A friend who uses Williams Plumbing gave me [redacted] phone number when I told her I was having vibrations in my kitchen sink hot water faucet after my husband had installed a new faucet. I called him & he advised me to open the hot water valve under the sink all the way. It worked!! No more vibrations!!!. He didn't insist on a home visit or charge me anything!!
I will use Williams Plumbing for all my plumbing needs in the future & recommend [redacted] to everyone I know!
He was very polite & sounded like he knew what he was talking about!! I guess he did, since the vibration that was driving me cuckoo is now gone!

We recently had some plumbing work done on our toilets and kitchen sink by [redacted] of Williams Plumbing & Drain Service. He did an excellent job with diagnosing the problems and then fixing the problems. He was very efficient and thorough. He wanted us to understand exactly what he was doing and he was willing to explain the process to two people who have a very limited knowledge of plumbing issues. It became clear as he did his work that he was a perfectionist and he wanted to make sure that everything was perfect before he left. We used Williams Plumbing and Drain Service for service on replacing some old faucets in the laundry room. We were pleased with the service and Mr. [redacted] was friendly and answered all our concerns. Will use this company in the future.

The repairman was prompt and explained the resolution to my situation well. The area was repaired, and clean when he left. I will definitely use Williams for my plumbing needs again!

[redacted] quickly located the water leak on my side of the meter (it was just on my side of the meter). [redacted] then came back with a helper to dig down to the water main and replaced the leaking PVC pipe connection, which had been replaced by a different company, with a section of PEX. I feel this will be a better repair without rigid pipe right up to the water meter. While he was there, I also had him replace a sprinkler system cutoff gate valve with a quarter-turn ball valve. I had already dug most of the way to that valve so he was able to also replace it within the four-hour minimum of the water leak repair.
