Is there anything in particular we need to do to close this case since she said she received her refund? In her last message to us on December 28, 2016, she asked to be unsubscribed. This was our response to her on January 9, 2017 and we haven't since heard back:

I have made 3 separate orders from the Wish web site. All 3 Tracking number indicate that my packages have been delivered to places and people I have never known. That's right 3 orders went to 3 different states, none of which I live , or have ever lived in. Wish has absolutely no control or communications with the these merchants. Their only answer is that I should try to submit another order. Hello , by this time all the items I have been interested in reordering or either sold out , or no longer available. Do your self a favor. It may look tempting, but DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS SITE!

absolutely NOTHING when I contacted them regarding not receiving my ordered items. The only thing I ever heard from them was I needed to be patient as my items were on the way. And when I asked for tracking information, I never heard back.

I have also responded to wish again about my refund and have heard nothing.

I can not do this. I was refunded the cost of items but not shipping of items. 
When I go in to my account the refunded items are no longer her visible.  I have no idea who to call or email to resolve this. From wish.com end, it appears my refund request has been resolved. And it has not been.

You should be able to cut a refund check.  Find me one example of someone who's gone contacted AMEX gift card services and in hopes of them sending them a new card with $16 on it.  The hassle alone of this entire ordeal is ridiculous.
Again, I will continue to do what I can to make sure people understand that this is [redacted] company, that drop ships crappy items from [redacted].  I'm pretty sure the one of the co-founders can afford the $16; if they were any sort of a man, and business owner, they would write a check and send it from their own personal account, but that won't happen, so again, every opportunity I have to smear Wish.com's name or proprietor's name, I will do so.  Go [redacted] yourselves over the $16 - and believe me, you will continue to get refund requests, as I'm sure you're aware of, and this will only get worse.
In customer service, there is a golden question: "What can I do to make this right?"  When you dumb [redacted] up your reading comprehension level, and understand that basic tenet of customer service - you'll go home NOT hating your job everyday.

Terrible items. Clothes run 5 x smaller than they should. You also cant call anyone to return items. I didn't get a few things so I had to contact them through a text. The thing is you can't send the complaint to customer support without taking a picture. How can you take a pic of something you don't have. Also, everything comes from China but they don't tell you. Terrible Terrible xmas shopping experience.
