We have issued a partial refund on this order and will not be offering a full refund.

We're sorry to hear that you missed your VIP event last weekend and that you had a disappointing experience with the band's tour manager. We forwarded the complaint you emailed us to our VIP team per your request. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund for a missed event. We reference...

the VIP email on every event page so that purchasers know before buying a VIP package that they won't be emailed until right before the event with the VIP check-in time. This particular email was sent in the time-frame referenced on the site and in our ticketing policy.

The rep who was working with this customer wasn't able to find an order or charge under any of the information the customer provided us with which is why she was directed back to the venue. I was finally able to find it and reached out to the venue on her behalf and the order was refunded. She...

should be all set.

I am rejecting this response because:Ok well I understand the sound bites were a different event , the poor time management for canceling the event is pathetic in itself considering they are apparently this big wonderful company that has been doing this for how long, should be more organized . But the other big complaint has not even been addressed. Which is they KNEW [redacted] was extremely ill, probably shouldnt of been there at all. They KNEW the show was being stopped early , therefor they KNEW he was NOT going to be able to honor taking pictures with fans AFTER the show, yet even still they continued to promote to people this option. They KNEW he would not be able to take pictures (selfies) with fans after the show before the show even started considering they had already cancelled the Ultimate VIP which takes place after the show, and again considering they had already cancelled one event that day. [redacted] and his staff continue to encourages people to spend 175USD per person in order to get a selfie with [redacted]. SOMETHING THEY KNEW HE WAS NEVER GOING TO BE ABLE TO DO !!!! THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING !!!! How is it ok ???? They knowingly and willingly robbed people !!!! [redacted] lied to people and promoting and selling a "service" essentially that was never going to happen ....So I do NOT accept there answer and would like further investigation !

This order was refunded.

We're sorry to hear you aren't able to attend this event. We aren't able to accept returns on VIP packages, which is why we make this clear in our item descriptions which are available prior to purchase. All VIP packages are all sales final.

Thank you. Your feedback was responded to by our support director personally. This is the message that was sent: "We're sorry to hear that you had such a difficult time navigating our site during the pre sale. We're happy to hear that you were able to obtain VIP packages though and hope you have a great time at your event. Having access to pre sales is a single perk to Block Nation, and we hope that you enjoy some of the other benefits that being a member has to offer over the course of your membership. Thanks for taking the time to write in to us; we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this incident has caused. We do review all customer submissions and appreciate the feedback."We did not offer a refund request because you received immediate access to the fan club and its benefits, including but not limited to the ability to purchase the VIP packages that you were able to secure. Since these memberships are applied immediately, that are all sales final as described in our item description at the time of purchase as well as our return policy.

We apologize for the long delay in shipping these commemorative laminates to you. We were expecting to be able to ship them to you after the show but at this time we do not think that more will be made available to us. We've issued a partial refund on your order to compensate for them and the delay....

If for any reason we are able to obtain additional laminates, we will mail those out to you as well.

I have a question on how to handle [redacted]'s complaint #12717573. This is the email that we sent her before the show: [redacted]It sounds like she wasn't at the box office at the correct time, which is why she missed it. We did not refund her as she was...

the only one who did not check in for the event and these VIPS are non refundable. Any suggestions on how to proceed would be appreciated. Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because: It was not the option that I paid for- if I had wanted to buy the "listening experience" I would have selected it as it was available for purchase- I did not - I chose a different experience and it was not what was received. This was my daughters 21st Birthday present and it disappointed her- if the gaming session was not an option then why did you advertise it? You surely must have a responsibility to deliver what you have advertised and what I have purchased?

I am rejecting this response because:The company is not...

sympathetic to my issue. The request was made as soon as the item was ordered. It was not shipped out before I made the request. The UPS tracking # states that item was shipped out on 10/14/16. My request was made on 10/13/16. They do not seem to care that I spent $10 plus shipping to basically receive a poster. The t-shirt I received today in the mail is way too small for me. For reference, tracking # on the order is: 1Z8920Y30352231248

Each of these packages included a premium reserved seat, limited addition poster and commemorative tour laminate. We email purchasers the week of their show to remind them that their items will be shipped to them at the end of the tour. For this date however, we didn’t receive the list of purchasers...

from the site that accepted payment until after the event. As soon as we received the list of purchasers we sent all purchasers an update on these items. The email is attached. We completely understand if the customer does not want to wait for the shipment. If this is the case, we can offer a $50 partial refund per package since that was the price different between the concert tickets and the price of the ticket bundles.

I am rejecting this response because: I want a refund because I did not get my code which led me to not get VIP tickets to the concert. I was not given what I was promised and I want my money back in full.

We'd love to respond to this as soon as possible, but need a few more details to do so. What is the order number associated with this complaint? As soon as we have that, we'll be able to look into this.

We're very sorry to hear that a lack of timely communication on the night of your VIP event resulted in you receiving a parking ticket. We can only imagine the stress it caused on the night of your show. To compensate for your ticket, we have issued you a partial refund to your original payment...

method in the amount of $60.

