We are sorry to hear that you continue to have trouble receiving your refund. As we have mentioned in our return policy ([redacted]) we can only refund back to the original payment method. Unfortunately we do not have the ability to refund to a different card, different account, or different payment method. 
 
If you paid with a prepaid card or gift card, most issuers are able to process your refund back to the original card. Even if the original card is missing, the issuer may be able to create a new card linked to the same account if you have retained your card number and receipts (you may use Wish's email confirmations as your receipts). Please contact your card issuer for more information.

However, the items ordered were not oil diffusers. I can see the following were ordered:

I didn't place the orders.And also no merchandise was delivered to this address.I don't see what you having a name and address has to do with a business stating it was ordered from this address. Was the name used on my profile NO was there another name besides my name on the card NO. Had I stated to WISH to allow any the person to used the I had on my profile NO. Merchandise wasn't ordered and wasnt received
