Called Williams Plumbing about a backed up shower drain around 11 am on Friday. Said that they would have someone out that day. Within 2 hours [redacted] from Williams at my house. He was very polite and took time to ask questions about the problem. Was very good about explaining what he was going to do and knocked it right out. Great experience.
