Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: The response from Alliance includes all the information which is already known and was already provided in this complaint Alliance has again avoided the issue of the facts that its insured has stated that it does not want the claimant to receive settlement for the property damage and is purposely holding up the process Also, the fact that Alliance has stated it will allow the statute of limitations run for years based on no response from an alleged property owner whom as of yet has not come forward or made a claim for any damages or provided an estimate of damages Again, Alliance and its insured has neglected to resolve this claim in a timely matter which they are willing to let continue going unresolved for years Regards, R [redacted]

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:First, let's talk about my "failure to cooperate":1, For the saying of "refusal to provide your driver information"I already stated in the last message in bullet point #And if you want more details, here it is: I was asked where the driver was at the momentI said he was not with us at that moment, and would call back if I could reach himAnd the right second day I called back, left a message and also wrote email to adjuster, as follows: "Hello, I have Mr Jianqiu Chen here with me, ready to speak with youPlease call me back by todayHe has been working in an area that has bad cellular signalThat is why it was so hard to reach him these days So please give me call asap###-###-####" If you think that being not cooperative, I don't understand what is your standard.2, For the saying of "don't know where the car is"On 2/I forwarded the primary adjuster L [redacted] Barnett the email I received from J [redacted] , the total loss adjuster, who told me the car was not picked upThe full email I sent to L [redacted] was as follows: "Ms J [redacted] from Alliance contacted me regarding this claim, saying my car was picked up by myself, and asked me for the car locationI have no idea what is going on hereI was told the vehicle was totaled and to pick up all my belongingsSo I did, and left the car at the body shopI have no idea who handled that car after thatDid Alliance or AAA towed that car? Please adviseBelow is what I have received from J [redacted] ...(the email from J [redacted] )" As you could read from above, I stated very clear "I left the car at the body shop" and did not know who handled the car after thatI was telling everything I knew at that moment The second day (2/23) when the adjuster replied me the email asking the address of body shop that I left the car, I replied and provided it to her the same dayYou don't call that "failure to cooperate".From above you can see if I could not provide the information the same day, I would call / write back the second dayAnd with all of the requests from the adjuster been replied within days, I cannot see a reason you could call any of my actions "failure to cooperate".Secondly, if you are still not clear about the story, let me show you once again:On 1/the car was inspected and I was told it was totaled, and I was also instructed by the inspector to leave the car at body shopI did following the instruction.On 2/J [redacted] the total loss adjuster sent me email saying "the vehicle is not picked up"On 2/I forwarded the email to the primary adjuster L [redacted] to bring up her attentionOn 2/I received her email, as follows: "The first report showed your vehicle at Hadley Towing? Then we were told you had the vehicle picked up Where did you take your vehicle to after Hadleys? What body shop did you take your vehicle to?"So, on 1/the car was inspected at the bodyshopAnd the inspection report I received from Alliance also has the location and the address of itBut on 2/L [redacted] thought it was at tow company and thought I had picked up the carIt is very clear to me that the company or L [redacted] herself must have made some mistake to make her think the car was at tow company, so she did not have the car picked up, and thus caused the storage fees.That is why I believe the fault of causing the storage fee is not on me Regards, [redacted] ***

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: yes, I spoke to Maria in regards in which as you mentioned as well got my statement on the happeningsI sent in the pictures of the car this weekendHowever, yesterday I received a message from [redacted] V [redacted] who is now the person in charge of my claimThere is not only now no response to my claim but inconsistency as wellMaria or no one else ever mentioned my claim transfering to another person, yet now MrV [redacted] says to be handling my claim and in need of my statement as wellI can't understand how all these employees working for the same company lack communication or passing ontoeach other what has been doneI gave my statement the day I made the claim to one person, when I finally got to speak to Maria who was them handling my claim; I gave my statement againNow, I receive another person from Alliance who says to be handling my claim now and needs my statementIt is ridiculous to the point that I feel the company is just wanting to make me believe the matter is being addressed but nothing is being done in reality Regards, M [redacted]

