

Anything you can do will be deeply appreciated. I think I have waited long enough for WIGTYPES.COM/BSONYC to contact me since they did take my money. Two weeks of silently waiting is long enough.

The access points provide a convenient pick up location and prevent packages from being left at the door to be stolen.Your order was available for pick up at FINE FARE SUPERMARKET [redacted] from 1/**/16 to 2/*/16. Since it was not picked up within this timeframe it was returned back to us. These returned packages fall under our standard return polcy as per our return policy located here [redacted]

Review: I ordered four wigs from WigTypes.com. On the day of delivery I was home. There was no knock at my door, no ringing of my buzzer. There was no package even though when I checked the tracking number and it said it was delivered. They never delivered the package! I was home the whole time and no delivery person showed up! I contacted [redacted] and they made me wait a couple of days while they checked who was responsible for delivery. They never got back to me on that. I contacted WigTypes.com numerous times and I got one email saying they were going to help. I contact Fedex again and they denied the claim. Even though I never got the wigs Wigtypes is not helping at all!Desired Settlement: I want a full refund.

When I checked out I was charged more money for the items that were in my cart.This company changed and increased the prices after checkout.

They took off the coupon, I'm currently disputing the charges. I tried to get them to send me a return postage, and was told that I'm responsible, and I will have to pay a 20% restocking fee. This is ridiculous! They have horrible customer service!

I sent them a screenshot with the cart total and they didnt respond to my email! they simply ignored me!

Do not buy from this SCAM COMPANY!!!Do not order from them.Desired Settlement: Since the business would not initially refund me the difference of price that they marked up in the products, I would like a refund

Review: Wigtypes.com was contacted August **, 2014 utilizing their website and then again on August **, 2014 by email regarding order # [redacted] which included two wigs: Freetress Equal Danity in #OP430 and Outre Zenn in #2. While I did receive the correct Danity wig, I did not receive the Zenn wig in the correct color. I received a #1B instead of a #2 color. Wigtypes.com responded to my email August **, 2014 apologizing for sending the wrong item and stated that a [redacted] return label was issued and sent to my email. I never received the return label. During this email exchange I asked how to receive a refund for the incorrect item and was told that a refund would be processed once the incorrect it was returned to the company. On September *, 2014 the same email thread was used to ask when the [redacted] label would be sent to me with no response from wigtypes.com. On September **, 2014 another email was sent to wigtypes.com from me using the original email thread stating that the [redacted] label had still not been received. On September **, 2014 another email was sent to wigtypes.com using the original email thread inquiring about the [redacted] return label and the company finally replied stating: "we just sent you a return label for the 2nd time." which was actually the first time as the [redacted] return label was received during the exchange. I thanked the company for the label. On Friday, September **, 2014 the incorrect wig, and a copy of the printed email exchange was placed in the original box my order came in and dropped off at the [redacted] store to be shipped back to wigtypes.com. A tracking number was received. According to the [redacted] delivery summary, wigtypes.com received the package September **, 2014 at 2:00 PM as it was signed for at the company's office. It is now October **, 2014 and I have still not received a refund the incorrect wig which was sent to me in August 2014. The company, wigtypes.com, not only has my money, but also their product. This is theft.Desired Settlement: I would like a FULL refund.

Review: I placed and paid for an order #[redacted] on wigtypes.com on 09-**-2014 at 9:37pm. I received an order confirmation and tacking information that my order would arrive to me on 09/**/2014. As of 09/**/2014, I have not received my order. I sent an email to the company and I was advised that I needed to wait 8 days until they file a lost claim. Review: I purchased 2 wigs from this company.One I was extremely happy with and the other not so much. I took the wig out of the package and instantly saw that the wig was old and worn.I also noticed that the inside of the wig was stuffed with hairnets and the hairnets were stuffed with some kind of synthetic hair. I also noticed that on the package of the wig it states that you can wear the wig multiple ways and the wig I received you could not. The wig had been cut and altered and the texture of the wig is absolutely horrible. I called the company on 2 separate occasions and the line was busy both times.I emailed them and tried to contact customer service with no luck for weeks! One last thing I checked my transaction statements and this company shows up on my bank statement as medical services. Im very unhappy because I feel like I've had money taken from me for a product I can't do anything with.Desired Settlement: Refund

Review: I have contacted this business eight times on the phone and sent three emails. I recently ordered a wig and I was sent the order number and the confirmation of payment. They were supposed to send me tracking information. When I tried to log onto their site it would not allow me. I then had to make a new account using the same email address, name and address. It does not have that I purchased a wig so I continually call and no one answers. It cost me money I don't have and it would be nice to just know its on its way or that its not in their database and here is your money back.Desired Settlement: I would like to know that it is being delivered or that I will receive my money back. I have read online that they damage some of the products so I would definitely like mine in excellent condition. An order confirmation number would be great or an email saying that its being processed and sent now. If I can't get my order then I want my money put back on my card.

Review: I ordered product. When trying to call the company for 4 days straight, they never picked up the line. I then decided to email the company to return the product. They did not email back until I stated I would contact the Revdex.com. Then the stated it would be a 20% restocking fee. When my returned was made they refunded less than half of what I paid. Then when asked about it the said they don't refund shipping but shipping was caculated into my total cost and no where on the site does it say they don't refund for shipping.Desired Settlement: Full refund of what I paid.

Review: I ordered the Outre Tess wig from their site on 3/**/2016 and was told my card declined despite having the available funds. This morning when I checked my bank account I was charged for the full amount plus shipping of $33.34. I received no order confirmation number/email or [redacted] tracking number saying that my package was on it's way. The item is still in my shopping cart like I never placed my order. There's no proof that I ordered this item other than the money being taken out of my account. Customer service is BOGUS, their live chat does not work, their number is always "busy" and I've sent multiple emails with no response. DISGUSTING. With no kind of confirmation number I dont know how "Customer service" is going to look up my complaint. This is so ridiculous.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded to my account.
