As it is, we can only refund your money to your original payment method and we are unable to issue refunds to a different card, different account, or different payment method. This is also indicated in Wish's refund policy, which you can review at [redacted]
 
If your card was canceled, lost or has expired, please contact your bank to inform them of the incoming refund and provide the necessary information to re-route the payment to your new card or bank. If only your card number or expiration date has changed, your bank should be able to handle this internally.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:I have a family member going through the same thing with this company right now and I don't understand how two items from two different merchants can get lost this makes no sense. I have ordered one other item from you guys the other day which is a computer mouse and if I do not receive this item either I will never order from this company again and I will make sure to spread the word about how this company works and how you will not get what you order.
