Wonderful Union ripped me off and provided a disorganized, chaotic "meet and greet" for the Lizzo show in San Francisco on April 24, 2019.
Line for VIP experience at venue was undefined and poorly laid out, then mismanaged by event staff. Twice, I was pulled from the line and put in a different line with all the other entrants to the venue, and was forced to separate from my two guests in order to procure my tickets for the event.
Promised items included with VIP package that were quoted to arrive 2 weeks after the show are now slated to arrive in eight weeks, if at all. Calls and emails to Wonderful Union have been ignored, their text service is a joke, and their chat applet is a complete failure, with their last customer service agent completely abandoning our discussion mid-way through. How do these people have an A+ from the RevDex.com? ?

My husband bought me VIPs M&G for March 8th My father passed away on January 8th and there was No way we could go on his month anniversary of his death We were able to refund our money from Ticketmaster but Wonderful Union refused to I spoke to a guy named *** who refused to let me speak to a manager or transfer me to another person This isn't a circumstance

I reached out to wonderful union on April 18th to let them know that during out of my vip tickets I purchased through them I had been assaulted by security, that they werent fulfilling what they stated was to be included in my packages and generally I was very disappointed in the services providedI asked how they could rectify the issues and today may I finally got an answer saying they were not going to give me a refund as all sales are final

I am rejecting this response because:the company stated that as an alternative she was offered a one of a kind experience that rarely happens- that was not the case- I had the opportunity to book that very experience as it was an option when I booked the double VIP gaming experience- I did not want that option for my daughter as I knew she would find it uncomfortable (as was the case)I wanted her to have the gaming experience NOT the listening experience - if the gaming experience was not an option she and I would have paid for the drumming lesson insteadYour other e mail also said that my daughter "may have" been given a refund if she had declined the offer- she really couldn't win what ever she did- I just know that her 21st birthday present was spoilt and she didn't get the experience I paid for and booked in good faith

I contacted them NUMEROUS times about something I purchased from them that I received damaged I have sent them a photo with the damaged area marked and described to them the issue with it I also took a photo and marked the same area of the other item in the package that is made out of the material to show that item did not have any issues I even explained that to them They keep telling me that they don't see any damage when there is damage and that is why they refuse to fix their mistake and replace it I want to know what they are going about resolving this

I purchased VIP ticket packages at $each for the August 23, show at Tanglewood with Train and Andy Grammer, a surprise for m wife who is a big fan of both, and the package was advertised to be delivered with the ticketsI bought the tickets through the Tanglewood website, owned and operated by the Boston Symphony OrchestraThe tickets arrived via US mail several weeks later, however, the "VIP Laminate" and the autographed poster were not in the deliveryI contacted the Tanglewood box office and was advised, for the first time, that the "VIP Package" would be mailed direct from the promoter and I would receives it weeks prior to the show

Merchandise was ordered on December 4th, had still not received by the week of Christmas I contacted the company to inquire on the status and told they were waiting on engraved plaques They followed up with me an hour later and said the plaques were on the way and that they would have them in by the end of the week and they would ship out the week after New Years I called today and was told the plaques may or may not be in and that they would get back to me This was a Christmas gift and is already late Sensing that I am being given a run around I have asked for a refund and was told that it would be forwarded to a manager for them to determine if I get a refund I asked to speak to the manager and was told there was no way for me to do that UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!! I purchased a Fan Club Membership through Wonderful Union one evening and wanted to cancel the next dayWithin hoursI got NOTHING out of itThe pre-sale code that I paid for was given away for free by the partner band on social mediaThe ticket prices were not displayed to us before purchasing this Fan Club access, and you had to buy the fan club package in order to get the VIP packagesor so I thoughtWhen they started giving the codes away for free and I saw the prices, I no longer wanted the purchase the VIP packagesI just wanted my money backThey tell me the Fan Club package is non refundableTell that to my credit card company, because I will be disputing the charges

I was sent an email notifying me about a concert and telling me about ticket purchases and package purchasesI called them, saying that I was interested in a packageI was told that the package I wanted was not offered by them but by the venue but the tickets, which were to go on sale before the packages, were offered by themI said that, should I buy the tickets from them and then the package, then I could conceivably end up with sets of ticketsthey said yes, that was possible, and that, in that instance, if tickets were still on sale, they would give me a refundwell, that's what happened but, when I asked them about the refund, they told me that I needed to get it thru the venueI called the venue and they said that was ridiculous as the original purchase was made thru themI'm tired of the run-around and want my refund

Myself along with many others ordered an early entry laminate for the *** *** ** *** tourI purchased this item on September 6thI received a standard email from Wonderful Union stating it had shipped October 2nd, which would have been plenty of time to arrive before the *** show I was attending on October 20thThe shipping information provided on my Wonderful Union account did not work with any carriersI reached out to Wonderful Union two weeks prior to the show to no response, after reaching out on every social media platform, I got a response days later saying my laminate would be reshippedThe product did not arrive prior to the show, it arrived almost a week later, on October 25th and did not include the lanyard attached to the laminate as it should haveNot only did I not get what I paid for but it came too late to be used for it's intended purpose

I've tried to exchange multiple emails with Wonderful Union support directly however they are now "ignoring" my emailsI will try to summarize - however I do have additional documentation if, you or Wonderful Union would like them for your records or to attach to this claimCurrently, we have no eta nor will Wonderful Union provide any update, as to when we will receive the our "special Item" called out in the belowI do have screenshots of the original description of this event, which was not exactly what happened on the night of April 7thFor $each (plus fee's) my fiancé and I attended the event, however much of what was "described" below either is extremely inaccurate or simply didn't happenThe event was described as:

On 7/9/we ordered three (3) VIP packages at a total cost of $from Wonderful Union
On 7/22/we were informed by Wonderful Union via email "Your VIP laminate will be shipping to you after the concert."
I spoke with a representative at Wonderful Union via phone on 8/17/16, 10/3/16, 10/21/16, and 11/14/ Each time I spoke with the same individual, ***, who informed me that he "checked with shipping and the laminates were not in but will ship when they arrive."
On 11/4/I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told that was not possible I called from another phone and spoke with an individual named *** who stated she would escalate my issue to a manager
As of this writing I have not heard from anyone at Wonderful Union
