Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: I find it amazing how hard you guys are trying to protect your driver and your pocket, the excluded driver name on this policy is Dion Carter a male personThere were ladies / girls in this vehicle that we have a picture of and there was no person that can look like Dion a male personYou guys need to get your lies Straight: First, you said the driver was in Las Vegas and she claimed her car was stolen, next, you said the policy was cancelled due to non-payment and now you say it was driven by the excluded driverWhich is it?
