Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
No exchanges or refunds?  The message I was given is the same copy/paste one we were given prior to when we started getting unsolicited miniature envelopes with nothing in them.  This is mail fraud!  Upon further research, we discovered that this a scheme that a lot of online retailers use to boost their sales numbers.  This is not even close to a matter with my complaint.  We did not order anything from this company, and wish to stop getting envelopes from them.  It's an annoyance.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  The issue of an attempt of fraudulent charges on my account, that was traced back to Wish.com, has not been addressed.  I had to deal with the hassle of being reissued a debit card and updating all of my accounts with the new number.  No one is addressing the fact that I ordered the items on December 4th, received one item on December 18th, the item broke after one hour, I contacted the company the very next day, and never received a response until after I took it to the Revdex.com.  No one is addressing the issue that the second item, that I ordered, wasn't received until January 21st.  My complaints are not abnormal.  If you go to Wish.com Facebook site, you will see other complaints similar to mine:  Items broken, Items received months later, Items never received, and accounts with fraudulent charges attempted.  This is what needs to be addressed.  This is the main issue.  This company is a scam.  They sell products but don't actually deliver them and then ignore customers who attempt to contact them to resolve the issues.Sincerely,[redacted]

In order for us to locate your account, could you please provide the following information?
 
* Order ID (it starts with a 5 and you can find this on your order confirmation email)
* Full name as it appears on your Wish profile
* Last four digits of the credit card used to place the order AND the exact date and amount of the charge in US Dollars
* If you used PayPal please provide the Unique Transaction ID which can be found on your PayPal statement
* If you used Klarna please provide the Klarna reference/statement number, which can be found on your Klarna statement

It was a Christmas gift so I had to get it earlier & I/we are not going to open it till that day.  With that being said and that it was not open/played because my parents live in [redacted] that this is a bunch of BS.  Your company sells pirated copies and if you are not willing to take responsibility for it I guess I will have to go to the proper authorities on this matter.   Better start checking your sources/sellers because someone is about to get in trouble with the law.

To whom this may concern, I would like to report this business " Wish[redacted] ", its headquarters is in San Francisco, CA. Wish[redacted] has been promoting false advertisement to many customers. I recently placed an order for a dress and when the package came, the order is a completely different item from what I ordered.. Now this has happened to me before with Wish and I've spoken to customer care about this and nothing was done. I decided, ok I'll let it slide. I gave them another chance and purchased something else from them. Now I am NOT going to sit and have this happen to me again, I work too hard for my money. Numerous amount of persons that I have spoken with about their experience with WISH have told me the same thing and I do not believe people should be tricked into buying things that are false as this. I would like something to be done about this false advertising game that they are playing. I understand they might be a third party agency however, advise their partners to promote the actual items that they do have to sell to the customers. Please do something about this because it is not fair for people to be putting their trust into a company, spending their money and not getting the kind of quality goods and service that we all deserve.
