I am rejecting this response because:my email is the only email associated with this order and it has been the same for every order I purchased from you. It is [redacted]. Not sure any more info is needed, you seemed to know which order it was when you sent me message after message trying to dodge actually giving me a refund on the 29.95 dollar salt lamp, so therefore you have the correct email. Quit trying to get out of refunding me for the item.

I like this site & have used it on many occasions BUT I with some things it takes almost a month to get the things I ordered & there is not a phone # where I can call & have a live person to give me status on my orders. Please give me some feedback on this issue.

There is no excuse for poor policies or poor customer service. When you create the issue you should be responsible for ALL of the financial harm it causes. If the damage was caused after shipping I understand the policy but clearly the damage occurred prior to shipping.

However, at this time we have decided not to change our policy, and we do not offer exceptions at this time.
Currently, at this time, Wish does not offer return shipping for any reason on items at this time. We apologize for any frustration on this situation, but at this time we will not compensate, reimburse, fund, cover, or otherwise be responsible for your return shipping fees.

There appears to be no solution to this issue. Simply put Wish.com and Geek.com policies favor themselves and are unfair to their customers. They have made it clear that even for $.50 yes that is 50 cents they are willing to lose customers and get bad publicity.
They need to change the policy

I have an issue with an order where the product never delivered. Since they locked me out of my account I can not do anything or get a refund. I have emailed Wish to resolve this. Customer support wanted a copy of my ID & copy of the cards I used. I emailed them back immediately. That was over 7...

days ago. No response. I have submitted daily help requests. Customer support is ignoring & not responding.

When joining Wis[redacted] I was offered a 'free' product for $1.00 shipping and handling. I gave them my debit card number and chose a 'free' gift. I then browsed the items in the store looking at three different items specifically. I did not place ANY order. Looked at my bank account this morning to see a $43.00 charge. Went to Wis[redacted] and found that all three items are on order and getting ready to ship. I did not order nor did I want ANY of these things. Tried to find a phone number - no luck. Tried to cancel all orders - can't cancel them without a photo of the item (????). The whole thing is ridiculous and extremely annoying as I never ordered nor wanted anything from them. Have opened a fraud case with my bank.

I'm so glad I decided to check the reviews on this business before I placed my order. After reading the reviews I decided to unsubscribe since I have no intentions of making ANY purchase from them, and guess what? They won't let me instead they divert me into a sign up page. What REPUTABLE business will not let you unsubscribe. NONE!!! Since they won't allow me to unsubscribe I have now marked them as Spam mail and I would suggest others who have experienced this to do the same. This is a suspicious business as far as I'm concerned. No thank you.
