I bought a VIP package for a *** ***s concert in Guadalajara, MexicoThis package included to see the show side stage, a poster, a laminated and a lounge with ***I didn’t have the lounge neither the posterI paid US$After months WU finally refunded just $

I purchased VIP passes to the * *** concert for 7/When purchasing, it never said anything about what time we needed to be there -just to check back for more infoCome the weekend before, there was still no information, so I emailed to confirm what time we had to be there & if it would take place before or after (concert started at 7)At 9:pm, just days before the concert, I was notified we needed to be there at 3:pm & if we missed it, wouldn't be let inAs much as we wanted the VIP passes, I had several important work meetings scheduled that day & wouldn't be able to make itI called customer service the next day & the person I spoke with was rude & not helpful - I told him this was advertising & that I wouldn't have purchased if I had known it would be so early, and he just kept reiterating that "you will not be refunded." So basically that was going to be nearly $down the drainI told him I did not want to have to dispute the charge

We can't issue a full refund since your daughter participated in a full one on one VIP experience with all the perks but we can issue the partial refund described in our earlier correspondence

Unfortunately with mystery boxes, we aren’t able to switch out items after the order gets placedThis order had also already been processed for shipment by the time we received the customer’s requestThe item description is attached

I am rejecting this response because: I know for a fact that you offered a refund for the exact same thing to someone else who didn't receive their code, and although he denied the refund I deserve the same treatmentI didn't get what I paid for so there was no exchange of goods for a sale to be finalI will accept nothing less than a refund

The complaint I am filing is due to a lack of communication within the Wonderful Union staff and absolutely horrible customer serviceI had originally purchased multiple tickets and VIP upgrades from the company on their websiteHowever, the day before the show (which was scheduled for 3/4/16), I happen to catch the evening newsThe venue (Water Street Music Hall - Rochester, NY) was one of the featured storiesThe venue was denied their entertainment license effective immediatelyThis, as you may expect, changes my plans of going to the showI waited until the next day to see if there was going to be a refund available for the showThe customer service representative that I spoke with told me that there would be a refund available as long as the tickets and VIP upgrades go unclaimed at the new venue (which I was unable to travel to)
A little over weeks later, I call the company againThis time I recorded audio of the conversation with the customer service representative

The membership went into effect automatically at the time of purchase and the code was posted in your account as described in the membership's item description at the time of purchaseThese are all sales final

This event was canceled and all purchasers were offered either a full refund or a make up VIP at another show on this tourSince the cancelation happened on such short notice, we still provided purchasers with their laminates and gave them early entry privileges at the showWe did not receive a

I am wishing to file a formal complaint against the listed company for multiple reasonsAll of which are inexcusable , all of which were laughed off and pretty much told sorry, nothing we can do , and essentially in a nice way told well no your going to have to deal with it
I was at a concert even in Sarnia,Ontario for *** *** of the Backstreet Boys In which the tour was being run by the above listed company ( Wonderful Union ) !
I myself purchased - USD VIP ticket packages, as well as 2- concert tickets ( both of which had applicable taxes applied ) And my friend who drove over hours to go to the event with me also purchased the 'Sound Bites' package for the one being offered in Sarnia 250.00- a piece ( I forget the exact number on that one ) So between the of us we spent well over dollarsAnd got maybe a half as effort of what was purchased
First issue being , sadly *** (the artist) had become VERY ill so they ended up having to can

This order included CDs for two different albumsEach of the CD cases were manufactured similarly, but differentOne has a plastic spine while the other is just cardboardThe one that is just cardboard has a crease running the length of the spineThey're made like this on purpose and all of them
have that creaseIt's part of the case design. We received a complaint that this item was damaged because the CD case without the plastic spine had a crease that is a necessary part of the structural designSince every case for every copy of this CD soft pack is exactly the same as this one, it didn't qualify as a damaged product that we would replaceThis item can be returned however within days for a refund

Maybe the biggest rip off of all time I paid $x for my wife and I to go to the *** meet and greet through Wonderful Union last Sunday For $they give you an autographed poster (which is mailed to you later, a VIP laminate, a meet and greet experience and a picture with the band Pricey, yes, but for my wife's birthday, I paid for it since they are her favorite band Once you get there the tour manager tells you that you can't get two separate pictures, one with my wife and I and another with just her, and they usher you through the line like a heard of cattle You never even get to speak to the artists It was already a waste of money, but I thought whatever she loves weezer and we will have this pictureWell then the pictures are supposed to be posted to a website and they email them to you Well I received the email and our pictures aren't there This is the fourth reply I received from the company that runs the meet and greets, Wonderful Union So I don't get

In Jan/I purchased a DVD/Disc set entitled, History of the Eagles from Wonderful UnionUpon receipt I started to watch the programWhen it came time for Disc it did not workI tried it on DVD players and computers with no joyI got a return auth from them and sent it backThey sent me a 2nd set--it was the same result, Discs and would not playAfter speaking with a woman named *** at ** she agreed to send another set but, explained it wasn't their fault as they didn't "make" the discsWhen I got the UPS notice for the 3rd set, there was a charge of $to clear it from UPSThat's just wrong in my mindI refused the shipment and I tried to communicate with them via phone and email but was told that I was "suspended"No one will reply to any queries I send
I have complied with all their queries etc(except pay an additional amount)!!!! They simply will noit respond at all
