I had a situation that escalated from a bad toilet flange to a slab leak I was getting flooring installed so needed a resolution immediately The initial plumber that came out was great and called the office when he realized the situation was beyond his ability He expressed our need for urgency and the "heavy lifting" guys were there within minutes They got our issue fixed that day and explained how to file our claim with insurance We were able to continue on schedule with our flooring install even though new concrete had to be added We are very happy with the work and their customer service

We used Williams Plumbing and Drain Service for service on replacing some old faucets in the laundry roomWe were pleased with the service and Mr [redacted] was friendly and answered all our concernsWill use this company in the future

[redacted] quickly located the water leak on my side of the meter (it was just on my side of the meter) [redacted] then came back with a helper to dig down to the water main and replaced the leaking PVC pipe connection, which had been replaced by a different company, with a section of PEX I feel this will be a better repair without rigid pipe right up to the water meter While he was there, I also had him replace a sprinkler system cutoff gate valve with a quarter-turn ball valve I had already dug most of the way to that valve so he was able to also replace it within the four-hour minimum of the water leak repair

HOW LUCKY WE WERE TO HAVE FOUND WILLIAMS PLUMBING -- We live in a condo and discovered portions of our laminate flooring were bubblingWe could not find leaks in the laundry room or bathroomWe called Williams Plumbing and [redacted] D discovered a minor leak in the laundry room [redacted] H then fixed the leakWe opted to have a restoration company help us determine how much humidity we had behind the wallsIt was at 88% (and we were concerned about mold), so they had to rip out about sqftof flooring to determine the approximate location to place the huge dehumidifier and fanOnce established, the drying process beganAfter three days, they and their equipment left and we were ready to do laundry againAt the spin cycle of the washer, we discovered water pouring out from under the baseboard onto the bare cement in the hallway/dining area located behind the washer (where the planks of flooring originally were)We put a rush call into called Williams Plumbing [redacted] E and [redacted] H arrivedWe explained what happenedAfter conducting a series of tests, it was concluded that we had a slab leak or a joint breakOut came the jack hammer to break up the floor to reach the designated spot (below ground level); then the plumbing had to be reroutedSo, on day 1, [redacted] was here from a.mto p.m(while [redacted] H had to leave a few hours early) Done! We were told to do a small load of laundry about p.m., that evening which we did, and were delighted when the leak was fixedThen, on day 2, the city inspector arrived to approve all work completedThen, [redacted] arrived to fill the hole with cement and to do some cleanup workHis work ethic is impeccable, and he brings much to the table and we cannot compliment him enough Williams Plumbing is lucky to have this gentleman on their teamAnd, based on our experiences, Williams Plumbing will forever be our "go to" plumbing serviceIn summary, work performed was simply outstanding from start to finish, and Williams Plumbing is a most honorable company to work withWe wish to extend Happy Holidays to the Williams Plumbing team and we also want to say a very big thank you for a job well done!
