[redacted] did a great job today. He found the leak and did the bid yesterday. He came back with a helper ([redacted]) today to do the work. Both were professional and courteous. They did a good job. While here [redacted] suggested I get a termite inspection because he noticed signs of termite activity. He did not have to do that, but it really helped since the termite guy also came today and confirmed I do have some termites to contend with. Good to know, but not fun to find out.
I would definitely recommend [redacted] and Williams for any plumbing work.
As an aside, I had called another big plumbing company in the Tulsa area and they did not come out for a bid (twice) when they said they would, so I went with Williams as a sole bid and am glad I did.

Very professional...serviceman explained everything he had done, and informed me of an additional issue and how to treat the root problem we have going forward. Very fast and punctual service. I would call them again in the future.

I had a situation that escalated from a bad toilet flange to a slab leak. I was getting flooring installed so needed a resolution immediately. The initial plumber that came out was great and called the office when he realized the situation was beyond his ability. He expressed our need for urgency and the "heavy lifting" guys were there within 10 minutes. They got our issue fixed that day and explained how to file our claim with insurance. We were able to continue on schedule with our flooring install even though new concrete had to be added. We are very happy with the work and their customer service.

We used Williams Plumbing and Drain Service for service on replacing some old faucets in the laundry room. We were pleased with the service and Mr. [redacted] was friendly and answered all our concerns. Will use this company in the future.

Aaron Dill was sent out to help with a major drain that was clogged. The set up in my home has the air con right on top of the water heater in a tiny closeted area. Aarron went above and beyond in a very difficult effort to drain and leverage the water heater in order to even reach the drain to vacuum & auger. He was very pleasant and very patient with a very trying situation.

After a horrible experience with a different company, we were so pleased with Williams! We will never use anyone else again. Highly recommended!
