Field Technician [redacted]. visited our home today to repair what had been diagnosed as a collapsed laundry washer drain pipe under our foundation. [redacted] scoped our drain lines with his amazing camera and ran several large amounts of water through our drain system from the washer and kitchen sink. He could not duplicate the back up of our drains with dirty water that had previously led to the preliminary diagnosis of a collapsed drain pipe that would require jack hammering our slab foundation to repair. [redacted] could not find any cracks in our drain pipes that were readily apparent. He felt that at this point in time that our drain pipes were draining as they should and would not require being replaced. This saved us a very large amount of money for projected repairs. [redacted] is a very honest professional technician who treated my wife and I with total respect and understanding. He explained everything he was doing as he evaluated and diagnosed our drain problem. He answered all of our questions in detail we could understand. He went out of his way to make sure we knew and understood what we could be facing based upon a minimum to maximum problem diagnosis. Williams should be proud to have [redacted] working and representing their company. If we have further drain problems, we will definitely ask specifically for [redacted]'s services.

I had a plumber come out to look at the leak at my house. He was short and lied about the hourly fee. I was told there was no service call fee but they did charge 110.00 hr. for work performed. He was there only a few minutes and proceeded to say I can't do this job and that he will have to call someone else.
He was hesitant to ask me for the 110.00 but did and said that the next technician charges would take over from where he left off. I questioned that and was not clear. I will not call this company again. I found another company that did not charge to come out and give an estimate.

Had a great experience with [redacted] on my plumbing situation.

Paul was awesome! He listened to all my concerns and gave great problem solving ideas! He was time efficient, very conscientious about keeping my home clean, extremely respectful, explained everything in a manner in which I could understand what was going on and solved our problem! He also talked about other things that could be done to save us money in the future! He knows this stuff well and I felt very comfortable having him in my home. If we have any further issues, I will be calling him!

Our plumber was very good. He came out to the location and serviced our bathroom professionally.

[redacted] did a great job today. He found the leak and did the bid yesterday. He came back with a helper ([redacted]) today to do the work. Both were professional and courteous. They did a good job. While here [redacted] suggested I get a termite inspection because he noticed signs of termite activity. He did not have to do that, but it really helped since the termite guy also came today and confirmed I do have some termites to contend with. Good to know, but not fun to find out.
I would definitely recommend [redacted] and Williams for any plumbing work.
As an aside, I had called another big plumbing company in the Tulsa area and they did not come out for a bid (twice) when they said they would, so I went with Williams as a sole bid and am glad I did.

Called Williams Plumbing about a backed up shower drain around 11 am on Friday. Said that they would have someone out that day. Within 2 hours [redacted] from Williams at my house. He was very polite and took time to ask questions about the problem. Was very good about explaining what he was going to do and knocked it right out. Great experience. [redacted] did an excellent job assessing and resolving my problem. He was professional, pleasant, and thorough. This is the second time I have used Williams Plumbing, and I will continue to use them when I have a plumbing problem. In fact, I just got off the phone after recommending them to a friend! I really appreciate the hiring and service delivery standards used by Williams Plumbing.

We had a leak under our kitchen sink and [redacted] A. came and did a fantastic job for us. He was friendly and helpful. He even told us what to do on another issue we had. Thank you [redacted] A. for the great work.

[redacted] quickly located the water leak on my side of the meter (it was just on my side of the meter). [redacted] then came back with a helper to dig down to the water main and replaced the leaking PVC pipe connection, which had been replaced by a different company, with a section of PEX. I feel this will be a better repair without rigid pipe right up to the water meter. While he was there, I also had him replace a sprinkler system cutoff gate valve with a quarter-turn ball valve. I had already dug most of the way to that valve so he was able to also replace it within the four-hour minimum of the water leak repair.

[redacted] with Williams Plumbing was great! My plumbing problems were fixed with competency, professionalism, and friendliness. Williams is lucky to have [redacted].

Tye showed up on time. He resolved this issue quickly. Extremely pleasant and professional considering the task on hand. So happy with this company and this technicians skills.

Tye was kind and helpful! He did a great job! He explained what he was doing, so I would understand completely. I would definitely recommend him. If/when we need service again, in the future, he will be who I request.

[redacted] was very conscientious technician for this company. Very careful to not mar surrounding structures i.e.: baseboards, tile and walls . Left the repair area clean. Very appreciative of this type of service.
The only negative was concern is about the dispatcher who did relay the appointment in a timely manner, to the technician.

Had a leak in a pipe that was spraying water. [redacted] arrived within an hour and made the repair. He was very efficient and friendly. Good job, well done.