Alliance United Insurance Company is in receipt of your complaint dated 10/26/Kindly allow this to serve as the Company’s responseThe Company is unable to provide coverage under our insured’s policy unless there has been full compliance with all terms of our insured’s policy, including our insured’s cooperation with our investigationCompleting the affidavit of vandalism including getting the document notarized is part of the investigationIf you take your vehicle to the shop of your choice, authorize the teardown and repairs to your vehicle and your shop can confirm and support the damages exceed the estimate of repairs that was completed on your vehicle your shop is instructed to call the appraiser directlyThe appraiser will determine if those damages can be considered and if a Supplement would be warrantedIf your shop has presented you with an estimate of repairs that includes only the accident related damages we would be happy to review it and respond

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: the business is clearly misrepresenting the issue at hand If I owed money all the way from April why did I pay that payment they quote from April the payment was made on 5-1-of which was due nothing more was due and had demanding balance of and had months left to go because my policy would of ended on August 8th of I also am in receipt of my last payment aforementioned to the producer on 5-1-so if you do the math the arithmetic makes no logical sense Regards, A [redacted] ***

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: -Claims adjustor is attempting to close the claim without seeing my vehicleI have pictures of the damage sustained by my vehicle and the insured's vehicle and Y [redacted] (adjustor) told me not to send these pictures because I paid my deductible through my insurance company (Wawanesa) to get my vehicle repaired -I'm not understanding how Alliance United has not heard from their insured when their insured filed a claim while still at the scene of the accident (I was there) and when I called the main number of Alliance United, the employee on the other line told me the insured already filed a claim, gave me the claim number and gave me the name of the claims adjustor (Y [redacted] )Also, the insured spoke to the claims adjustor from my insurance company (Wawanesa).-Alliance United has been absolutely negligent while handling my claim due to the fact that they made no attempt to speak to the claims adjustor from my insurance company, did not attempt to send an inspector out to look at my vehicle and if their claims of "not hearing from their insured" are true, they are attempting to close a claim without hearing from their insuredI received a letter with the date of June 21, which is the same day I spoke to Y [redacted] on the phoneThe letter stated the investigation was closedHow is the investigation closed when you guys supposedly still haven't talked to your insured?Regards,No [redacted] Regards, Noelle Montgomery

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: Alliance United provided a $1,preliminary repair estimate based on the pictures I sent using the App the insurance requires me to use to assess damageAlliance United also sent a check for $to cover 60% of the initial estimateI dropped off my vehicle to a body shop to get it repaired and showed the initial estimate from Alliance UnitedThe person from the body shop said that estimate is only based on what they can see on the picture and cost based on used or aftermarket partsBody shop will have to take apart the damaged parts to really as what can not be seen from the picturesBody shop will call the insurance for supplement and get approval to proceed I would like to keep this case open until my vehicle is totally repaired and back to the condition it was prior to accidentI will find out by end of next week if my car is repaired and close this case once Alliance United covers their 60% of actual total cost of the repairs Regards, A [redacted] ***

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:Alliance United has only invested minutes into this issue at mostOn January 12th they called me and we had a brief conversation in which I provided contact information for a witness to the collisionI had already provided contact information to D [redacted] ***, the claims adjuster, to which they have ignoredWithin minutes after my phone conversation I received a message from Alliance United that they could not reach the witness and provided a call back number and extension and asked that I pass it along to the witnessSince then, Alliance United has done absolutely nothing to resolve this issueThe witness attempted to call the number and extension and was not able to leave a messageI reached out to Alliance United today and was able to transfer multiple times to leave a message to the manager James who is out of the office until the 26thPlease reopen this complaint as Alliance United has still done absolutely nothing to resolve this issueThey are simply kicking the can around making me run in circles in hopes that I go away so they can avoid paying me the money they are liable for Regards, *** B***