We sincerely apologize for the last-minute cancelation of Soundbites in Sarnia. It’s an event that [redacted] truly wanted to attend, which is why he was hopeful that he could make it until he realized that he would not be well enough to do so. At that time, we notified fans that the event was indeed...

canceled. Refund were issued to all purchasers and it can generally take 7-10 business days to see the credit back to the payment account.    His concert that day was a separate event from his lunch event earlier that day, which is why a purchase related to his concert was not eligible for a refund. We checked in with the VIP coordinator who confirmed that you attended this VIP event and received what was included. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund for this order.

Terrible customer service. Charge you for a product, a portion of which they can't deliver, and then try to issue refund well below the value of that portion. Or we can give up the entire package including tickets to the show that has since sold out. We want to attend the show. But the value of the meet and greet portion should be over $700 and they want to give $300. Take it or leave it. Beware!!!!

Review: In Jan/16 I purchased a 3 DVD/Disc set entitled, History of the Eagles from Wonderful Union. Upon receipt I started to watch the program. When it came time for Disc 2 it did not work. I tried it on 3 DVD players and 2 computers with no joy. I got a return auth from them and sent it back. They sent me a 2nd set--it was the same result, Discs 2 and 3 would not play. After speaking with a woman named [redacted] at ** she agreed to send another set but, explained it wasn't their fault as they didn't "make" the discs. When I got the UPS notice for the 3rd set, there was a charge of $21.73 to clear it from UPS. That's just wrong in my mind. I refused the shipment and I tried to communicate with them via phone and email but was told that I was "suspended". No one will reply to any queries I send.

I have complied with all their queries etc(except pay an additional amount)!!!! They simply will noit respond at all.

I paid over $100 Cdn for this set and got 1 DVD that works and a t-shirt. This is just unsatisfactory and ridiculous that they will not stand by the product or communicate with me!!!!Desired Settlement: I would like either a replacement DVD set that is guaranteed to work OR a refund of $50US

We apologize for the poor communication and the overall frustration caused by this situation. Please keep the discs that you have already received and we’ll issue a refund on your order.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Review: Purchased VIP meet and greet [redacted] tickets through [redacted] presale. Paid $1000 for a $249 ticket because it included meet and greet. At time of purchase, same package but with meet and greet to co-billed artist was $500. Drake now cancels meet and greet. Wonderful Union offers $300 refund for loss of meet and greet portion!!! The ticket alone was available for $249. That makes meet and greet worth $751. Show has sold out. Co-billed meet and greet package sold out. No way of going back and getting that. Onsale date was over a month ago. They say take the $300 or just return the ticket entirely??? My son still wants desperately to go. Tickets no longer available. But they need to refund the full value of the meet and greet potion we paid!! [redacted] has no regard for customer service. Blaming the promoter then stuttering and blaming Ticketmaster then saying the information is not available but basically "take it or leave it"Desired Settlement: We do not want a refund for the seat portion of the transaction. We deserve the $751 difference between ticket price on date of presale and ticket price including meet and greet on date of purchase.

Response:

Hello, The meet and greet was canceled, which is why a $300.00 partial refund was issued. The rest of the package is still being fulfilled, which is why you did not receive a full refund minus the cost of the concert ticket. The 6 God Premium Ticket Package includes the following: . One (1) ticket in the first five rows . One (1) 6 God Candle . One (1) 6 God Incense Holder . One (1) 6 God Custom Disposable Camera . One (1) 6 God Frame . One (1) 6 God Foam Hand . Set of Summer Sixteen Pins . Set of Summer Sixteen Patches . Summer Sixteen Car Freshener . Summer Sixteen "Floaty Pen" . Summer Sixteen Bag The offering listed above is currently being sold for $700 which is the difference after your $300.00 refund. The concert ticket included in this package is not sold separately. It is only sold as a part of a package as outlined above. We can absolutely issue a full refund for the package, but we cannot sell the concert ticket separately because this type of concert ticket is only sold as part of a package. If you would like a full refund, you would no longer have a concert ticket for this event.

Review: Maybe the biggest rip off of all time. I paid $88 x 2 for my wife and I to go to the [redacted] meet and greet through Wonderful Union last Sunday. For $88 they give you an autographed poster (which is mailed to you later, a VIP laminate, a meet and greet experience and a picture with the band. Pricey, yes, but for my wife's birthday, I paid for it since they are her favorite band. Once you get there the tour manager tells you that you can't get two separate pictures, one with my wife and I and another with just her, and they usher you through the line like a heard of cattle. You never even get to speak to the artists. It was already a waste of money, but I thought whatever she loves weezer and we will have this picture. Well then the pictures are supposed to be posted to a website and they email them to you. Well I received the email and our pictures aren't there. This is the fourth reply I received from the company that runs the meet and greets, Wonderful Union. So I don't get the pictures and I receive $25 dollars back. I was told that is all they can do for me. I am flabbergasted at how unprofessional this is. The customer service person was unprofessional and he would not answer my questions. He told me I couldn't talk to a supervisor. [redacted] told me that he was sorry and that is all he could do. I want a full refund! I'm owed a full refund! I did not receive what I paid for. Nowhere does it state if I did not get the accompanying picture that I would get an "offer" ([redacted]'s word not mine) of $25 back. I am outraged.Desired Settlement: A full refund and a better explanation of why the think that a $25 refund is sufficient.
